With the development of computer technology and the arrival of the era of artificial intelligence, the analysis of user demand bias is of great significance to the operation optimization of e-commerce platforms. Combined with CS domain signaling data, IP packet data of PS domain, and customer CRM data provided by operators, this research studies each dimension index of operator user portrait, after that the operator user portrait platform is divided into some individual subunits, and then the corresponding data mining technology is carried out to study the implementation scheme of each subunit. The system can process and mine multidimensional data of operators’ users and form user portraits on the basis of user data aggregation. Finally, based on the operator user portrait platform studied in this paper, the operator user data are analyzed from both the user’s mobile phone use behavior and user consumption behavior. Furthermore, the application value of this research in the precision marketing and personalized service of operators is illustrated.

Data is an important source of knowledge discovery, but the existence of similar duplicate data not only increases the redundancy of the database but also affects the subsequent data mining work. Cleaning similar duplicate data is helpful to improve work efficiency. Based on the complexity of the Chinese language and the bottleneck of the single machine system to large-scale data computing performance, this paper proposes a Chinese data cleaning method that combines the BERT model and a k-means clustering algorithm and gives a parallel implementation scheme of the algorithm. In the process of text to vector, the position vector is introduced to obtain the context features of words, and the vector is dynamically adjusted according to the semantics so that the polysemous words can obtain different vector representations in different contexts. At the same time, the parallel implementation of the process is designed based on Hadoop. After that, k-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster similar duplicate data to achieve the purpose of cleaning. Experimental results on a variety of data sets show that the parallel cleaning algorithm proposed in this paper not only has good speedup and scalability but also improves the precision and recall of similar duplicate data cleaning, which will be of great significance for subsequent data mining.

Abstract A new type of weak signal detection system that combines the memristor and Van der pol-Duffing chaotic system has been proposed in this paper, and the dynamic characteristics of the system are studied. It is observed that the system can change from a chaotic state to a periodic state under different driving force amplitudes. Moreover, as compared with several classical chaotic oscillators, the numerical simulation results show that the system has stronger anti-noise performance with the detectable signal-to-noise ratio reaches -163dB, and has a wider detection range. Its detection accuracy is up to 1 × 10 −9 . More importantly, this paper provides the circuit implementation scheme of the system, and the weak signal can be detected with our designed circuit. This may offer a possible way for weak signal detection system with good performance in anti-noise performance, detection range and accuracy.

Land consolidation (LC) is an important measure taken to increase the quantity and productivity of farmland while reducing land fragmentation and ensuring food security. However, long-term land consolidation project (LCP) practices are rarely analyzed to assess the effectiveness for achieving current policy objectives of LC in China. Taking the practices of LCPs in Jiangsu Province from 2001 to 2017 as a case study, we used the spatial self-related analysis, the consistency analysis, and the redundant analysis (RDA), and found that the construction scale and the investment amount of LC in Jiangsu Province displayed varying trends, and that the newly increased farmland rate is clearly divided into three stages and gradually decreases. The newly increased farmland area, the investment funds, and reserved land resources for farmlands are not spatially synchronized in Jiangsu Province. Only the positive relationship between the LC rate and the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) growth rate continue to rise. The earlier stage of land consolidation projects (LCPs)’s practices is mainly affected by natural and social factors, and the late stage is mainly affected by economic and strategic factors. Finally, a new implementation scheme framework of LC planning has been proposed. This framework provides reference for top-level design, planning, and management of LC policies at the national level in China and other developing countries. Check meaning retained.

Objectives: The health and well-ordered development of tobacco agriculture is very important. The incentive effects of plant-coupled subsidies and output-coupled subsidies on farming decisions with the consideration of uncertainty are investigated. The study shows that if the same unit subsidy is adopted, the incentive effect of the two policies will be determined by the expected output. When the expected output is higher, the incentive effect of the output-coupled subsidy is better than that of the plant-coupled subsidy. And when the expected output is lower, the incentive effect of the plant-coupled subsidy is better. If the implementation scheme limits the total amount of subsidies, it is better to determine subsidy policy by optimal output. The higher the optimal output is, the better the plant-coupled subsidy is. And when the optimal output is relatively low, the output-coupled subsidy shows a better incentive effect. Meanwhile, the study results also show that the incentive effects of the two coupled subsidy policies for increasing production and income are consistent, and the advantages of the policy with better incentive effects increase as the amount of subsidies increases.

Objectives: Objective: In this paper suggests a multipurpose portable type agricultural vehicle which can perform many functions of agriculture like seed sowing, water sprinkling and fertilizer spraying using a single agricultural vehicle. In the present scenario the agriculture is becoming of less interest even for the skilled people due to the increase in capital cost and decrease in the selling price. It is the time for introducing different machines with less human interference and also better with automated vehicles. There are different modern machines/tools that are accessible to farmers in order to perform various functions in agriculture. Each machine/tool can perform its own intended function. Methods: This agricultural vehicle is an automated vehicle where the control is based on IOT and can be controlled remotely. The proposed system involves PMDC motors as a driving mechanism and servomotor is used for controlling the output. The entire mechanism is controlled by NImyRIO embedded system. The programming of NImyRIO is developed using LabVIEW which is a visual programming language for easy user interface. Results & Conclusions: This exploration of multipurpose unmanned electric vehicle surely paves the ways to smart implementation scheme to the agriculture society including tobacco plantations.

The demand of embedded artificial intelligence system for powerful computing power and diversified application scenarios will inevitably bring some new problems. This paper builds the system dynamics model of embedded system based on artificial intelligence (AI). By analyzing the causal relationship between the elements of the system dynamics model, the state equation is established, and the parameters are estimated and tested. At the same time, the influence of the model simulation experiment on the relevant factors is evaluated. The simulation results show that the proposed model is effective and efficient.

Purpose Stochastic computing which is an alternative method of the binary calculation has key merits such as fault-tolerant capability and low hardware cost. However, the hardware response time of it is required to be very fast due to its bit-wise calculation mode. While the complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) components are difficult to meet the requirements aforementioned. For this, the stochastic computing implementation scheme based on the memristive system is proposed to reduce the response time. The purpose of this paper is to provide the implementation scheme based memristive system for the stochastic computing. Design/methodology/approach The hardware structure of material logic based on the memristive system is realized according to the advantages of the memristor. After that, the scheme of NOT logic, AND logic and multiplexer are designed, which are the basic units of stochastic computing. Furthermore, a stochastic computing system based on memristive combinational logic is structured and its validity is verified successfully by operating a case. Findings The numbers of the elements of the proposed stochastic computing system are less than the conventional stochastic computing based on CMOS circuits. Originality/value The paper proposed a novel implementation scheme for stochastic computing based on the memristive systems, which are different from the conventional stochastic computing based on CMOS circuits.

The use of modern hardware platforms in the development of computer system components, including digital signal processing, allows to describe circuit solutions using specialized languages such as AlteraHDL, VHDL, Verilog, etc. One of the options for using the resources of programmable logic integrated circuits is to create digital components of signal pre-processing, in particular in information and measurement channels. The application of this approach is due to the presence of various distortions that lead to information and accuracy loss. Another problem is the need to preserve the information performance of such information and measurement channels. It is common to use analog implementations of signal pre-processing methods, in particular different types filters. In this case, the implementation of pre-processing methods at the hardware level will provide the appropriate processing speed at insignificant hardware costs. The paper proposes the implementation of the algorithm for processing information and measurement signals using the sliding median method, implemented on a programmable logic integrated circuit. Based on the simulation in a numerical experiment, the efficiency of using such a method is shown in a relatively simple implementation scheme on the FPGA platform. In fact, the pyramidal scheme of conditional constructions provides a simple description of the logical scheme by means of the Altera HDL language, and also allows to reduce the number of comparison operations. The proposed algorithm does not require complex hardware resources, which allows you to effectively involve typical circuit solutions.
