At present, the substation SCD model mainly aims at the modeling of primary equipment and secondary equipment, and the description of auxiliary equipment and substation area model is missing. According to the characteristics of equipment monitoring of the new generation centralized control station, the description of auxiliary equipment model and area model needs to be added to the original IEC61850 standard. In the first mock exam station, the current business requirements of centralized control station are analyzed. A unified model structure of master station is designed. Based on the definition of IEC61850 standard, a method and example of extending auxiliary device model and regional model are given. The proposed auxiliary equipment and area modeling method based on IEC61850 standard can make up for the shortcomings of the original standard, support the equipment monitoring of the new generation centralized control station and realize rich application functions.

In the monograph, the region is presented as a complex, multilevel socio-economic system consisting of many heterogeneous, interacting economic entities of different levels (economic agents and markets, management, resources and economic processes), jointly organizing reproduction processes embedded in the economic space of the national economy on the local territory. Currently, the role of rational management of the socio-economic development of the region is increasing. In such conditions, it is advisable to use strategic planning, which, in turn, has increasingly been carried out using a simulation model. The simulation model in regional strategic planning allows government agencies to predict their activities in the presence of various controlled and uncontrolled factors of the external and internal environment. In this study, the list of principles of strategic planning focused on the processes of strategic planning of the region using the method of simulation modeling is supplemented. A methodology for organizing strategic planning processes at the meso-level using simulation modeling technology is proposed. For a wide range of readers interested in the problems of regional strategic planning.

The driving force of high-quality development of regional economy is inseparable from the support of technology. With the support of big data, we need to solve this problem in order to solve the difficulty of large-scale experimental testing and accurately reflect the feasibility growth of data sample changes. This paper proposes a discrete dynamic modeling technology based on big data background to analyze the development and change of regional economy. The reliability AMSAA model is usually used for dynamic discrete modeling. It can be combined with the change data provided by big data to form a dynamic modeling method for reliability growth evaluation. Then, the Bayesian regression method is used to predict the change parameters of the model, and the spatial econometric method is used to analyze the regional economic change. The results show that compared with the traditional methods, the discrete dynamic modeling method is more accurate and can effectively solve the problem of reliable growth under the condition of big data. After introducing the spatial effect measurement model, it can also reflect the main factors of the growth and change of regional economic real output value. In addition to the development of high and new technology, terrain factors, investment, and government support have also had different effects. Therefore, according to the above results, it is proved that the discrete dynamic modeling technology can accurately obtain the experimental data and provide reliable technical support for dynamic data processing.

Abstract 3D modeling technology is an important branch of interdisciplinary fields such as computer graphics, intelligent information processing, computer vision, and artificial intelligence. Through computer digitization, collecting three-dimensional data information of the target object, and then processing and simulation reproduction through computer technology, plays an important role in logistics engineering (LE). The purpose of this paper is the simulation research of LE based on computer three-dimensional modeling technology. This paper takes LE as the research object, firstly elaborates the functional and non-functional requirements of the system separately, and establishes an intelligent logistics system. This paper uses Flexsim simulation software to establish a logistics distribution simulation model. Based on the data collected in the survey, the model is parameterized. Through the data output from the simulation, the simulation data of the original logistics system and the logistics system designed in this paper are compared and analyzed. The simulation output data shows that the total number of products transported in and out of the warehouse of the original system’s 6 transport planes is 15,559, and the total number of products transported in and out of the warehouse of the 6 transport planes in the logistics system proposed in this paper is 17,144 pieces. It can be seen that this system has strong transportation efficiency in LE.

Information modeling technology also known as BIM is becoming an important part of working with data in various fields of activity. At the same time, there are still no specific recommendations for the transition to the use of digital models at the survey stage. Although engineering survey data is the basis for further actions within the life cycle of objects. The article characterizes the methodology for the modernization of engineering surveys in the context of information modeling, operating with the methods of systems analysis, foresight research and risk management. The combination of these methods allows you to identify ways of development and characterize them. All changes in the engineering survey system are described using the example of the engineering and environmental section. This is due to the fact that environmental engineering surveys use information from other sections of the survey and show reactions to changes in the system. The authors believe that under existing conditions, the most effective direction is the presentation of the results of engineering surveys in a standard form, provided that they are supplemented with a set of digital models by type of survey. In this case, it is assumed that the role of information modeling will gradually increase.

The technology of modelling various situations in virtual environment systems, which are computer three-dimensional models of a real or artificial environment, is discussed. The user can view these scenes directly on the computer screen, wall screen, in a stereo glasses, virtual reality glasses, etc. He can also move inside a virtual scene and interact with its objects. In turn, the environment can also change. This allows modelling of various situations (situation modelling) in the virtual environment system. With such modelling, some static or dynamic situation is set in the virtual environment system in which the operator must perform the tasks assigned to him. A mechanism for setting situations by changing a virtual three-dimensional scene using configuration files and virtual control panels is proposed. A special language has been developed for writing configuration files, and a special editor has been developed for creating virtual control panels. The approbation of the proposed methods is presented on the examples of two virtual scenes: a training ground for mobile robots and a jet backpack for the rescue of an astronaut in outer space.

The development of seismic technology has made seismic data to be widely used in the interpretation of stratigraphic sequence frames, reservoir identification, fluid detection, and other research fields involved in reservoir description. The 3D technology reservoirs have always been the focus, as well as difficulty, of research. With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous improvement of seismic exploration level, people have put forward higher requirements for the accuracy of seismic data interpretation results. Aiming at the large number of structural and unstructured data in seismic, logging, geology, and other disciplines involved in seismic interpretation, how to effectively organize and coordinate analysis to discover the hidden reservoir structure and oil and gas distribution information has always been a geological and important topic for information processing technicians. This thesis is aimed at the current high-water-phase development of Shengtuo Oilfield reservoir and the problems existing in geological research. Based on seismic structural interpretation and attribute analysis, this paper analyzes the reservoir structural characteristics, sedimentary characteristics, and reservoir physical parameter characteristics based on geology, logging interpretation, core analysis, drilling, and seismic interpretation. Using the kriging method with external drift can cooperate with seismic variables to establish a reservoir geological model to study the Shengtuo Oilfield reservoir. We combine artificial intelligence technology with geological modeling technology of seismic interpretation results to explore the best method for predicting earthquakes. The research results in this paper show that the relative error of the model established by the kriging method in the article is relatively small for thinning wells, mainly concentrated around 1%. Examination of the thinning wells of 45 wells shows that the model established is basically good and the example has high accuracy. The research results in this paper have a guiding study of distribution and tapping potentials in the study area, formulating reasonable development and adjustment plans and improving oil recovery.
