The study investigated the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Competitive Advantage on Zimbabwean listed companies. A stratified sample of 10 participants from 10 companies listed on Zimbabwe Stock Exchange was utilised to examine the influence of corporate social responsibility on competitive advantage during a period from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013. The study utilised a mixed method approach and data was analysed in the form of descriptive statistics. The results show a significant influence of corporate social responsibility on competitive edge on Zimbabwe stock exchange listed companies. Results also reveal that the degree to which social responsibility is emphasized can impact a firm’s credibility, ultimately influencing the ability to raise capital, retain effective and productive staff, bid for quality raw materials from reputable suppliers and even manage to secure relatively lucrative growth opportunities. All these collectively help entities build and sustain strong competitive edges against their fellow competitors

The purpose of this paper is  to examine the relation between Dividend Payout, Firm Size, ROA, Leverage, Earnings yield, Past Earnings Growth and Annual Growth in Total Assets towards Future Earnings Growth when the periode in one, three, and five years ahead. The study sample was taken from non-financial firms that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2002-2016. The research method used in this research was multivariate regression. The proxy used for  variable dividend payout is dividend payout ratio and proxy used for variable earnings growth is compounded annual earnings per share. The result show that high dividends signal high earnings growth, so that the study weakens the point of view of previous market observers who argue that dividend has negative relations to future earnings growth. The results of this study can help investors in considering options in choosing companies to invest by choosing companies who have high dividends. The study was aimed at identifying the impact of big data analysis on supporting the competitive advantage of industrial companies listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange, the study used the descriptive analytical approach, and conducted the study on a sample of (49) general managers, financial and administrative in the industrial companies listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange, and concluded the study there is a significant impact of the analysis of big data on (strengthening competitive position, cost leadership strategy, strategy of excellence, strategy of focus) in the industrial companies listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange, and recommended that companies listed industrial in Palestine work on Do more big data analysis to support and enhance investors' decision-making ability by improving the quality of data obtained, and you need to have correct information about customers, products and the environment around the company in the fastest and least time to access the competitive advantage that big data analysis can provide.

This research is aimed to analyze Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure toward the Firm Value.Dependent variable in this research was Firm Value related party tobins’q. Independent variables in thisresearch Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, This research used secondary data analysis of financialstatements or annual reports of exclude financial company and bank at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 -2016. By using purposive sampling method, the total amount of samples obtained in this research were 201from 67 companies. This research used data panel regression analysis method. The results of the analysis inthis research showed that Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure didn’t effect toward the firm value

This study examines the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on accrual earnings management and real earnings management. This study using control variables company size, KAP quality, and leverage. Sample of this study Obtained with purposive sampling for all non-financial company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2001 to 2012. This study will use the data secondary, such as annual report. Data analysis will perform using multiple regressions. Result show that Corporate Social Responsibility is influence to accrual earnings management. This paper aims at exploring the impact of Islamic human resource (HR) practices on organizational performance though organizational commitment. Data were collected from randomly selected 170 branch managers of six Islamic Banks listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange of Bangladesh. After collecting data, descriptive analysis and structural equation model were done to examine reliability and validity of the model. By analysis, the study finds that Islamic HR practices have more significant impact on organizational performance though organizational commitment rather than the direct effect of Islamic HR practices to organizational performance. The findings of the study advocate that Islamic banks should emphasize more on Islamic HR practices and organizational commitment to uphold their organizational performance.

The crucial role that implementation of Code of Corporate Governance plays on protecting the rights of minorities, shareholders, local as well as foreign investors cannot be denied. Companies all over the world are required to implement their respective Code of Corporate Governance for avoiding agency conflicts between companies management and stakeholders and for assuring transparency in accountability. This paper aims at exploring the impact of implementation of corporate governance practices (designed by Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan) have on the financial position of companies. For explanatory variables of the study, composition of the board as per the Code of Corporate Governance that comprises of presence of independent, executive and non-executive directors has been taken into consideration. Return on equity has been taken as an indicator of firms profitability i.e. the dependent variable. For this study, companies listed on food producing sector of Karachi Stock Exchange have been screened for excogitation of the relationship. It is an empirical research based on nine years data from 2007–2015. Using Hausman Test for selecting the data analysis technique between Fixed or Random, Fixed Cross Sectional Panel Analysis has been used for analysis of the data collected. Findings indicate that presence of independent, executive and non-executive directors as per the code requirements levies a significant impact on the profitability of companies indicated by return on equity. It is, thus concluded that companies should ensure compliance with code of governance practices to reduce not only the agency issues but also to increase their profitability.
