Dynamic model of beef availability for Rendang Industry in Payakumbuh City

Abstract The Payakumbuh City of Rendang is an icon that reflects one of the typical traditional foods with beef, coconut milk, and different kinds of spices as the basic ingredients. The availability of beef is very important for the rendang industry to ensure the production process. The roles of breeders, wholesalers, retailers, and their distribution need to be managed properly from upstream to downstream. This study aims to analyze the availability of beef for the rendang industry in Payakumbuh City using a dynamic model. Survey research methods and dynamic model data analysis method with Powersim software were utilized. The availability of beef to meet the demand for the rendang industry in Payakumbuh City is still very dependent on the results of slaughtered cattle in Payakumbuh City. Imported beef supply is currently used as an alternative option to fulfill the beef needs for the rendang industry in Payakumbuh City.

The Village

This study aims to look at the Village Companion Program in Bengkalis Regency and this research was conducted using survey research methods, the level of exploration was descriptive and used qualitative data analysis. The researcher interviewed directly and in depth with the key informants who were considered to be most knowledgeable about the Village Companion Program by using purposive sampling technique. Practically, the results of this study are useful as information material for the Bengkalis Regency Government especially the Bengkalis District Community Empowerment Office and are expected to be a reference in making policy guidelines related to Village Facilitators in Bengkalis Regency in the future.

This study aims to look at the role of the Pelalwan District Land Office in resolving land ownership disputes in Pelalawan Regency and this research was conducted using survey research methods, the level of exploration is descriptive and using qualitative data analysis. The researcher interviewed directly and in depth with key informants who were considered to be most aware of the role of the Land Office in resolving land ownership disputes using a technique. purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Land Office in resolving disputes Land ownership is considered quite maximal because it has become a mediator between the two parties to the dispute in conducting mediation even though it has not yet met an agreement and there are several findings that have become obstacles to the Land Office in resolving land ownership disputes. First, the Land Office lacks human resources. Second, Lack of witnesses Regarding Land History and third, Factors of disputing character that are only selfish.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the basic technical skills of passing under by using tests on extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 5 Jombang. This study uses descriptive quantitative data analysis with survey research methods. The research subjects were volleyball extracurricular members at SMP Negeri 5 Jombang which consisted of 18 students. Based on the results of the study, the results of the data analysis on the basic skills of passing under volleyball for the male extracurricular participants were in the moderate category and for the process assessment was included in the sufficient category, while the female volleyball extracurricular participants were in the sufficient category for the outcome assessment and process assessment. So there is 25% good, 25% good enough and 50% good enough. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survey. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bolavoli SMP Negeri 5 Jombang yang terdiri dari 18 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa hasil analisis data tes keterampilan dasar passing bawah bolavoli peserta ekstrakurikuler putra masuk dalam kategori sedang dan untuk penilaian proses termasuk dalam kategori cukup sedangkan peserta ekstrakurikuler bolavoli putri termasuk dalam kategori cukup untuk penilaian hasil dan penilaian proses. Jadi ada 25% baik, 25% cukup dan 50% cukup.
