A comparative analysis was conducted between two office buildings, one constructed using green design and the other erected using traditional building construction methods. As part of the analysis, thermal comfort indicators (using the Predicted Mean Value of Fanger model) were monitored by recording equivalent temperature, air temperature, and relative humidity at each site. The study tests whether office buildings constructed using different design approaches have significantly different indoor thermal environment. The results of the comparative analysis indicate that the green building provides better thermal comfort than the conventional building.

В данной статье сравниваются два подхода к формированию рискового портфеля ценных бумаг: модель Марковица и рыночная модель. На примере ценных бумаг российского фондового рынка за период 03.01.2019-24.03.2021 гг. производится формирование оптимальных портфелей в зависимости от отношения инвестора к риску. Сравнительный анализ характеристик портфелей, включая доходность, риск и VaR и проверка результатов на устойчивость осуществляется с помощью методов статистического моделирования. In this article we compare two different approaches to the optimal portfolio construction: the Markowitz model and the market model. We analyse the Russian stock market for the period 03.01.2019-24.03.2021 and choosing among the securities depending on the investor’s risk preferences. Comparative study of the portfolios are based on their profitability, risk, and VaR. Stability analysis is carried out by statistical modeling.

Wind loads like typhoon and hurricane inflict numerous personal damages and tremendous property damages each year, and such wind loads are recognized as critical element for development of construction methods for the counteraction against them in consideration of climatic environments of buildings. While 2×4 construction system which burgeoned from North American and has been supplied throughout the world is recognized for its effectiveness, there has been no clear identification on how this system has adapted itself for wind loads in local conditions. This study has the purpose to clarify the local performance of 2×4 construction system through comparison of 6 countries on how this system has changed and is taking counteractions for wind loads the major climatic element. In this study, comparative analysis was conducted on the foundation, bottom, wall and joints of 2×4 construction system of each region to take counteractions against wind loads, and finally through summary of them, 2×4 construction system for counteraction against wind load was proposed.

Abaqus finite element method and experimental study are carried out to research the silt embankment reinforced by sleeve valve barrel fracturing grouting method. Numerical model is determined based on the construction methods and mechanism, the calculation parameters are determined by experimental research. The displacement, force, and plastic are analyzed through comparative analysis of safety factor of attenuated embankment before and after reinforcement. The results show that the Reinforcement effect of sleeve valve barrel fracturing grouting method to stability attenuated roadbed is remarkable.
