In this paper,it is mainly based on the characteristics of index of some equipment, analyses the correspondence between first class index and second class index, studies the calculation of weigh index. Several methods including linear weighted method, Comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, and the fuzzy Borda method have been taken into account to improve the confirmable methods of judgment matrix in the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The analyses of three different eqiupment,A system,B system and C system, demonstrates that A system is the best unanimously.

Abstract Port shoreline resources are the basis of port and shipping development, and its assessment method has become one of the hot issues in port research. On the basis of constructing a reasonable index evaluation system, this paper constructs the fuzzy evaluation matrix based on the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and constructs the fuzzy evaluation matrix by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and obtains the maximum membership degree of the port shoreline resources. Compared with the traditional port shoreline Resource evaluation methods, the new one got more advantages in objective and quantitative. Finally, Combined with the Nanjing section of the Yangtze River as a case for verification, the results show that the model can accurately solve the problem of resource evaluation of port shoreline.

Equipment support exercise is the highest phase of equipment support training and an effective approach to improve equipment support capability. Assessment of equipment support exercise is the main measure to test and rate the effect and level of equipment support exercise. The main influencing factors of equipment support exercise are analyzed and the index system is established from the angle of equipment support capability. The assessment model of equipment support exercise is constructed based on the basic ideas of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy evaluation method. The assessment process of equipment support exercise using the proposed method is illustrated in detail. The correctness and validity of the proposed method is verified through a calculation example. The result of the example indicates that the proposed method can give correct assessment level of equipment support exercise, which provides an effective approach for the assessment of equipment support exercise.

A bearing capacity evaluation model of prestressed concrete bridge is established based on analytic hierarchy process. In order to determine the bearing capacity of the existing bridge condition, fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate material damage degree of bridge structures, in which of experience of experts can be used sufficiently. The method is evident and useful, which can reflect the prestressed concrete bridge in service effectively, improve the existing structure model and optimize the bearing capacity of synthetic evaluation. At the same time, the result is verified reasonably by an engineering example.

Abstract Studies show that in the cutting process, different parameters have different importance to performance indicators. Accordingly, it is necessary to define the importance of different parameters to performance indicators to study the correlation between parameters and performance indicators accurately. In the present study, the side milling process of titanium alloy by the end milling cutter is considered as the research object, analytic hierarchy process and grey-fuzzy evaluation method are used to evaluate the importance of tool geometric parameters and operating parameters on tool wear rate and material removal. It is found that applying the average method to remove the parameter level, makes each parameter calculate the same result. Therefore, it should be combined with other data processing methods to resolve the above problem. Finally, the range analysis method is applied to obtain the optimal parameter level of different parameters for each performance indicator in the orthogonal table. The obtained results show that helix angle has the highest importance comprehensive evaluation value, followed by feed per tooth. For the tool wear rate and material removal amount, the optimal horizontal combination of parameters was obtained successively.

Based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, The model of bridge health evaluation is established using the quantification relations between the bridge technical state evaluation grade and degree of membership function of bridge health evaluation, making use of the computed result of various index of degree of membership value and weight, obtains all levels of fuzzy evaluation collection. According to the maximum membership principles to evaluate the technical state grade of bridge structure the corresponding level, and with its result to instruct the decision-making of bridge maintenance and strengthening.
