Significant enhancement in refrigeration and entanglement in auxiliary-cavity-assisted optomechanical systems

Migraineurs with and without aura (MWAs and MWOAs) as well as controls were measured twice with an interval of 7 days. The first session of recordings and tests for migraineurs was held about 7 hours after a migraine attack. We hypothesized that electrophysiological changes in the posterior cerebral cortex related to visual spatial attention are influenced by the level of arousal in migraineurs with aura, and that this varies over the course of time. ERPs related to the active visual attention task manifested significant differences between controls and both types of migraine sufferers for the N200, suggesting a common pathophysiological mechanism for migraineurs. Furthermore, migraineurs without aura (MWOAs) showed a significant enhancement for the N200 at the second session, indicating the relevance of time of measurement within migraine studies. Finally, migraineurs with aura (MWAs) showed significantly enhanced P240 and P300 components at central and parietal cortical sites compared to MWOAs and controls, which seemed to be maintained over both sessions and could be indicative of increased noradrenergic activity in MWAs.

During this recent two decades, national economy sharia continiue growth.Though it just still smaller compare to the existing of conventional finance, itconscioused the growth of sharia finance currently has a significant enhancement. The existence of syariah economy inIndonesia, who has a muslim mayority, is a new point of national economy history.Sharia banking is one of the tools for developing national economy sharia. Manyproducts offered by national sharia banking, which includes basic principles ofimplementation with profit sharing. One of them is Bai’ Bithaman Ajil, which is the partof trading (Baiah). Bai’ Bithaman Ajil product is expected as an alternative for society tochoose sharia banking as a mediator in transaction, specially to fulfill production needsas well as consumption needs, whose transactions are done on a long-term credit.

Background: Severe COVID-19 infection often leads to impairments requiring pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) following the acute phase. Little is known about the efficacy of PR in these patients. We therefore compared post-COVID-19 patients (PG) referred to PR patients with other lung diseases (LG). Methods: 99 PG were admitted to PR. In a prospective design, the results of PG were collected and compared to the results of LG of 2019 (n = 419) according to Functional Independence Measurement (FIM), Cumulative Illness Rating Scale (CIRS), 6-min walk test (6-MWT), duration of PR, and Feeling Thermometer (FT). Results: According to age, sex, and CIRS, both groups showed no significant differences. The improvements in the 6-MWT in the pre to post comparison were on average 180 (±101) meters for PG and 102 (±89) meters for LG (p < 0.001). FT showed a significant enhancement for PG of 21 (±14) points and for LG of 17 (±16) points (p < 0.039), while FIM significantly increased by 11 (±10) points in PG and 7 (±8) points in LG (p < 0.001). Conclusions: Comprehensive PR in PG is very effective according to the results in FIM, 6-MWT and FT. Therefore, we recommend PR following severe post-COVID-19 infections.

This paper reports a comprehensive solution for the problem of test and diagnosis of OTA based analog circuits. Based on the parametric deviation of circuit components, a test and diagnosis methodology are proposed. Compressed signature generated out of multiple performance parameters has resulted in significant enhancement in fault diagnosing capability. The voluminous response data has been handled with Cellular Automata (CA) based classifier to achieve excellent diagnostic resolution.
