Financial status and its role in the national economy have been increasingly recognized. In order to deduce the source of monetary funds and determine their whereabouts, financial information and prediction have become a scientific method that can not be ignored in the development of national economy. This paper improves the existing CNN and applies it to financial credit from different perspectives. Firstly, the noise of the collected data set is deleted, and then the clustering result is more stable by principal component analysis. The observation vectors are segmented to obtain a set of observation vectors corresponding to each hidden state. Based on the output of PCA algorithm, we recalculate the mean and variance of all kinds of observation vectors, and use the new mean and covariance matrix as credit financial credit, and then determine the best model parameters. The empirical results based on specific data from China's stock market show that the improved convolutional neural network proposed in this paper has advantages and the prediction accuracy reaches.

The main objective of this article is to analyze the evolution of Ecuadorian Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME), their contribution to the national economy, institutional framework, and internal operating characteristics. To this end, the focus is on companies related to the manufacturing sector in Ecuador. The main periods of the analysis are: i) the 1990s, ii) 2000-2008 and iii) 2009-2019; however, the decades of the 1970s and 1980s have been included in the first part of the article for their relevance. Literature review is the main data collection methodology, and the databases used are from official sources. Data from the Banco Central del Ecuador (BCE, Central Bank of Ecuador), the Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Censos (INEC, National Institute of Statistics and Census), regulations and research around the SME sector have been used. The main findings are that SMEs are crucial within the Ecuadorian industrial fabric, because of its specialization in products that contribute to satisfying basic needs, but also because they provide parts and supplies to other companies. The quantitative contribution of SMEs, however, has been declining over time, both in number of establishments, staffing, and production, which reveals the increasing relevance of large industries. In this process, the institutional framework has had an influence in the evolution of SMEs, with certain strengths and weaknesses in terms of supporting the development of SMEs. In turn, in regards to internal operation, it becomes apparent that despite some improvement, there has not been significant progress during the period under analysis. In short, this work contributes to the larger discussion about the relevance of SMEs in Ecuador, their history, and whether there might be grounds for public policies to support their development.

To find Carried out the relationship between the two variables, the Spearman correlation test. The results found that the level of strength of the relationship or correlation was 0.619, indicating that there was a strong correlation between government policies on the Reincarnation of MSMEs and had a unidirectional relationship that showed a positive value so that the better the government's alignment with government policies will further improve the state of the Reincarnation of MSMEs towards positive growth.

Nigeria's multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, and multi-ideological nature is a complexity that should spur a synergy for development in all spheres. The theory of dissipative structures employed suggests that. Contrarily, the pursuit of individual group interests to the detriment of others leads to entropy that dissipates development and economic growth that its population needs. Ethnic and religious militia emerged in response to such problems and threats that has brought in consistent loss of lives and properties which whip the economy and country leaving the state bleeding. Militia internationalisation are important factors discussed as well. This chapter looks at the factors behind the emergence of these militias and the consequences their activities have on local economies of their regions and the national economy.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an unprecedented structural change in the current evolutionary development of the national economy of Ukraine. Situational trends that arise in the open economy of the country require reactive changes in the conditions for doing business and force public authorities to update strategies or mechanisms to support it. At the same time, a number of explicit factors, including unemployment and inflation, further exacerbate the problems in business activities. This makes it necessary to search for relevant methods that would allow interested stakeholders to carry out uninterrupted diagnostics of the state of entrepreneurship development and, on this basis, determine effective government policy tools to support this sector of the economy. Important management measures are the current assessment of the business sector, determination of its future development, and forecasting the consequences of the impact of the external environment on the activities of enterprises. At the same time, the updated methods should take into account the evolution of the development of the national economy and the specifics of the modern activities of large, medium, and small enterprises in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to develop a relevant methodology for assessing the current activities of business entities in the managerial aspect, as well as modeling the forecast for the development of this sector of the economy, taking into account the specifics of the functioning of the national economy of Ukraine. The use of the methodology proposed by the authors will make it possible to systematically assess the current state of entrepreneurship development and respond in advance to negative factors that cause its inert development.

Based on the 2018 Global Entrepreneurship Index’s data, globally, Indonesia is a country that has a low number of entrepreneurs, which position in 94 from 137 countries. Meanwhile, entrepreneurs have an important role in supporting the national economy in various aspects. Indirectly, they are required to have more competence to compete and survive longer. This research finds out the relevance of 30 characteristics in the three-cluster entrepreneurial competence block diagram for entrepreneurs in East Java. The authors use the qualitative method with the Miles and Huberman analysis technique. This data was collected by interviewing 11 entrepreneurs who have been selected based on the criteria. With the approach of Miles and Huberman, the researcher concluded that 11 entrepreneurs had 30 entrepreneurial characteristics and considered that these characters were important. The results identify that 30 characteristics in the three-cluster entrepreneurial competency block diagram are valid. In addition, the competence of entrepreneurs can be through a religious approach and the culture of the surrounding community. In most sectors of the national economy, technical facilities are represented by unloading devices that extract bulk cargo from the freight rolling stock, store it for a certain time, and ship it to a similar or other type of transport. Objects intended for the implementation of the stages of loading, unloading, and various storage periods, including bulk cargos, are commonly referred to by the broad scientific community as transport and warehouse complexes (TWC). Most operations performed in the TWC are the movement of goods (internal movements, receiving or sending goods by various modes of transport. The authors clarified the concept of "transport and warehouse complex" - it is an element of the transport network of the region, providing communication of external transport systems of the regions and performing the functions of converting the cargo flow of the region into the cargo flow sent by the region. On the one hand, they perform functions of transshipment points in relation to deep (economic) warehouses, and on the other – the functions of storage facilities. Their primary purpose is determined and depends on a large number of factors, including: the size of the direct service area, the ratio of the design capacity of the warehouse to the volumes of deliveries and the use of bulk cargo, as well as the condition of roads in the serviced area, the uniformity of the receipt of bulk cargo and the availability of vehicles for their delivery to the consumer.
