Security is multidimensional in nature and diverse in practice. This diversity leads to difficulty in providing a single all-encompassing definition for the many applied domains of security. Security cannot be considered singular in concept definition, as definition is dependent on applied context. Security incorporates diverse and multi-disciplined actors, originating and practicing across many disciplines. This multidimensional nature of security results unclear understanding of a definition for the concept of security. Bridging the gap between the traditional definitions of science and the undefined definition of what is Security can be achieved through Scientific Security Research methodologies that will be engaged and implemented in the exploration, analysis and conclusions of the systematic and organized body of knowledge.

The subject of research is the notion and the features of a bond as a subject of the Polish civil law. The aim of research is the exposure of the current trends of legal regulation of bond issue and handling on example of the legislation of Poland. The methodological basis of the research contains the comparative law approach. In the course of investigation the author has come to the conclusion that the legislation of Poland governing the issue and handling of bonds reflects a number of current trends of the development of civil law as following: the differentiation of legal regulation of the securities market, the unacceptance of the universal concept definition of the term «security», the dematerialization of the securities, the approximation of the legal status of a share and a bond, the enhancement of the measures of the corporation’s shareholders and debt holders protection, the approximation and mutual loanword of the common and continental law countries legislation, the extention of the frame of reference of legal civil rights represented with securities.

In the material world we live in, all the substances are all in a status of motion and circulation. There is a temporal definition and analysis between the utilization of energy and other resources by human and its influence on motion, circulation of substances and the environment. Based on such definition and analysis, we can see a different state of human’s influence of resources utilization on environment at another level. The deep analysis and definition are made on depth space resources utilization at an angle of temporal dimension of energy and resources utilization.

Factors, which determine the structure and the parameters of secured information-telecommunication system, have been identified. The concept of mathematical modelling of secured information- telecommunication system has been defined. Optimisation factor and criterion of information- telecommunication system have been proposed. Equations of sensitivity, which differ from the known ones by taking into account small changes in the internal parameters of the system under the influence of external factors, are clarified.

The article is aimed at studying approaches to the definition of “Organizational Development” (OD). A study of definitions and characteristics of the OD concept has shown that most authors use keywords to explain the essence of the concept, others focus on the constituent elements as objects of influence. Many of researchers add a goal or desired outcome, and others consider organizational development more likely in terms of the approaches used. A number of definitions provided by various authors from 1970 to the present are considered. Using of morphological analysis, the definition was decomposed by the formula “what, of what, for what and with what” into the following constituent elements: keyword, object of influence, goal, approach or means. The most repetitive keyword is “process”, the most common goal is “effectiveness and efficiency of the organization”. Objects as operands are organizational strategies, structure and culture. And for the most part, the authors note the behavioral approach as the main one used in organizational development. A generalized definition is made of the most recurring elements. Each of the elements was subjected to further analysis in chronological order. In particular, it was defined a change in the formulation of OD goal to ”meet the needs of stakeholders” and in approaches to organizational development, namely from a purely behavioral to systemic. Given these considerations, Organizational Development is defined as an ongoing process of transforming organizational strategies, structures and culture to meet external and internal stakeholders through a system of approaches, most notably behavioral. This definition allows you to form an idea of OD as a process, and consider it in the dynamics and identify the objects of influence or focus of attention and management efforts; declares the main goal of development, on which depends the formulation of the desired current results. Based on these three components, approaches or methods of influence should be identified, because, as noted, only the behavioral approach is not exhaustive in OD.

Abstract This paper develops a valid reconstruction in first-order predicate logic of Leibniz’s argument for his complete concept definition of substance in §8 of the Discours de Métaphysique. Following G. Rodriguez-Pereyra, it construes the argument as resting on two substantial premises, the “merely verbal” Aristotelian definition and Leibniz’s concept containment theory of truth, and it understands the resulting “real” definition as saying not that an entity is a substance iff its complete concept contains every predicate of that entity, but iff its complete concept contains every predicate of any subject to which that concept is truly attributable. An account is suggested of why Leibniz criticises the Aristotelian definition as merely nominal and how he takes his own definition to overcome this shortcoming: while on the Aristotelian basis the predication relation could generate endless chains, so that substances as endpoints of predication would be impossible, Leibniz’s definition reveals lowest species as such endpoints, which he therefore identifies with individual substances. Since duplicate lowest species make no sense, the Identity of Indiscernibles for substances follows. The reading suggests a Platonist interpretation according to which substances do not so much have but are individual essences, natures or forms.
