Family harmony, or the values of family education in Russia

The leading idea of the monograph is the idea of the unity of national priorities in the field of values of family education on the territory of the Russian Federation and the place of the region in its formation. Russian Russian peasant family values formation process in the second half of the XIX — early XX century is presented: in its historical and cultural context in the aspect of correlation with the stages of development of the Russian state; in its historical and pedagogical context in the aspect of correlation with the value priorities of education in the Russian peasant family, which determined the essence and content of the family way. The grounds for the representation of the North-Western region of Russia as significant in the formation of values of family education are revealed. The social conditionality of the process of development of traditional values of upbringing in the Russian peasant family is shown, provided by the coordinated actions of social institutions significant in a certain historical period: the state, pedagogical science, the socio-pedagogical movement, religion, the peasant community. The mechanisms of their translation of the values of upbringing in the Russian peasant family are revealed. It is addressed to a wide range of readers interested in the history of their region. It can be used in the implementation of basic educational programs of primary, basic, secondary general (vocational) education as the basis of educational work within the framework of educational, extracurricular activities of students; studying courses on the theory of education in the system of professional development of teaching staff; development of legislative and regulatory acts regulating issues of marriage and family relations.

A MODERN APPROACH TO MONITORING THE PROGRESS OF STUDENTS WITH THE USE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES

Целью статьи является обоснование эффективности проведения поэтапного мониторинга успеваемости обучающихся с применением информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Актуальность темы обусловлена тем, что важным вопросом современного образования является разработка, апробация и дальнейшее внедрение системы мониторинга качества образовательного процесса в ВУЗах. Основным методом является мониторинг, который может улучшить состояние учебного процесса путем выявления проблем и целенаправленной индивидуальной работы. В статье рассматривается алгоритм реализации поэтапного мониторинга с применением информационно-коммуникационных технологий на занятиях. По результатам проведенных исследований сделаны выводы о необходимости внедрения поэтапного мониторинга на занятиях, направленного на управление аудиторией, развитие воспитательной работы и беспристрастную оценку успеваемости обучающихся. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the effectiveness of the stage-by-stage monitoring of students' progress using information and communication technologies. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that an important issue of modern education is the development of a system for monitoring the quality of the educational process in universities. The main method is monitoring, which can improve the state of the educational process through problems and purposeful work. The article uses the implementation of step-by-step monitoring with the use of information and communication technologies in the classroom, conducted with information technology. Based on the results of the research, conclusions were drawn about the stage-by-stage monitoring in the classroom, aimed at managing the audience, developing educational work and an impartial assessment of students' progress.

The age psychology of minors is considered as a factor determining the features of the preliminary investigation of criminal cases involving them. The article deals with issues related to the age psychology of minors, the object of which are the laws, patterns and trends of change in the human psyche, his behavior, life and personality throughout his life. At the same time, it is noted in the legal literature that most crimes committed by minors are due to age-related motivational specifics, committed on the basis of mischief, a misinterpreted sense of camaraderie and romance, the desire for self-affirmation, imitation of both adults and peers who enjoy authority. The behavioral basis of juvenile offenders is formed under the influence of a number of factors, knowledge of which can be important when making tactical and procedural decisions by an investigator during pre-trial proceedings in a criminal case. The behavior of adolescents is largely related to their age characteristics, which largely determine their behavior, which can be observed, including during the preliminary investigation of criminal cases involving them. Thus, knowledge of the peculiarities of age psychology can make it possible to determine the most effective measures of educational work aimed at correcting behavior, correcting and re-educating juvenile offenders. It is these goals that the legislator takes into account, establishing the specifics of the proceedings both in cases of crimes committed by minors and the regulation of investigative actions involving minor victims and witnesses. The peculiarities of the age psychology of minors must also be taken into account when choosing the tactics of investigative actions carried out with their participation, since this is one of the necessary conditions for achieving the goal of the investigative action and the preliminary investigation as a whole.

Optimization of activities for the education of personnel of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation on the basis of a personality-oriented approach

The article deals with optimization of activities for the education of personnel of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. In the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, special attention is traditionally paid to the education of employees. At the same time, the process of education is distinguished by its special content, forms and methods, and its main meaning is to improve the performance of personnel in solving professional problems. The purpose of this work is to consider the features of the implementation of a personality-oriented approach in the process of educating employees of the RF Internal Affairs Department. Subject of the research: features of the application of an individual, personality-oriented approach in the education of employees of the RF Internal Affairs Directorate. The object of the research is the directions of optimization of activities for the education of the personnel of the internal affairs bodies. The article discusses the results of an expert survey of managers and employees of various levels of educational work units (Moscow region, Smolensk region, Lipetsk region, Republic of Sakha). 36 people were respondents. It should be emphasized that a personality-oriented educational impact should have the ultimate goal of a comprehensive and holistic personal development of employees of internal affairs bodies, preparing them for better and more efficient performance of official and official duties.

Role of Social Pedagogue in Teamwork in Educational and Other Institutions

As helper professions, social pedagogical professions relate to working with behavioral problems, emotions, and working on interpersonal human relationships in order to provide assistance to others, people who are in crisis, distress, and who need it. The goal is to achieve changes in the behavior and activities of the individual, which requires interdisciplinarity and teamwork. In order to successfully perform work in institutions where they find their place social pedagogues and be successful members of the team that works with its members, all engaged professionals need to know the essence, reasons, prerequisites, criteria that the working group needs to meet in order to act as a team. The study will contribute to improving the quality of life of all categories of educators with whom they work, all of which will contribute to faster, more efficient, and rational resolution of practical problems in the field of education and educational work.

Historical Development of Social Pedagogy

Every field of study and/or subject has its history. Not knowing the historical development deprives whoever is studying that subject from knowing its strengths and weaknesses. That includes factors that contribute to its theory, such as the ideological perspectives, frames of reference, social significance, present status, and position in the system of science. That is why it is important that every social pedagogue, educator, social worker, and other experts who engage in education and educational work know the roots, the development, and today's state of social pedagogy as a science; it is important for anyone involved in research and practical work to improve its theory and practice and to enrich and improve it. This chapter discusses the historical development of social pedagogy. In focusing on its development, Natorpo's concept of social pedagogy is discussed, and the path of developing social pedagogy after World War II in other parts of the world, such as Croatia, is highlighted. After this focus, a conclusion is reached.

Contemporary Theoretical Understandings About Education

An important role in upbringing and educational work is played by the application of adequate methods and means and knowledge and respect for the principles of educational work. The chapter will elaborate the most frequently represented methods of upbringing and educational work used so far, the advantages and limitations in their application, and the conditions that must be considered during their application in educational work. The methods of upbringing should be known by all educators (parents, preschool educators, teachers, and others), and also the personality of each educator should be known and used accordingly. The application of adequate methods and means of educational work in a timely manner is the best guarantee for the prevention of undesirable behaviors and other forms of sociopathological manifestations. The chapter will also present the means of educational work that can be used as well as principles that should be known and adhered to by all educators engaged in education and educational work.

Development of mechanisms for regulating the educational process by students of higher educational institutions

Introduction. Currently, civil passivity, unwillingness to bear responsibility, is very common among students of higher educational institutions. Creating conditions for the active life of students is a complex problem, the solution of which depends on the efficiency of the enterprises of the region and the country. The education of the norms of collective life in young specialists, the development of civil and social responsibility is an important and urgent task. The purpose of the study: to develop measures to improve educational work with students of technical universities by creating conditions for their active life in accordance with the purpose and objectives of the approximate work program of education recommended by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Materials and methods. The analysis of scientific sources in the field of education, organization of student self-government, improvement of student satisfaction is applied. The study analyzed the results of the questionnaire survey of 947 students of Perm National Research Polytechnic University. Methods of mathematical statistics: t-Student test for independent samples. The results of the study. Stated the facts of unsatisfactory consideration of the opinion of students, as well as the imperfection of the existing mechanisms of student self-government and regulation of the educational process. The identified comments and suggestions of students regarding the organization of the university's work remain mostly in self-examination reports, which was confirmed when comparing data on student satisfaction for 2019 and 2020, no significant differences were found according to the Student's criterion (p > 0.1). The practical significance lies in identifying the points of growth of higher educational institutions in terms of improving educational work. The results of the study can be useful and applicable for creating conditions for the active life of students in other universities of the country. In the future, it is planned to repeat the research in order to evaluate the recommendations.

Família e Escola: Uma Aproximação Necessária no Processo de Ensino e Aprendizagem da Criança / Family and School: A Necessary Approach in the Child Teaching and Learning Process

Resumo: O presente artigo foi desenvolvido na Escola Municipal Professora Cleuzemi Pereira do Nascimento Silva, que se localiza na cidade de Salgueiro – PE onde atende do 1º ao 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental Anos Iniciais onde teve por finalidade analisar as questões pertinentes à relação que deve ser estabelecida entre família e escola a fim de propiciar ao aluno o desenvolvimento adequado de suas potencialidades físicas, afetivas e cognitivas por meio da aprendizagem dos conteúdos aplicados. O trabalho desenvolvido direcionou-se pela preocupação na melhora da relação escola e família, haja vista a interligação entre a educação familiar e educação escolar que não deve ser desconsiderada no processo de ensino e aprendizagem, com a intenção de analisar como se tem dado o processo de participação dos pais e/ou responsáveis, considerando a importância da aproximação da família e da escola. Sendo assim, poderão contribuir efetivamente na formação de cidadãos capazes de acompanhar as transformações sociais dentro do contexto das relações interpessoais e humanas. A pesquisa busca responder de que forma a relação entre a família e a escola irá contribuir no processo de aprendizagem dos estudantes? O artigo teve como principal objetivo minimizar os problemas disciplinares e pedagógicos que a escola possa vir a enfrentar, com o propósito também de minimizar a distância e fortalecer as relações. Buscamos durante os encontros com os pais/responsáveis ressaltar e valorizar a importância da participação da família no contexto escolar, promover a integração entre família e escola e proporcionar aos pais momentos de reflexão acerca de temas relacionados à educação e a formação humana, com vídeos reflexivos e slides, orientando-se pelos princípios pedagógicos regidos pelo respeito aos valores estéticos, políticos, éticos e morais, pois os pais com a parceria da escola devem fazer parte de qualquer trabalho educativo tendo como foco a formação de um cidadão crítico e pensante. A metodologia utilizada foi uma pesquisa de campo na Escola Municipal Professora Cleuzemi Pereira do Nascimento Silva, tendo como coleta de dados bibliográficos autores como PIAGET (2007) e LUCK (2010) dente outros, para compor o aporte teórico. During meetings with parents/guardians, we sought to emphasize and value the importance of family participation in the school context, promote integration between family and school and provide parents with moments of reflection on issues related to education and human training, with reflective videos and slides, guided by pedagogical principles governed by respect for aesthetic, political, ethical and moral values, as parents, in partnership with the school, must be part of any educational work focused on the formation of critical and thinking citizens. The methodology used was a field research at the Municipal School Professora Cleuzemi Pereira do Nascimento Silva, having as collection of bibliographic data authors such as PIAGET (2007) and LUCK (2010) among others, to compose the theoretical contribution. The results achieved contributed to understand the relevance of the presence of the family at school, and the importance of the bond between parents and/or guardians and the school institution, being one of the positive factors for the development of student learning.Keywords: Genealogy, Education, Student, Family; School.
