Police integrity is an important phenomenon, as it is the foundation for realising trusted, modern, and professional police personnel, as expected by the Indonesian National Police (INP). The number of samples in this research was 200 police members from 10 working units in the Central Java Regional Police Command. The sampling method was purposively random sampling. The Structural Equation Model Analysis (SEM) was used to test the influence of the transformational leadership and work satisfaction by placing organisational culture as a mediating variable against police integrity. By the SEM analysis, this research found that police work satisfaction has influence over organizational culture (r= 0.49; p< 005), and the transformational leadership has significant influence over organizational culture (r= 0.37; p< 0.05). Organizational culture as a mediating variable has significant influence over police integrity (r= 0.26; p< 0.05). Furthermore, leadership has significant influence over police integrity (r= 0.39; p< 005), and work satisfaction has direct influence over police integrity (r= 0.24; p< 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the transformational leadership and work satisfaction have strong indirect influence over organisational culture as a mediating variable against police integrity. Meanwhile, work satisfaction has weak direct influence (r=0.24; p<0.05) over police integrity.

Contemporary businesses usually pay considerable attention to improve their employee work abilities, by paying attention to aspects of human resources. This study analyzes the effect of organizational climate, organizational citizenship behavior and transformational leadership as aspects that are predicted to increase job satisfaction and work morale. Sampling was taken using a non-probability sampling method, and through a Likert Scale with the questionnaire being distributed to 96 employees. The results of regression analysis show that there are significant effects of job satisfaction on work morale (t=2.706 and p=0.008 ≤ 0.05), organizational climate on job satisfaction (t=6.701; p=0.000≤0.05), and organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction (t=3.295; p=0.001≤0.05). In examining the mediating effect, the findings showed that there were significant effects of organizational climate on work morale through job satisfaction (t=2.492; p=0.015≤0.05), organizational citizenship behavior on work morale with job satisfaction interventions (t=2.311; p=0.023≤0.05). However, the study found that there was neither any significant effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction nor transformational leadership on work morale with job satisfaction mediation. The paper argues for nonprofit making corporations that strive to increase resilience against economic challenges through human resource development and strategic training by involving the management in various sections of the human resource management activities. Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) operating in an open environment, depend upon external sources for funds and resources to perform robustly. Changes in external environment and internal deficiencies lead to face adverse impacts and collapse of organizations. Very few organizations manage to recover from losses, take advantage from situations and evolve stronger than before. Resilience provides strength to NGOs and help obtain positive future prospects under crisis situations. The study aims to enhance understanding of dynamics and nature of resilience of NGOs. It empirically investigates the effect of factors including transformational leadership that promotes organizational learning, management development, ethics training, systems thinking and social capital and political instability as an external factor on resilience of NGOs. Data have been collected from sample of 200 managerial level employees working in NGOs of Muscat, Oman. The research findings conclude that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational resilience; whereas, the indirect effect of transformational leadership in the presence of organizational learning as mediator is insignificant, thus exhibits insignificant mediation.
