Image processing is any form of information processing in which both input and output are images. Most of the image processing involves in treating the image as two dimensional representations and applying standard techniques to it. Images contain lot of uncertainties and are fuzzy/vague in nature. Various fuzzy filtering techniques are defined for noise removal in image processing and these existing filters helps to enhance the image using only the membership values. Further, by incorporating intuitionistic fuzzy filters, vagueness and ambiguity are managed by taking the non-membership values also into consideration. In this paper, light is thrown on some important types of noise and a comparative analysis is done. This paper also presents the results of applying different noise types to an image and investigates the results of various intuitionistic fuzzy filtering techniques. A comparison is made on the results of all the techniques.

Information security is one of the most important components in any organization. The disclosure of this information can lead not only to material losses, but also to the loss of the reputation and image of the company, which ultimately, in some cases, can lead to its complete collapse. Therefore, in order to avoid these consequences, it is necessary to analyze the security and reliability of information processing systems. One of the most effective ways to do this is through the use of "penetration testing" methods. The results obtained. The section provides software vulnerabilities analysis. The most frequently used types of attacks and intrusions by cyber intruders are highlighted. In contrast to this, methods comparative analysis for identifying software vulnerabilities was carried out. It is concluded that it is advisable to improve the methods for identifying vulnerabilities through the recommendations complex use taking into account the existing security risks of software tools, the features of modern methodologies and software development tools, as well as the modern software penetration testing methods capabilities.

The article shows that the solution to the problem of increasing the noise immunity (noise immunity and secrecy of functioning) of the ICS can be achieved using systems of nonlinear signals with improved ensemble, structural and correlation properties. Two classes of nonlinear complex discrete signals are considered: characteristic discrete signals (CDS) and cryptographic signals (CS). Methods for the synthesis of these signals are presented. The paper gives a statistical simulation model for studying the noise immunity of various classes of signals in the Gaussian channel. Using this model, estimates of the dependence of the error probability on the signal-to-noise ratio were obtained for various classes of signals, namely: CDS, KS and standard BPSK AFM-16 signals. It is shown that for the signal-to-noise ratio – 10 the error probability for the CDR is 4.6875e-06, for the CS is 3.515625e-06, and for the AFM-16 is 0.002025. Thus, the use of nonlinear complex discrete signals, in particular, CDS and KS, can significantly increase the noise immunity of signal reception in modern ICS. At the same time, taking into account the improved ensemble and structural properties of these nonlinear signals, it is possible to improve significantly the indicators of crypto- and imitation security of the systems functioning.

A comparative analysis of the information processing associated with sighted and blind mobility indicates that the performance of blind pedestrians may be limited by the excessive “mental effort” demands of the task. Describes a group of experiments conducted to test the effectiveness of a secondary task as a measure of the blind mobility information processing workload. Secondary task performance is shown to be a useful index of the effects of preview and route difficulty, as well as the perceptual and cognitive demands placed on users of different mobility aids.

Аннотация: В статье рассматривается одна из целей обучения русскому языку – развитие навыков межкультурной коммуникации и формирование толерантного отношения к чужой культуре через ознакомление со своей и другими культурами. Автор статьи предлагает в качестве примера сопоставительный анализ двух учебных текстов. Данные тексты взяты из учебного пособия, ав- тором которого она является. Лингвокультурологический аспект работы над текстом заключается в выявлении национально-специфических особенностей текста на всех уровнях: содержательном, формальном, языковом. Цели данного лингвокультурологического анализа текста на лексико-фразеологическом уровне состоит в том, чтобы: 1) выявить языковые единицы с национально-культурной семантикой; 2) сопоставить их с фактами родного языка и культуры, выделить общее и национально-специфическое в языковых единицах. Ключевые слова: полиязычие; межкультурная коммуникация; культурное самосознание; формирование сознания; языковая подготовка; информационная переработка. The linguistic and cultural aspect of the work on the text is to identify the national-specific features of the text at all levels: content, formal, linguistic. The purpose of this linguistic and cultural analysis of the text at the lexical and phraseological level is to: 1) identify language units with national-cultural semantics; 2) compare them with the facts of the native language and culture, to highlight the General and national-specific in the language units.
