A set of measurement system for the testing of transmission lines, composing of wireless center station, wireless current acquisition and transmission nodes, wireless voltage acquisition and transmission node, was designed, which was based on wireless communication. The high speed wireless bridge working at 2.4GHz together with the clock synchronization module based on the IEEE1588 communicating protocol were both employed for the communication and time synchronization separately. The measurement system has data storage, waveform display, data analysis, automatic report generation and other functions. The measurement system can greatly reduced arrangement of cables, thereafter improved the test efficiency.

To match, test, and determine the working conditions and correctness of each function of the aircraft measurement system. This article proposes a design of equivalent test platform which can produce digital and analog signals for the self-testing of measurement system. By using the ethernet protocol chip W5300 to achieve the high-speed communication between host computer and equivalent device. Communication uses UDP unicast data transfer mode with advantages of high-speed and long-distance transmission, and the Phenomenon of data packet loss is not easy in transmission.

AlGaAs/GaAs heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) high speed ICs have been paving the way for the most sophisticated fiber-optic communication systems since the late 1980s. Recently 20 Gbps HBT ICs have been developed to accommodate the emergence of optical fiber amplifiers. HBT technology is now proceeding towards the development of 40 Gbps systems where the lack of high speed measurement system remains an issue.

With the gradual improvement of China’s railway net, the opening of international railways as well as the continuous growth of railway operating mileage, the workload of remeasuring railways is increasing. The traditional methods of remeasuring railways can not meet current high-speed and high-density operating conditions anymore in terms of safety, efficiency and quality, so a safer and more efficient measurement method is urgently needed. This thesis integrated various sensors on a self-mobile instrument, such as 3D laser scanner, digital image sensor and GNSS_IMU, designing a set of intelligent and integrated self-mobile scanning measurement system. This thesis proposed region growing segmentation based on the reflection intensity of point cloud. Through the secondary development of CAD, the menu for automatic processing of self-mobile scanning measurement system is designed to realize rail automatic segmentation, extraction of rail top points, fitting of plane parameters of railway line, calculation of curve elements and mileage management. The results show that self-mobile scanning measurement system overcomes the shortcomings of traditional railway measurement to some extent, and realizes intelligent measurement of railways.

Abstract. The high-speed videogrammetric measurement system, which provides a convenient way to capture three-dimensional (3D) dynamic response of moving objects, has been widely used in various applications due to its remarkable advantages including non-contact, flexibility and high precision. This paper presents a distributed high-speed videogrammetric measurement system suitable for monitoring of large-scale structures. The overall framework consists of hardware and software two parts, namely observation network construction and data processing. The core component of the observation network is high-speed cameras to provide multiview image sequences. The data processing part automatically obtains the 3D structural deformations of the key points from the captured image sequences. A distributed parallel processing framework is adopted to speed up the image sequence processing. An empirical experiment was conducted to measure the dynamics of a double-tube five-layer building structure on the shaking table using the presented videogrammetric measurement system. Compared with the high-accuracy total station measurement, the presented system can achieve a sub-millimeter level of coordinates discrepancy. The 3D deformation results demonstrate the potential of the non-contact high-speed videogrammetric measurement system in dynamic monitoring of large-scale shake table tests.
