As it is known, currently, the fields at the last stage of development are operated predominantly with sucker-rod pumps. Their operation is usually carried out in quite complicated technological and hydrodynamic conditions dramatically affecting the operation efficiency. Based on the actual field data, the paper studies the possible impact of the depth of sucker-rod pump running on the delivery rate, which is one of the indexes of operation of the whole sucker-rod pump unit. The values of delivery rates by oil and water have been calculated and their functional dependencies on the depth of sucker-rod pumps running developed as well. The results justified the increase of delivery rate by oil and its decrease by water in reviewed value diapasons. Mathematical models of developed dependencies have been obtained as well. As a result of conducted studies, the practicability of the increase of pump setting depth in operation conditions of reviewed field is justified.

Modern trends in the development of technology are based on the need for experimental studies of the equipment being developed in laboratory conditions with the maximum approximation of the operating modes to real ones. Such studies are impossible without the development of specialized stands with test automation systems. Automation of processes involves the organization of measuring channels as part of a stand using analog-to-digital conversion (ADC), digital-to-analog conversion (DAC), digital-todigital conversion (DDC) and the development of a hardware-software complex (HSC) based on high-speed computing devices. As part of the project to create new high-tech equipment, the specialists of FSBEI HE “KSPEU” and JSC “ChEAZ” developed and created an experimental stand designed to verify and confirm the correctness of the selected structural and circuit solutions used in the design of a synchronous valve electric motor (SVEM) and rod control station borehole pumping unit (RC SBPU). The object of experimental research was the prototype and prototype electric drives of oil pumping units, as well as their components: SVEM and RC SBPU. The article discusses the ways of organizing the measuring and control channels of the measuring and information system of the experimental bench, which allows to study samples of synchronous valve motors and control stations of the sucker rod pump unit in the regimes that are as close as possible to real field conditions simulating the operation of the oil pumping unit of the sucker rod pump unit. Thus, in the experimental stand, analog, discrete and digital control and control channels are implemented.

The article proposes a methodology for assigning categories of power receivers according to the requirements of reliability of their power supply. The concept of “category of electrical receiver” is fundamental in relation to ensuring the reliability of power supply and has long been used in general industrial and industry guidance documentation. At the same time, the interpretation of long-formulated formulations regarding the attitude of the receiver to one or another category still remains ambiguous and allows for misunderstandings, which is especially evident in industry documents. In order to formalize the process of assigning a receiver to one or another category, to make it more objective, a technique is proposed that is based on recently actively developed methods of expert risk assessment. The methodology allows, without going over to monetary terms, to qualitatively assess risks and formalize the procedure for establishing the category of a particular electrical receiver. An example of an expert qualitative assessment of risks and the choice of a category of electric drive of a sucker-rod pump installation is given.
