This research review papers shows how HR departments need to optimize the way their organizations use human resources, and to be as efficient as possible themselves. They need to make better and faster decisions, to match people better to requirements, and at the same time to reduce costs. As an HR director, you’re probably aware that you could achieve your aims more effectively through better use of data. For example, when a business need arises, you need to be able to see at a glance whether you have the right person available internally or need to look outside. In the latter case, you then typically face the additional challenge of scanning large volumes of applications or CVs/résumés. Fortunately, with today’s technology, it’s possible to automate much of the work of matching people to requirements. You can also bring together structured and unstructured data to learn more about the potential of your own staff, and take advantage of information available in social networks to find out about potential recruits. With recent advances, all this can be achieved without major investment in technology and related skills. Applying advanced analytics effectively to HR challenges is the aim of our new offer, People Analytics.

Network-On-Chip (NoC) has surpassed the traditional bus based on-chip communication in offering better performance for data transfers among many processing, peripheral and other cores of high performance embedded systems. Adaptive routing provides an effective way of efficient on-chip communication among NoC cores. The message routing efficiency can further improve the performance of NoC based embedded systems on a chip. Congestion awareness has been applied to adaptive routing for achieving better data throughput and latency. This thesis presents a novel approach of analyzing congestion to improve NoC throughput by improving packet allocation in NoC routers. The routers would have the knowledge of the traffic conditions around themselves by utilizing the congestion information. We employ header flits to store the congestion information that does not require any additional communication links between the routers. By prioritizing data packets that are likely to suffer the worst congestion would improve overall NoC data transfer latency.

An accurate measurement technique is required to fully characterize the losses observed at high frequencies in transmission lines. Evaluation of losses seen at high frequencies is necessary to meet the high-speed data transfer rates that future applications will demand. Conductor properties and losses are two critical issues in signal path characterization. The nature of conductor losses is not well understood at high speeds. Classical models used for predicting the effects of surface roughness on signal propagation are known to breakdown around 5 GHz. Novel methods are sought to quantify the effects beyond 5 GHz. In this paper, a simple methodology to extract conductor loss is derived and validated based on a stripline configuration of two different widths. The proposed methodology is applicable to surface roughness loss characterization of both organic and ceramic packaging materials.

Data deduplication is one of the main techniques for copying recovery data duplicates and was widely used in distributed storage to minimize extra space and spare data transfer capacity. It was proposed that the simultaneous encryption method encode the data before re-appropriating to preserve the confidentiality of delicate data while facilitating de replication. Unlike conventional de duplication systems, consumers are therefore viewed as having differential advantages as indupli-cate tests other than the data itself. Security analysis shows that our approach is safe in terms of the values set out in the proposed security model. For this deduplication M3 encryption algorithm and DES algorithm are used. M3 encryption is to compare another with the latest technology, for more effective, security purposes, fast actions and. The second DES encryption that was used to open the file and decrypt understandable language for humans in a secure language. A model of our current accepted copy check program is revised as proof of concept by the current research and explicitly shows the tests using our model. The proposed research shows that when opposed to conventional operations, our proposed duplicate test plot creates marginal overhead.

The technology behind Mobile Adhoc Network is growing day by day. This growth is triggered by the needs of the society and it remarks the influence and usage of MANET around the world. Due to the flexibility, scalability and ease of use, MANET has become a part of everyone’s life. So researches are carried out with a sole aim to maximize the throughput. There are many aspects to be covered to improve MANET performance which includes routing, energy usage, bandwidth usage, mobility management etc… Researchers try to bring better performance by tuning the above parameters to an optimal condition so as to bring an overall balance. Management of energy and its conservation by optimization is a critical issue to be addressed in MANET. This paper introduces a novel approach in MANET routing which enables better energy management during data exchange. This method uses a new paradigm which will provide Multi Stage Indexed Energy Conserving Routing in MANET (MSPIEC routing). MSPIEC routing identifies the overall energy equilibrium of the MANET during route discovery, and based on the statistics the data exchange will be carried out. Since MSPIEC routing has the data on energy equilibrium, more data will be passed through healthy routes and less data will be assigned through weaker paths, so that the entire data transfer will be balanced as a whole.

A novel approach is presented which is able to predict the available maximal data transfer rate of SHDSL connections from measured frequency dependent electrical parameters of wire pairs. Predictions are made by a fuzzy inference system. The basis of the operable and tested method will be introduced, then an improved version is shown, in which the problems derived from sampling of continuous functions of electrical parameters are eliminated by wavelet transformation. Also possibilities for simplification of the problem and a way of reducing the dimensions of the applied rule bases are presented. As the set of the measured data leads to sparse rule bases, handling of sparseness is unavoidable. Two different ways—fuzzy interpolation and various membership functions—will be introduced. The presented methods were tested by measurements in real telecommunications access networks.

In this paper, we introduce a novel approach of stabilityawareness routing for efficient utilization of Bandwidth by useof Bandwidth Threshold. Earlier work on routing in MANETshad resulted in several routing protocols which targets at findinga viable route from source to destination without taking intoconsideration battery backup or Bandwidth availability for datatransfer & they frequently fails to discover stable routesbetween source and destination, resulting in networkoverloading & discarding of data packets. In Novel stabilityawareness routing protocol, selects only the route which canprovides minimum required Bandwidth and uptime to supportthe data transfer for the expected duration. The Novel stabilityawareness routing (NSAR) resolves the problem of SADSRprotocol & provide better results in terms of route discoverysuccess rate with multiple route establishment, maintenanceoverheads and enhancing QOS.
