Each production requires a system monitoring, so efficiency that the desired and productivity can be achieved and monitored in real time. This system is needed in the type of press machine production which is mainly influenced by based production lead time. The monitoring process is one of the factors that influences the time of production and manufacturing. Conventionally, the system is monitoring carried out manually by the operator on a piece of paper. This method tends to create errors and quite a long time. This paper aims to overcome the problems that occur by creating a system that is able to record and monitor the machine automatically. The solution is made by utilizing a sensor limit switch, infrared, pressure transmitter and Wi-Fi network based on Web Interface that is connected to the Firebase real time database. Equipped with PID control using the Ziegler Nichols 1 method to stabilize wind pressure on the system. Monitoring devices can be accessed on PCs, laptops, smartphones, connected to the internet, equipped with user-level operators, management, or engineers so that they can be used easily. All production data for each press is collected in a database. The data will be processed by the system to produce a value OEE machine. All data will be displayed on the Web Interface in real-time. The system output is the actual production, value OEE and wind pressure control. The test results show the system is running well, with 2s delay time and data accuracy of ± 0.2%.

The use of appropriate learning resources has the potential to improve students' ability in solving mathematical problems. This study aims to determine the local culture that is oriented towards Tri Hita Karana which can be used as a learning resource for fractions in an effort to improve students' problem solving abilities. This type of research is exploratory with the research subject of the teacher who teaches the fifth grade students of Elementary School Number 1 Bhaktiseraga Singaraja. Data on aspects of local culture that are oriented towards Tri Hita Karana which can be used as a learning resource for fractions were collected by means of questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the aspects of local culture oriented to Tri Hita Karana that could be used for learning fractions were the mecaru ceremony, tumpek wariga, odalan, ngayah. These learning resources can be used for material integration or math problems.

Subsequently, they have decided to organize the company into two units one in southern India and one in northern India.  Sugar industry is a vital agro industry largely depends on agriculture in India and is extremely accountable for creating a major impact on rural economy in particular and the country's economic status on broad-spectrum. Sugar production has a yield in the Indian subcontinent since ancient times. Then subsequently evolutes around the globe1. Sugarcane is a native of tropical Indian domain and spread over to the vital segments of world. Sugarcane plantation would be carried out twice in every year in India. The majority of the sugar production in India takes at regional sugar mills2. Subsequently in the post independence era India contemplated for overall augmentation of sugar industry3. The Indian sugar industry is independent in its energy needs and further makes additional exportable power through cogeneration. The different byproducts of sugar industry likewise add to the economic development of the nation to advancing various additional industries. Sugarcane has developed as a multi-product crop utilized as an essential raw material for the manufacture of sugar, ethanol, paper, electricity and besides a cogeneration of subsidiary product.

This researchh has a purpose to observe strategic of alliances’s effect which were consist of efficiency, on the growth of human resources, knowledge or learning, and market motives. In this study the researcher used a quantitative approach, the data used were primary data and the data collection technique carried out by the researcher was using a questionnaire instrument. The results of this study showed that knowledge as a reason for forging strategic partnerships has a positive effect on human resources (HR) development in the MSME sector. Meanwhile, as a motivator for forging strategic alliances, the market does not affect the development of human resources (HR) and efficiency.

The economic analysis reveals the basic information on the expenditure and profit to an investor who is willing to invest on the production of basalt-based brake pad in Nigeria, Nigeria has huge demand of brake as revealed by data obtained from National Bureau of Statistics Abuja (NBS). The analysis was based on deductive economic analysis which assumptions were made and arrived at particular result and the costing was based on Activity-Based Costing (ABC) where overhead and indirect cost were assigned to the related product. The economic analysis will give an insight to an investor (s) who has been skeptic about investing in the manufacturing of brake pad in Nigeria. The analysis revealed that the total capital require for this investment is #54,520,184.00 to set up a manufacturing plant with a capacity of 12,960 pieces of brake pad per day with a depreciation period of ten years. It also showed that if the line will run at 75% efficiency, the annual production is 2,566,080 pieces of brake pads. The unit cost of production is #520.85, unit selling price is #572.935, interest before tax of #6,797,983.869, break-even quantity of 861,019pieces, payback period of eight months. The annual total cost of production is #1,373,924,104.00, annual total sales revenue of #1,470,309,952.00.Twenty-seven people are require for manning the plant.It is clear from above information the investment is worthwhile because of the good payback period and considering the huge demand in Nigeria.

Water is essential part of ecosystem, so its quality must be ascertained for use especially in Ekole creek of Nigeria where dredging activities is heavy, hence this study examined the dredging effect on the downstream water quality of Ekole creek. Water samples were collected from four points which are; Upstream, Dredge I, Dredge II, and Downstream points. The parameters of the water quality determined showed that Turbidity and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) were higher at the Downstream point with values of 31 NTU and 1664 mg/l respectively; pH was also slightly acidic (6.61); but low in Total Dissolve Solid (TDS), Electrical Conductivity,  Nitrate (NO3) and Dissolved Oxygen (DO), as compare to the Upstream. The values of the  heavy metals like Pb (3.845 mg/l), Cr (0.612 mg/l) Ni (0.104 mg/l) and Cu (0.128 mg/l),  at Downstream point, were above Pb (3.0605 mg/l), Cr (0.0 mg/l), Ni (0.017 mg/l) and Cu (0.102 mg/l) of  the Upstream point,before the Dredging points I and II, that have  correlative matrix of(Pb>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu>Ni>Cr) and  Pb>Fe>Cr>Mn>Zn>Cu>Ni Downstream point. Is discovered the Downstream water is slightly acidic, high in Turbidity and TSS, but low in TDS, EC, NO3 and DO, as against the WHO drinking-water quality, due the effect of dredging on the water quality of the Ekole Creek. It is inferred that the dredging activities have negative effects on the water quality, which can be hazardous to the health of downstream user, and distort the ecosystem; therefore the commercial dredging activities should be checked in Ekole creek.

The Covid-19 impact was everywhere, which resulted in the closure of Schools and other educational institutions. Work life balance and stress are the main players in this situation, they are studied and analyzed precisely to understand the difficulties of the faculty members. When there is a imbalance in work-life balance, it will affect the satisfaction level of both personal and professional life, then it will cause low productivity and increase stress. Due to the pandemic, work from home method was implemented for many professions. By comparing IT sector work from home jobs, teaching profession has much difficulties. Educational institutions have the important responsibility to develop the nation by developing the students. Except educational sector other sectors have some period of time to operate their functions, but education sector should be sustainable in any situation to assure and secure the future of the nation. Initially, most governments have decided to temporarily close the educational institutions to reduce the impact of Covid-19. Later it was reopened, which increased the number of infection rates and then closed again.  This study was conducted to analyze the impacts faced by the private college faculty members in Tiruchirappalli district after the pandemic surge. By conducting this study, 140 responses were collected and analyzed using F test statistical tool.

Metrology services are carried out in order to protect the consumers and producers in terms of obtaining fair rights in trade transactions. The Metrology Center as the implementor of metrology still faces obstacles in the implementation of its services, currently the service has only reached 24.7% of the total metrology equipment used. Obstacles that occur in addition to the problem of inadequate facilities and infrastructure are also because the process of capturing metrological data is still done manually using many paper documents. In each service element, there are various kinds of documents that must be filled out manually and in the end these documents will be archived separately. This flow of data and information has not been well documented, although the output data from this process will be processed into metrology information that will be used by management above it in making decisions. Metrology Information System was developed to overcome the obstacles that exist in The Metrology Center, in addition to supporting the performance of The Metrology Center as well for the success of E-Government. The development of a metrological information system uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a Business Process re-engineering approach for metrology services.

The emerging of shuffle model has attracted considerable attention of scientists owing to his unique properties in solving the privacy problems in federated learning, specifically the trade off problem between privacy and utility in central and local model. Where, the central model relies on a trusted server which collects users’ raw data and then perturbs it. While in the local model all users perturb their data locally then they send their perturbed data to server. Both models have pron and con. The server in central model enjoys with high accuracy but the users suffer from insufficient privacy in contrast, the local model which provides sufficient privacy at users’ side but the server suffers from limited accuracy. Shuffle model has advanced property of hide position of input messages by perturbing it with perturbation π. Therefore, the scientists considered on adding shuffle model between users and servers to make the server untrusted where the users communicate with the server through the shuffle and boosting the privacy by adding perturbation π for users’ messages without increasing the noise level. Consequently, the usage of modified technique differential privacy federated learning with shuffle model will explores the gap between privacy and accuracy in both models. So this new model attracted many researchers in recent work. In this review, we initiate the analytic learning of a shuffled model for distributed differentially private mechanisms. We focused on the role of shuffle model for solving the problem between privacy and accuracy by summarizing the recent researches about shuffle model and its practical results. Furthermore, we present two types of shuffle, single shuffle and m shuffles with the statistical analysis for each one in boosting the privacy amplification of users with the same level of accuracy by reasoning the practical results of recent papers.

STEM education, which focuses on improving students' 21st century skills, aims to increase interest in engineering professions that have a very important place in the future of the world. Due to continuous innovation in technologies, it is critical to provide STEM and robotics coding training to students. Knowing the content of studies in our country related to STEM is of great importance for awareness of its use in science course.  The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of robotics coding STEM activities on teacher candidates ' awareness of their use in science course. 37 science teacher candidates participated in the 12-week study.  Qualitative research method was used in this study.  Qualitative data was taken from the field notes and semi-structured interview. As part of STEM activities, it is aimed to teach teacher candidates Robotics Coding. In the activities, Arduino IDE, Fritzing programs were taught. Robotics coding STEM activities have had a positive impact on teacher candidates. Teacher candidates reported that activities increased their interest and attitude to science, and that they were instructive, fun, and useful. Teacher candidates expressed that robotics coding activities integrated into education system enabled making learning permanent.
