Based on the research in cross-regional resource scheduling and massive data storage, the article built public service platform including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. It provided all kinds of management software and business software for middle size enterprise users, and provided the development, testing, deployment platform for software vendors, and provided unified resource management, monitoring and maintenance for platform operators which finally become cloud service platform to support enterprise management and software development lifecycle. This helps to form a self-loop and self-development cloud computing ecosystem, to form the linkage of cloud services production, cloud services consumption and cloud service management, and to provide comprehensive information support for the growth and development of middle size enterprise.

The core idea of modern logistics is to create value at the lowest cost. To achieve this goal enterprise must integrate logistics resources in society. Previous technologies can not help logistics industry achieve this goal without appropriate business model and cloud computing can give a hand. Cloud computing can effectively reduce IT investment and risk, can get IT service in less investment and shorter cycle to improve enterprises responsiveness to business changes. This article proposed the logical model and function modules of integrated logistics resources service platform. On this base it constructed the architecture of integrated logistics resources service platform based on cloud computing. Cloud computing architecture consisting of infrastructure layer, application layer and service provider layer was set up. This model has expedited new market and new services for logistics

Collaboration, cloud computing have been identified as key business technology trends that will reshape enterprises worldwide. Cloud manufacturing (CM) - the manufacturing version of cloud computing can be implemented by various approaches. A part model based on processing behavior was developed and the definition, classification and data structure expressed by XML were presented. Processing behavior as trading service unit, can be requested or responded by designer clients or manufacturer clients on the trading service platform. Meanwhile, the data exchange protocol and trading mechanism were analyzed, and the workflow of the trading service platform was given. Finally, a case study of manufacturing trading service platform was demonstrated, which enable designers and manufacturing to make a deal, exploring the specific application of could manufacturing.
