PT.XYZ Pekanbaru sector was formed through the decision of the board of directors number 001.k/023/DIR/1996 dated February 7, 1996. It can be seen that one of PT.PLN's service activities is receiving reports of disturbances from service units. In reporting the disturbances received by the Operations and Maintenance Department (OPHAR), there were still several problems with disturbances from each service unit (UL), namely (ULPTG) Teluk Lembu, (PLTA) Koto Panjang, and (PLTG/MG) Duri, in reporting disturbance, the information provided is not detailed so that the information received is not in accordance with the needs of the operation and selection department, there is no schedule for sending disturbance reports, disturbance reports are past schedule when there is a disturbance and long delivery times, and there is no evaluation report and recommendation report from the unit. services as well as the absence of a chronology of disturbance validation reports. By conducting a gap analysis, we will compare the current conditions with the ideal conditions expected by the OPHAR department regarding the current SOP for reporting disturbances. From the results of the gap analysis, it can be concluded that there are 2 (two) SOP procedures that have gaps because they are not in accordance with the company's EAM standards.

AbstractDuring the distribution process there will be a loss of some of the energy that is channeled. This phenomenon is known as losses. This is caused by technical and non-technical factors. In the  State Electricity Service (PLN) system, distribution losses or energy losses is calculated by measuring the difference between kWh produced and kWh sell. This kWh difference is the electrical energy lost during the starting process from the generation or secondary side of the Substation to customers’ APP. Cumulatively, the amount of kWh at all base sources is 73,769.524 kWh while the distribution loss that occurs in JTM is 5,835.008 or 7.91%. One way to overcome and minimize distribution losses in the 20 kV Procurement Service Unit (ULP) of Lima Puluh distribution system is to analyze the distribution network system, add new feeders and break the load on the electrical system. The simple branch exchange method is used to separate the network load, which is done by adding a switch by turning the on or off channel and searching for the configuration that produces the smallest power loss and calculating the power loss based on the network load. Based on the simulation results using the ETAP 12.6 software, the results of the energy loss of Procurement Service Unit (ULP) of Lima Puluh is 5,864,112 kWh then decreased after load separation of 4,341,348 kWh. The value of power loss before load separation is 1,955 kW and a decrease in power loss after load separation is 1,484.5 kW. The investment cost incurred for the construction of a new feeder is RP. 22,000,000,000,- with a payback of 9.9 years.  Keywords: Feeder, Power Loss, Energy Loss, ETAP 12.6.

Waste identification in pharmaceutical services is important because it has an impact on stakeholder satisfaction. Objective: Identifying waste using the DOWNTIME method for the outpatient prescription services at the pharmacy installation of Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Hajar Mataram. Methods: The study used the cross-sectional design, with the population being all outpatients who were provided with pharmaceutical services during February – April 2019 as well as all staff. Data were tabulated and analyzed descriptively. Critical waste was obtained through questionnaires and the root causes of critical waste were obtained through in-depth interviews with 5-why methods. Results: Waste waiting had the highest rate compared to other wastes, reaching 44% or 53 out of 121 respondents, followed by inventory (26%), extra processing (19%), transportation (14%), defects (14%), motion (13%), over production (8%), and non-utilized skills (7%). Meanwhile, from the staff respondents, waiting was also the highest waste (18%), followed by inventory (16%), motion (13%), over production (12%), transportation (12%), non-utilized skills (10%), extra processing (10%), and defects (9%). The root cause of waste waiting was the frequent drug unavailability due to delays in payment of services from the cooperating party to the hospital as well as the narrow service areas. Conclusion:Waste waiting became the critical waste with the highest percentage of dissatisfaction in the patient respondents (44%) and staff respondents (18%). Keywords: Waste, DOWNTIME, outpatient prescription services, pharmacy installation of RSI Siti Hajar Mataram

UPT Library UNJA is a Service Unit whose duties and functions are closely related to science, education, and development, especially in managing and providing various literacy, references, information, and documentation. The performance of its management staff strongly influences the management system of the UNJA Library UPT. Ideally, the performance measurement of UPT Library staff can refer to the applicable ISO standards. However, a more comprehensive performance evaluation based on the specifics and factors that affect the performance of UPT UNJA staff and the classification of staff performance evaluation is critical. UPT Library Staff Performance Evaluation based on ISO 11620: 2014 Document concludes that staff performance is good. On the other hand, the application of discriminant analysis of the performance of the Jambi University Library UPT staff analyzed 15 variables with Performance Quality as a variable consisting of two categories, namely Good and Very Good. The Stepwise Method in Discriminant Analysis reduces several independent variables so that the most significant variables in this analysis are the ability to make decisions (X6), Honesty (X8), Initiative in the line of Tasks (X9), and Skill Problem Solver (X11).

This study offers a development of a model of fair teacher protection, with a focus on research conducted in West Kalimantan, particularly in Pontianak City and Ketapang District. The offer of a just teacher protection model is based on the empirical facts that there is still violence in the world of education and/or the criminalization of teachers that is still happening. Although various laws and regulations have been regulated to provide legal protection for teachers, the mechanism for implementing legal protection for teachers has not yet been formulated, so the reality is that when problems occur in the world of education and/or criminalization of teachers, they are resolved in various ways, either through government agencies, teacher organizations, schools or police officers, and there are even mutual opinions on social media. Through the socio-juridical research method through interviews and discussions, it was found that the effort to provide legal protection for teachers is important to be regulated through regional policies related to the formation of the Legal Service Unit and Teacher Protection or Unit Pelayanan Hukum dan Perlindungan Guru (UPHPG) which can become a coordinating institution and a forum for solving legal problems for teachers. The focus of this article describes how the UPHPG is intended to be a mediation platform for penal mediation in resolving violence in education and/or criminalizing teachers.

Abstract Municipal Waterworks Tirta Musi manages and supplies clean water to Palembang city. The distribution network system of Municipal Waterworks Tirta Musi is expected to distribute water sufficiently to all customers in the 18 districts this Municipal Waterworks serves. However, it was found that in Alang-alang Lebar service unit water was not delivered sufficiently. Moreover, Alang-alang Lebar service unit plans to improve the service so that the system will serve increasing customers until the next 20 years. This study aims to analyze the water distribution system to find the cause of insufficient water in Alang-Alang Lebar; predicting the number of customers in the next 20 years, and propose some improvements in the distribution system. A computer program EPANET was used to conduct the simulations on pipe networks. Data required for hydraulic analysis using EPANET was obtained from Municipal Waterworks Tirta Musi. The result shows that head pressure was the main problem in Alang-Alang Lebar. Adding discharge of pump reservoir, enlarging pipe diameters in some parts will improve the distribution performance. The proposed design of the distribution system will be able to deliver water for the next 20 years with an increasing number of the customer.
