Esta investigación surge de una reflexión relacionada con la importancia de conocer y explorar las concepciones del profesor universitario sobre la investigación, en un intento por abrir una brecha nueva que permita entender y comprender las prácticas investigativas del maestro de licenciaturas en educación. Se eligieron dos universidades, una privada y otra pública en la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias, para realizar esta investigación cualitativa,de naturaleza descriptiva - exploratorio, utilizando un cuestionario estructurado, para facilitar el proceso de develación de las concepciones del profesor universitario. Este trabajo de investigación es parte del macro proyecto sobre concepciones desarrollado en la Maestría en Educación de la Universidad Santo Tomás de Aquino.ABSTRACT:This research stems of reflection regarding the importance of knowing and explore the concepts of teacher for university research in a attempt to open a new gap that allows to  understand and understand the practices master investigative degrees. Two were selected universities, one private and one public in the city of Cartagena de Indias to perform this qualitative research, descriptive and exploratory, to we designed a questionnaire structured to facilitate the process identification of the concepts of university professor. This work research is a part of the macro project concepts developed in the Masters in Education from the University of St. Thomas Aquinas.

In an effort to change the librarian-faculty collaboration culture at Nicholls State University, librarians actively sought grant opportunities to make resources available to the university which would facilitate collaboration. Nicholls was able to secure grant funding for a collaborative multidisciplinary research workshop series to promote undergraduate research. The objective of this grant funded opportunity was to place the library in a central role in the enhancement and expansion of the university's research initiatives and partner with those disciplines that were traditionally self-contained. The technology and training made available to students through this initiative is important as it provides all students with access to foundational training and necessary technology to be competitive in academia and the workforce. Through these long-term partnerships forged with research focused disciplines, the library is now able to demonstrate its capacity to serve as an integral component of university research initiatives.

As a discipline-neutral entity, knowledge exchange, and nexus of the university, the National University of Singapore (NUS) Libraries is the ideal conduit for bringing together faculties and departments to facilitate cross-disciplinary education and research. This case study gives a detailed walkthrough on the creation and design of the Research Skills Framework (RSF), which forms the backbone for all information literacy programmes (ILPs), specifically the flagship Researcher Unbound (RU) programme and RU Symposium, and shares challenges faced and future improvement plans. The exploration, design, and continual improvement of the programme ensured that NUS Libraries provides relevant and timely research support and enhances the digital information literacy skills of the NUS community. This programme continues to be a work in progress drawn from participants' feedback, attendance, experience, and insights from seven semestral runs and cumulative total of 172 workshop sessions.

University research team, as a special form of organizations in university, is a characteristic feature of contemporaneity science.it has a rapid development in recent years. But the trust is playing a very important role in research team’s development. The paper analyzes the trust construction of research team by establish one-shot and repeated trust game models, and based on this, establishes the trust game model with university intervention. The conclusion shows that the trust mechanism will not be constructed by one-shot game. While it can be constructed by repeated game, but its trust mechanism is not stable. With the university intervation, the team members will change their behavior and increase the trust probability, and it will be easily construct trust in university research team. According to the above analysis, the paper presents some countermeasures and suggestions to promote trust construction in university research team.
