Public–private partnership (PPP) has been widely applied in China and many developing countries in the recent decade. As new PPP projects gradually enter the operational phase, the issue of refinancing becomes increasingly important. PPP–ABS plays an indispensable role in PPP project refinancing. The factors that promote the success of the emerging PPP–ABS in the China financial market need to be determined. To accomplish two objectives, namely, to identify critical success factors (CSFs) and to explore the relationship between these factors and the success of the PPP asset-backed securitization (PPP–ABS) of this research, methods such as a questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling (SEM) were conducted successively. Four success factors, including underlying asset quality (UAQ), original equity holder credit (OEHC), rationality of security design (RoSD) and maturity of relative institutions (MoRI), were identified in this study. Consequently, nineteen theoretical hypotheses were developed and tested. It is shown in the SEM approach that UAQ and OEHC positively influence the success of PPP–ABS, alongside issuance characteristics (IC) that mediate the relationship between the success of PPP–ABS and UAQ, RoSD and MoRI, respectively. This finding increased knowledge of PPP–ABS and how investors and government can benefit from it.

The concept of "Performance" becomes a significant concern to academics and practitioners as it plays an important role in creating and maintaining organizational behavior. This study uses descriptive quantitative analysis where the data is analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sample size is 390 employees. The data are collected by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. This study uses reputable reference articles related to performance, empowerment, work environment, talent, and motivation. Several studies have discussed the relationship between performance and empowerment and also outlined the performance dimension, this research is for Aceh government development in the future.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of the recruitment, selection, placement and performance of employees at PT. Bumi Sentosa which is still trusted to be the service provider, especially in the field of technical service. This research was conducted by analyzing the relationship between variables recruitment, selection, placement and performance of employees. This research was conducted by questionnaire method and the type of research is quantitative. Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Amos as the application program. Respondents in this research were employees of technical service at PT. Bumi Sentosa with a sample number of 110 people. The results showed that the influence of recruitment to the placement was significant, the influence of selection to the placement is significant, the influence of the placement to the employee's performance is significant, the influence of recruitment to employee performance is significant and the influence of selection to the performance of employees is significant too, which means the entire hypothesis is verified. This research shows that more better of recruitment, selection and placement conducted by PT. Bumi Sentosa, the performance of employees will more better too. Keyword : recruitment, selection, placement, employee performance

The major purpose ofthis study was to examine the relationship of strategy and structure. Porter s(/980) strategic typology was utilized to classify hotel firms by strategic orientation; and, an analysis of variance was performed to determine the differences in their performance. Structural Equation Modeling was used to confirm the factors underlying the strategy and structure constructs.

This study aims to investigate destination brand prestige, and to explore the mediating effects of destination brand worldness between destination brand prestige and intention to revisit. Research is designed to collect primary data from the Taiwanese tourists. Partial least squares structural equation modeling is used to test the effects. The research model is appropriately implemented in Smart PLS 3 and a full mediation has existed through the empirical findings. The study shows how destination brand worldness mediates the relationship between destination brand prestige and intention to revisit.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the features of the value, satisfaction, and customer loyalty; the effect on the value of customer satisfaction and loyalty; influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. A total of 200 merchant PT. BANK XYZ as respondents was selected randomly. Analyses were performed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis showed that the feature has a significant influence on customer value, but not for customer satisfaction and loyalty. The values has a significant influence on satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Discussion and conclusions described in the article. Keywords: features of the value, satisfaction, customer loyalty
