A method and procedure for automatic calculation of field capacity and fuel consumption of mobile machinery with tanks, hoppers and bunkers is suggested. They are based on a combination of two well-founded approaches: East-European and North-American. To increase its calculation area some applications for machines with containers as grain, fertilizer, solution, etc. are added. An example of five linked field operations, namely potato transportation, fertilization, spraying, planting and harvesting is presented. A list of needed information with relations between them and main indices of agricultural aggregates is prepared. For convenience and objectivity calculations are automated with spreadsheets.

We present new approaches to improve the efficiency of DNA by scanning probe microscopy using a highly specific hybridization on affine surfaces and nanostructures of gold as a labels. Scanning probe microscopy allows to register of individual acts of hybridization by the detection of gold labels on the surface affinity followed by automatic calculation of the total.

Expansion joints are used in installations where axial or angular significant changes occur due to operating conditions: differences temperature, arching, vibration etc. Expansion compensation will take over the pipe stresses, preventing so their destruction. Lenticular compensators take pipe thermal expansions; metal compensators are use for take axial, lateral or angular displacement. This paper presents information regarding the lenticular compensators and calculation procedure of their geometrical characteristics, mainly the number of elements that composed them. An automatic calculation program ”CCRT - Comp Lent” (computing pipeline heating systems – lenticular compensation) was developed based on fundamental concepts in mechanical calculation of pipes and lenticular compensators. The algorithm of this program is based on determining the pipeline expansion, the total deformation and the number of the compensation required.
