We report here the genome sequences of 10 Klebsiella pneumoniae strains of capsular type K2 isolated in Russia from patients in an infectious clinical hospital and neurosurgical intensive care unit. The draft genome sizes range from 5.34 to 5.87 Mb and include 5,448 to 6,137 protein-coding sequences.

Klebsiella pneumoniae of capsular type K1 is the most common causative agent of both health care-associated and community-acquired infections. Here, we report the draft genome sequences of 10 K1-type K. pneumoniae strains isolated from patients in an infectious disease hospital and neurosurgical intensive care unit in Russia.

Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Pseudorhodobacter sp. strain E13, a Gram-negative, aerobic, nonflagellated, and rod-shaped bacterium which was isolated from the Yellow Sea in South Korea. The assembled genome sequence is 3,878,578 bp long with 3,646 protein-coding sequences in 159 contigs.

ABSTRACT We report whole-genome sequences of two new Pantoea strains (DOAB1048 and DOAB1050) isolated from necrotic wheat leaves caused by Xanthomonas translucens. The draft genome sequences of DOAB1048 and DOAB1050 consist of 52 and 57 scaffolds and have sizes of 4,795,525 bp and 4,962,883 bp with 4,418 and 4,517 coding sequences, respectively.

ABSTRACT We report here the draft genome sequence of Lactococcus lactis strain 11/19-B1, isolated from kiwifruit. The 11/19-B1 strain possesses one chromosome and five plasmids and has a predicted 2,429 protein-coding sequences. DFAST annotation and a BLASTp homology search estimated that 11/19-B1 possesses three bacteriocin immunity proteins and four bacteriocin proteins.

ABSTRACT Burkholderia contaminans strain CH-1 converts 2-azahypoxnathine to 2-aza-8-oxohypoxanthine, plant growth-regulating compounds, by oxidation. We report here the high-quality draft genome sequence of B. contaminans CH-1. The genome contains 8,065 protein-coding sequences, including several genes possibly involved in metabolizing 2-azahypoxanthine.

Here, we sequenced Duganella sp. strain DN04, a novel species within the genus Duganella that was isolated from a maize field in North Carolina. The assembled draft genome size is 6,562,230 bp, with a total of 6,039 protein coding sequences and 3,889 functionally assigned genes, including genes putatively involved in the colonization of plants.
