Blended learning model draws lessons from MOOC's network platform technology and combines the advantages of traditional methods and network learning. It not only plays the leading role of teachers in guiding, inspiring and monitoring the teaching process, but also fully embodies the leading role of students. The mixed teaching mode of MOOC and flipped classroom brings new challenges and opportunities to the teaching reform of vocational education. This paper first analyzes the connotation of the mixed teaching mode of curriculum, and discusses the preparation of curriculum resources, teaching process and methods, and curriculum effect evaluation. Practice has proved that the research based on online and offline mixed teaching mode can teach students in accordance with their aptitude, strengthen their communication and cooperation, enhance their autonomous learning ability, improve their team cooperation ability, and greatly enhance the teaching effect of the course.

Entrepreneurship 4.0 can be seen as a new type of technological entrepreneurship, based on advanced technologies (e.g. the internet of things, artificial intelligence) which should help to improve the productivity and innovativeness of the Polish economy. However, the development of Economy 4.0 is associated with certain dilemmas and even with the destruction of the existing ‘rules’ of socio-economic life. The purpose of the article is to identify the opportunities and challenges of entrepreneurship development in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, regarding the role of education in this process. Thus, an explorative study was carried out based on the literature and secondary data (2015–2019) analysis (e.g. GUESS, PISA, GEM). The technical capabilities of Polish engineers and IT specialists can facilitate the development of innovative entrepreneurship 4.0. However, intensive educational efforts are required in order to improve the soft skills of the new generations (Y, Z), such as communication skills, relationship building and interdisciplinary team cooperation. Additionally, the role of education should concentrate on shaping ethical attitudes and social responsibility for the consequences of innovations introduced on the market.

Introduction. Sarcoidosis is a multisystem, granulomatous disease of unknown etiology. Sarcoid granulomas appear as immunological response to a particular but still unknown agent of the human body. Objective. The main purpose of this study was to point out the important fact that the exact diagnosis of sarcoidosis must be estimated by clinical and pathological correlation, and team cooperation between the clinician and the pathologist. Methods. Of 751 patients referred with the suspected diagnosis of sarcoidosis, from 1995 to1999, 663 (431 female and 232 male) were analyzed and confirmed as having sarcoidosis stage I-III based on biopsy findings obtained by bronchoscopy, open lung biopsy, skin biopsy, liver biopsy or splenectomy. Results. Diagnosis of sarcoidosis was made in 663 patients, 431 females and 232 males (ratio 1.9:1). The average age of patients varied from 16 to 67 years, with those below age 50 years being predominant (78.4%). The highest number of patients was diagnosed in stage I of lung sarcoidosis (81.7%). Sarcoidosis was the most common cause of hilar and mediastinal lymphadenopathy (72.2%). Conclusion. Biopsy is a necessary diagnostic procedure for pathological diagnosis of sarcoid granu- loma before treatment even in patients where clinical, radiological, biochemical and immunological tests imply the diagnosis of sarcoidosis.

AbstractWhitehouse adapts insights from evolutionary anthropology to interpret extreme self-sacrifice through the concept of identity fusion. The model neglects the role of normative systems in shaping behaviors, especially in relation to violent extremism. In peaceful groups, increasing fusion will actually decrease extremism. Groups collectively appraise threats and opportunities, actively debate action options, and rarely choose violence toward self or others.

AbstractIntuitions guide decision-making, and looking to the evolutionary history of humans illuminates why some behavioral responses are more intuitive than others. Yet a place remains for cognitive processes to second-guess intuitive responses – that is, to be reflective – and individual differences abound in automatic, intuitive processing as well.

Abstract Tomasello offers a compelling account of the emergence of humans’ sense of obligation. We suggest that more needs to be said about the role of affect in the creation of obligations. We also argue that positive emotions such as gratitude evolved to encourage individuals to fulfill cooperative obligations without the negative quality that Tomasello proposes is inherent in obligations.
