We study a general method of the field intersection problem of generic polynomials over an arbitrary field k via formal Tschirnhausen transformation. In the case of solvable quintic, we give an explicit answer to the problem by using multi-resolvent polynomials.

Solving a system of linear equations (or linear systems or, also simultaneous equations) is a common situation in many scientific and technological problems. Many methods either analytical or numerical, have been developed to solve them so, in this paper, I will explain how to solve any arbitrary field using the different – different methods of the system of linear equation for this we need to define some concepts. Like a general method most used in linear algebra is the Gauss Elimination or variation of this sometimes they are referred as “direct methods “Basically it is an algorithm that transforms the system into an equivalent one but with a triangular matrix, thus allowing a simpler resolution, Other methods can be more effective in solving system of the linear equation like Gauss Elimination or Row Reduction, Gauss Jordan and Crammer’s rule, etc. So, in this paper I will explain this method by taking an example also, in this paper I will explain the Researcher’ works that how they explain different –different methods by taking different examples. And I worked on using these different methods in solving a single example, i.e. I will use these methods in an example. In this paper, I will explain the real-life application that how a System of Linear Equation is used in our daily life.

The energy analysis of electrons scattered by a specimen in a scanning transmission electron microscope can improve contrast as well as aid in chemical identification. In so far as energy analysis is useful, one would like to be able to design a spectrometer which is tailored to his particular needs. In our own case, we require a spectrometer which will accept a parallel incident beam and which will focus the electrons in both the median and perpendicular planes. In addition, since we intend to follow the spectrometer by a detector array rather than a single energy selecting slit, we need as great a dispersion as possible. Therefore, we would like to follow our spectrometer by a magnifying lens. Consequently, the line along which electrons of varying energy are dispersed must be normal to the direction of the central ray at the spectrometer exit.

Equilibrium vesicles, those which are the stable form of aggregation and form spontaneously on mixing surfactant with water, have never been demonstrated in single component bilayers and only rarely in lipid or surfactant mixtures. Designing a simple and general method for producing spontaneous and stable vesicles depends on a better understanding of the thermodynamics of aggregation, the interplay of intermolecular forces in surfactants, and an efficient way of doing structural characterization in dynamic systems.

This paper describes an automatic procedure for morphosemantic analysis and translation of compound medical terms. This analysis is of interest for the automatic indexation of medical discharge reports and summaries. Since words with the suffix -osis may have many different semantic interpretations, such -osis forms are taken as examples for a general method that avoids the difficulties in interpreting medical terms as reported in other studies.

A versatile approach to the valorization of propargylic alcohols is reported, enabling controlled access to three different products from the same starting materials. Firstly, a general method for the hydroamination of propargylic alcohols with anilines is described using gold catalysis to give 3-hydroxy imines with complete regioselectivity. These 3-hydroxyimines can be reduced to give 1,3-aminoalcohols with high syn seletivity. Alternatively, by using a catalytic quantity of aniline, 3-hydroxyketones can be obtained in high yield directly from propargylic alcohols. Further manipulation of the reaction conditions enables the selective formation of 3-aminoketones via a rearrangement/hydroamination pathway.
We report here a general method that allows a highly straightforward access to tertiary difluoromethylated compounds. The strategy relies on a two-step sequence featuring a C-selective electrophilic difluoromethylation and an unprecedented palladium-catalyzed decarboxylative protonation. Considering the generality of the method and the attractive properties offered by the difluoromethyl group, this approach provides a valuable tool for late-stage functionalization and drug development.
Sulfonamides are pervasive in drugs and agrochemicals, yet are typically considered as terminal functional groups rather than synthetic handles. To enable the general late-stage functionalization of secondary sulfonamides, we have developed a mild and general method to reductively cleave the N-S bonds of sulfonamides to generate sulfinates and amines, components which can further react in-situ to access a variety of other medicinally relevant functional groups. The utility of this platform is highlighted by the selective manipulation of several complex bioactive molecules.

Formulae have been obtained that are necessary to calculate cumulative deformation in the process of straitened extrusion in the central area closed to the working end of the counterpunch. The general method of plastic flow proposed by A. L. Vorontsov was used. The obtained formulae allow one to determine the deformed state of a billet in any point of the given area. The formulae should be used to take into account the strengthening of the extruded material.
