To evaluate the laser weapon system’s combat effectiveness, which is related with so many factors, is a very complex issue. In this paper, by analyzing the factors which influence the laser weapon system, an index system for the laser weapon system comprehensive evaluation of the combat effectiveness is built up. The method of calculating weight, the improved analytic hierarchy process is introduced. The evaluation model of improved fuzzy-AHP is established and the feasibility and the validity of the proposed evaluation method is validated through a practical example.

As pointed out in this paper that, for a common building material, it is relatively difficult to judge its green degree in comparison with that for a special function material because the judgment factors are comprehensive. The relevant factors which affect the greenness index such as physic expenditure, pollution, economic are analyzed and all influential factors are discussed. For the common building materials, their different inter-restrain factors are divided in administrative level and the weight of factors is determined according to the AHP theory. Meanwhile, the assessment scale and criteria for the factors, and the grading standard for the material green degrees are given in the paper. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, a green degree evaluation model is established. Finally, the reasonability of the model is testified with the instances introduced in the paper.

For a more scientifically evaluate of home appliance product design, on basis of determining the evaluation index, Fuzzy AHP (Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process) comprehensive evaluation method is used to converse qualitative index to quantitative index, establish a home appliance product design evaluation model, overcome subjectivity and arbitrariness of evaluation, and scientifically realize the evaluation of home appliance product design. Research shows that the evaluation system can easily actualize the evaluation of home appliance product design conveniently and effectively.

Selection of material supplier is important to international construction project management, and can bring impacts on the project's quality, schedule and cost. Considering the features of international construction projects, we built a selection decision-making evaluation index system. Triangular fuzzy AHP (Analysis of Hierarchy Process) method was used to calculate the weights of evaluation index. Using the medium value of triangular fuzzy number, a simple and convenient method was developed to test the consistency of judgment matrix. Base on calculating the weights of evaluation index, a fuzzy matter-element model was proposed to calculate the comprehensive evaluation values. Taking the selection of cement suppliers of the Congo (Brazzaville) National Road One Second Project as an example, the Euclid closeness of alternative suppliers was calculated to determine the ranking order of alternatives.
