The research scope of grey relational analysis has not been developed in recent years, and the exiting GRA models are all based on three perspectives, including distance perspective, slope perspective, and area perspective. Under this situation, a novel model called grey relational analysis based on angle perspective (GRAAP) was developed in this paper for the first time, and this model can expand the research scope of GRA. Like other GRA models, GRAAP not only has the properties of symmetry, uniqueness, comparability, and so forth but also can be used to make predictions, assessments, classifications, and so on. Finally, this novel model was proved to be rational and effective through a comparative study on the similar degree of four time series.

For the multi-attribute decision making with time series, based on the comprehensive consideration of various indicators of quality and growth degree, with grey relational analysis on less data, uncertain information can be integrated comparison, so we put forward a new decision method considering the decision maker subjective views, and provide a scientific and rational decision-making method. By the example, that method is viable.

In this paper, grey relational analysis (GRA) was used in consistency test of group judgment matrixes. The evaluation indicator weight was obtained through the judgment matrix calculated with expert evaluating method in analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The judgment method and the adjustment process for consistency of group judgment matrixes were studied. First, the consistency indicators were put forward, and then the definitions and the theorems of consistency indicators in the judgment method were defined based on GRA. Then the theorems were given proof. A method using GRA to judge the consistency of group judgment matrixes was proposed for the first time. Second, adjustment modeling was developed to solve the consistency of group judgment matrixes. Finally, the applications of the judgment method and the adjustment process have been illustrated by given example. It is believed that the proposed methods are applicable to test consistency of evaluation indicators of new rural economic building materials.

The effective evaluation of aerospace components can strongly guarantee the normal running of spacecraft. A novel model called Grey Relational Analysis Based on the Angle Perspective (GRAAP) has been developed in this paper, which can be used to carry out evaluation for the aerospace components by comparing their relation intensities between evaluation component and reference components. Take a regular component as an example; a case study has been introduced based on GRAAP, and the results indicated that the grade of component waiting for evaluation was III, and it can be used in the low orbit spacecraft at least, such as the near earth satellite, and the results were also considered to be more objective than that from some other comprehensive methods. In addition, like other traditional GRA models, GRAAP not only can deal with the evaluation issues, but can also be used to make predictions, make classifications, and so on.
