Due to planetary movement of planet gears, the vibration signal perceived by a stationary sensor is modulated and difficult to diagnose. This paper proposed a vibration separation methodology compensated by a time-varying transfer function (TVTF-VS), which is a further development of the vibration separation (VS) method in the diagnosis of non-hunting tooth planetary gearboxes. On the basis of VS, multi-teeth VS is proposed to extract and synthesize the meshing signal of a planet gear using a single transducer. Considering the movement regularity of a planetary gearbox, the time-varying transfer function (TVTF) is represented by a generalized expression. The TVTF is constructed using a segment of healthy signal and an evaluation indicator is established to optimize the parameters of the TVTF. The constructed TVTF is applied to overcome the amplitude modulation effect and highlight fault characteristics. After that, experiments with baseline, pitting, and compound localized faults planet gears were conducted on a non-hunting tooth planetary gearbox test rig, respectively. The results demonstrate that incipient failure on a planet gear can be detected effectively, and relative location of the local faults can be determined accurately.

Electrical Resistance Tomography (ERT) has been widely used for detecting cementitious materials with one type of flaw. To extend the ERT for multi-flaws detection in a larger concrete plate, this paper develops a subdomain integration method. The adjacent driver pattern and absolute imaging scheme of ERT are adopted to reconstruct the inner electrical conductivity field of a concrete specimen which contains three different inclusions, namely, a copper bar, a piece of plexiglass, and a drop of saline solution. The feasibility of subdomain integration method for multiple flaws detection in cementitious materials is analyzed by theoretical analyses of the equipotential line density and the image quality evaluation indicator. The concrete specimen is divided into four, nine, and 16 subdomains for detection. The image reconstruction results obtained by the subdomain detection method are compared with each other, and with the results of a global detection method. Results indicate that the effective area of subdomain largely relies on the density of equipotential lines, as well as the measurement errors. Subdomain integration method is effective in detecting a relatively large cementitious component with multi-flaws.

Combine complex equipment collaborative development in military-civilian integration context not only fulfils actual development requirement, but also beneficial to the national economy. Design procedure as first stage of complex equipment military-civilian collaborative development process, select suitable design supplier is significant to whole development process of complex equipment. In order to select suitable design supplier for complex equipment, two aspects done in this paper. One is comprehensive analysis of evaluated influencing factors that affect complex equipment military-civilian collaborative design process, corresponding evaluation indicator constructed and a combination of grey correlation, entropy, DEMATEL (Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) and VIKOR analysis theory to obtain grey entropy-DEMATEL-VIKOR, then the combined method is utilized to acquire matching attributes for followed research content. Meanwhile, satisfaction degree for matching side obtained with the help of information aggregation based on power generalized Heronian mean which on the basis of fuzzy preference information. Then, through constructed matching model, suitable design supplier obtained. Finally, a corresponding illustrative example given.

Background The composition of the intestinal microbiota plays a significant role in modulating host health. It serves as a sensitive evaluation indicator and has substantial implications in protecting endangered species. Great Bustards are typical farmland-dependent wintering birds that are highly susceptible to the interference of human activities. However, information regarding their gut microbiota remains scarce. Methods To ensure a comprehensive analysis of this crucial data, we collected fecal samples from wild Great Bustards at their wintering habitat for two consecutive years. High-throughput sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene was subsequently applied to characterize their core gut microbiota and determine whether the gut microbial composition was similar or varied interannually. Results The gut microbiota of the Great Bustard was primarily comprised of four phyla: Firmicutes (82.87%), Bacteroidetes (7.98%), Proteobacteria (4.49%), and Actinobacteria (3.67%), accounting for 99.01% of the microbial community in all samples. Further analysis revealed 22 genera of core microbes and several pathogens. Notably, there were no significant differences in the alpha-diversity and beta-diversity between the two sample groups from different years. Conclusions This study provides essential information for assessing the health and developing targeted protective measures of this threatened species.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan software adobe flash cs6 pada mata pelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik; (2) untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran interaktif pada mata pelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (research and development). Langkah-langkah pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif ini meliputi : (1) Analisis (Analysis); (2) Perencanaan (Design); (3) Pengembangan (Development); dan (4) Validasi. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket yang berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan. Validasi media melibatkan 4 orang ahli media dan 2 orang sebagai pengguna (uji coba awal). Hasil uji awal coba oleh  pengguna berdasarkan pada indikator Panduan, indikator Materi Multimedia, indikator Evaluasi, indikator Desain dan Fasilitas Media memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,75 (Sangat Layak). Hasil validasi ahli media berdasarkan panduan informasi, kinerja program,  dan sistematika memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,69 (Sangat Layak). Berdasarkan seluruh hasil yang penelitian yang disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik di SMK Negeri 13 Medan. Kata Kunci : Media Pembelajaran Interaktif, Adobe Flash CS6 AbstractEnglish translation. English translation. This aims research to: (1) develop interactive learning media using adobe flash cs6 software on electrical lighting installation subjects; (2) to find out the feasibility of interactive learning media in the subjects of electrical lighting installations. This research uses research and development methods. The steps of developing this interactive learning medium include: (1) Analysis; (2) Planning (Design); (3) Development; and (4) Validation. The data collection method in this study uses questionnaires that contain questions. Media validation involves 4 media experts and 2 people as users (initial trial). The results of the initial trial by users based on the Guide indicator, Multimedia Materials indicator, Evaluation indicator, Design indicator and Media Facility obtained an average score of 4.75 (Very Feasible). Media expert validation results based on information guidance, program performance, and systematics earned an average score of 4.69 (Very Decent). Based on all the results of the research concluded that interactive learning media is very suitable to be used as a learning medium in the subjects of electric lighting installation in SMK Negeri 13 Medan.  Keywords: Interactive Learning Media, Adobe Flash CS6

Honey maturity, a critical factor for quality evaluation, is difficult to detect in the current industry research. The objective of this study was to explore the changes in the composition and find potential maturity indicators of rape honey at different maturity stages through evaluating physicochemical parameters (moisture, sugars, pH, electrical conductivity, total protein, total phenols, total flavonoids, proline, and enzyme activity), the antioxidant capacity, and volatile components. The relevant results are as follows: 1. As the maturity increased, the moisture, sucrose, and maltose content of rape honey gradually decreased, while the glucose, fructose, and total protein content gradually increased. The activities of diastase, invertase, and β-glucosidase showed a significant increase with the elevation of ripening days, and the activity of glucose oxidase reached the highest before completely capping. 2. The antioxidant capacity of honey increased with the increase in honey maturity. There is a significant and strong correlation between the bioactive components of rape honey and antioxidant capacity (p < 0.01, |r| > 0.857). 3. Thirty-five volatile components have been identified. Nonanal, benzaldehyde monomer, and benzaldehyde dimer can be used as potential indicators for the identification of honey maturity stages. Principal component analysis (PCA) based on antioxidant parameters and volatile components can identify the maturity of honey.

PurposeAs the number of joined service providers (SPs) in knowledge-intensive crowdsourcing (KI-C) continues to rise, there is an information overload problem for KI-C platforms and consumers to identify qualified SPs to complete tasks. To this end, this paper aims to propose a quality of service (QoS) evaluation framework for SPs in KI-C to effectively and comprehensively characterize the QoS of SPs, which can aid the efficient selection of qualified SPs.Design/methodology/approachBy literature summary and discussion with the expert team, a QoS evaluation indicator system for SPs in KI-C based on the SERVQUAL model is constructed. In addition, the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method is used to obtain evaluation indicators' weights. The SPs are evaluated and graded by the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and rank–sum ratio (RSR), respectively.FindingsA QoS evaluation indicator system for SPs in KI-C incorporating 13 indicators based on SERVQUAL has been constructed, and a hybrid methodology combining DEMATEL, TOPSIS and RSR is applied to quantify and visualize the QoS of SPs.Originality/valueThe QoS evaluation framework for SPs in KI-C proposed in this paper can quantify and visualize the QoS of SPs, which can help the crowdsourcing platform to realize differentiated management for SPs and assist SPs to improve their shortcomings in a targeted manner. And this is the first paper to evaluate SPs in KI-C from the prospect of QoS.

This article builds an evaluation indicator system based on the process of agricultural circulation and the balance of many-sided benefits. A new classification of indicator types was made from the perspective of benefit balance, and gross profit margin and inventory-sales ratio were classified as interval indicators, which enriched the indicator types. The matter-element analysis method is used to measure the circulation efficiency of agricultural product wholesale markets. The study found that in terms of geographical location, in the vertical direction of Aihui-Tengchong Line, the closer to the southeast, the higher the circulation efficiency; Since 2016, the overall circulation efficiency has almost stagnated, mainly because the wholesale industry has strengthened its ability to control upstream and downstream relationships, and the entry barriers of agricultural products have been continuously increased.
