Let L be a C-lattice and let M be a lattice module over L. Let ϕ:M→M be a function. A proper element P∈M is said to be ϕ-absorbing primary if, for x1,x2,…,xn∈L and N∈M, x1x2⋯xnN≤P and x1x2⋯xnN≰ϕ(P) together imply x1x2⋯xn≤(P:1M) or x1x2⋯xi-1xi+1⋯xnN≤PM, for some i∈{1,2,…,n}. We study some basic properties of ϕ-absorbing primary elements. Also, various generalizations of prime and primary elements in multiplicative lattices and lattice modules as ϕ-absorbing elements and ϕ-absorbing primary elements are unified.

The basic properties of international public goods are analyzed in the paper. Special attention is paid to the typology of international public goods: pure and impure, excludable and nonexcludable, club goods, regional public goods, joint products. The author argues that social construction of international public good depends on many factors, for example, government economic policy. Aggregation technologies in the supply of global public goods are examined.

Analytical models of static and dynamic impact elastoplastic deformation of tubular energy-absorbing elements constituting a tubular plastic shock absorber are proposed. The developed models can be used for the calculation and design of these shock absorbers. Keywords static and dynamic elastoplastic deformation, mathematical modeling, tubular energy-absorbing element, tubular plastic shock absorber, impact loading. [email protected]

This paper deals with the concepts of semi generalized closed sets in strong generalized topological spaces such as $sg^{\star \star}_\mu$-closed set, $sg^{\star \star}_\mu$-open set, $g^{\star \star}_\mu$-closed set, $g^{\star \star}_\mu$-open set and studied some of its basic properties included with $sg^{\star \star}_\mu$-continuous maps, $sg^{\star \star}_\mu$-irresolute maps and $T_\frac{1}{2}$-space in strong generalized topological spaces.

In this paper we give a new family of numbers, called ??-Whitney numbers, which gives generalization of many types of Whitney numbers and Stirling numbers. Some basic properties of these numbers such as recurrence relations, explicit formulas and generating functions are given. Finally many interesting special cases are derived.
