With the rapid development of science and technology, the global network and informatization process is changing people’s lives, and it has also brought profound changes to the management of enterprises. Traditional management still relies heavily on offline management and paper delivery of information. The traditional management model in the past cannot meet the needs of the continuous development of enterprises. The purpose of this article is to design a high-skilled talent information management system to meet the needs of users and enterprises. This paper combines the BP multisensor information fusion algorithm to screen and process the data and designs a multisensor information fusion-based competency evaluation model for highly skilled talents. A high-skilled talent information management system has been established with modules such as basic personnel information, skills identification information, high-skilled talent management, competence, key research teams, common reports, comprehensive query, and system maintenance. In the test of the system’s usability, 156 users rated the system above 3 points, accounting for 78% of the survey population, indicating that the system has a certain ease of use. This system realizes the electronicization of the basic information of skilled personnel, which plays an important role in regulating the professional management of skilled personnel and improving the management efficiency of skilled personnel.

The cladding industry has been experiencing a rapid development since two decades ago. The client’s requirements and architect’s ambition make the building cladding become more complex than ever before. The technical complexity calls for more comprehensive managerial techniques, especially information management. This paper proposes a web-based information management system, in which software package was developed and hardware incorporated. After establishing the framework initially, a main challenge, information sources, of this mechanism was discussed.

With the rapid development of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, it has been widely used in various fields. IoT device as an information collection unit can be built into an information management system with an information processing and storage unit composed of multiple servers. However, a large amount of sensitive data contained in IoT devices is transmitted in the system under the actual wireless network environment will cause a series of security issues and will become inefficient in the scenario where a large number of devices are concurrently accessed. If each device is individually authenticated, the authentication overhead is huge, and the network burden is excessive. Aiming at these problems, we propose a protocol that is efficient authentication for Internet of Things devices in information management systems. In the proposed scheme, aggregated certificateless signcryption is used to complete mutual authentication and encrypted transmission of data, and a cloud server is introduced to ensure service continuity and stability. This scheme is suitable for scenarios where large-scale IoT terminal devices are simultaneously connected to the information management system. It not only reduces the authentication overhead but also ensures the user privacy and data integrity. Through the experimental results and security analysis, it is indicated that the proposed scheme is suitable for information management systems.

Abstract With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, computers and Internet of Things technologies, building intelligence is becoming more and more popular. However, as the various functional subsystems and equipment of intelligent buildings are connected to each other, the traditional management system needs to monitor and modulate more and more programs, which will have a great impact on the interoperability of the subsystems. Therefore, a more complete and powerful management system is needed. OPC provides a unified standard that can effectively solve this problem. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to design an intelligent OPC building information management system based on the Internet of Things. This article first summarizes the development history and status quo of OPC technology, and then extends the design principles of building information management system based on OPC. Based on its design principles, a detailed analysis of the various subsystems of the building information management system, such as fire protection, intrusion prevention, monitoring, access control, and central air conditioning, is carried out. This article systematically explained the application of PID in the building information management system. And use comparative analysis method, observation method and other research forms to conduct experimental research on the intelligent OPC building information management system based on computer Internet of things. The research shows that compared with the traditional building management system, the intelligent OPC-based building management system researched in this paper can transmit information faster and have higher accuracy.

Seawall is an important barrier of Zhejiang coastal strip. To effectively manage the information of maritime work in Zhejiang and convert the traditional management into the modern management, the information management system of maritime work based on GIS is developed. Take Kaomen seawall for example, the overall structure of information management system based on GIS is designed, focusing on the data entry, spatial attribute show, spatial attribute query, spatial information statistics and analysis. This design plays a significant role in the flood control and disaster reduction in the future, making the information management of maritime work convenient and practical.

PurposeThe paper aims to examine the relationship between the key antecedents of hotel information management system (HIMS) adoption and innovative work behavior (IWB) with attitudinal engagement as a mediator.Design/methodology/approachSurvey data were obtained from 297 full-time employees in five-star hotels in Uganda. With the help of Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS), seven hypotheses were tested and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM).FindingsBoth perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are significant determinants of IWB. The study also confirms attitudinal engagement as a significant predictor of IWB. Importantly, attitudinal engagement was found to be a partial mediator in both the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease–IWB relationships.Practical implicationsThe study’s findings will guide managers in formulating policies that promote employee display of vigor, absorption and dedication to work. Hospitality and tourism firms can now keep their workers abreast with the latest technology at work so as to help them exhibit engagement tendencies as well as generating new ideas for the organization.Originality/valueThe proposed framework provides a fresh theoretical explanation for IWB in hotels with perceived technology beliefs and attitudinal engagement as major drivers, hence contributing to the current state of knowledge. The study demonstrates that engagement acts as a link for the transfer of part of the contributions of both perceived usefulness (PUHIMS) and perceived ease of use of HIMS (PEUHIMS) into IWB.

Based on the analysis of the technical characteristics of C/S model and B/S model, and according to the characteristics of Guangxi Agricultural-vocational Technique College learn internet system, the software architecture using B/S model the whole system; to improve the treatment efficiency of development scheme by using stored procedures and triggers; on ASP.NET technology and workflow technology are studied; and discusses how to use ADO.NET to access the database using ASP.NET technology to realize the method. This paper adopts XML technology to realize data exchange, the formation of a standard data exchange platform, make the system more open and extensible.
