In China, small enterprises have a direct role in economic growth, but they have difficulty in financing development. To address this problem, this paper creates a small business credit evaluation index using a two-stage Bayesian discriminant model. In the first stage, customers are distinguished by whether they are in default, and in the second stage, customers with continuing default are divided into those with a high default loss rate and those with a low default loss rate. The literature to date has identified a credit index only for the first stage; the credit evaluation index proposed here is based on two stages, which is more sensitive. Then, we conduct an empirical analysis using credit data on 3,111 small enterprises in China with a two-stage nonparametric Bayesian discriminant model and a parametric discriminant model, and then, we test the two indicator systems with discriminant accuracy and an ROC curve; the discriminant accuracy of the established index system is 77.95% and 70.95%, respectively, and their prediction accuracy is 0.902 and 0.866, respectively; they show that the constructed indicator system is robust and effective. Finally, we conduct a comparative analysis of discriminant accuracy in three models, finding that the two-stage nonparametric model is optimal, the two-stage logistic regression model is suboptimal, and the two-stage parametric model is poor.

Green manufacturing is the important manufacturing pattern to achieve sustainable development. The core is to reduce the damage on the environment and to realize sustained rapid economic growth. The Paper establishes evaluation index system of green manufacturing using life cycle theory and the “pressure - state – response” model. The index system is the 3-tier indicator system, a total of 39 sub-indicators, including 17 environmental attributes index, 8 energy property index, 7 resource properties index and 7 economic attributes index.

Based on the analysis of the current status on the credit crisis of construction enterprises, this paper established the Credit Evaluation Index System of Construction Enterprises combined with modern characteristics in the industry. By using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Cluster Analysis, we determine the weight of each index, and then calculate each index data using fuzzy mathematic principle. Thus give an objective evaluation on the credit situation of construction enterprises.

Based on the model of ecological environment evolution in the process of the economic development, this paper constructed the evaluation index system of marine ecological environment. The results were shown as follows: the evaluation index system of marine ecological environment consists of 1 object layer, 3 element layers (state of marine ecological environment pressure of marine ecological environment and response of marine ecological environment), and 15 factor layers. Index weight was calculated through combination weighting approach of subjective and objective evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy method. The evaluation indicator system and evaluation method have general applicability and strong operability.

At present, the zero-carbon goal has become the common choice of all the world. Driven by the zero-carbon goal, energy system in China will develop to be cleaner and cleaner. In this situation, Energy Internet has become the future development trend of the energy system. Based on the detailed analysis on the development history, the basic connotation and the key features of Energy Internet, an Energy Internet evaluation index system is introduced. This proposed indicator system evaluates Energy Internet from five dimensions, and all the indexes include the qualitative and the quantitative indicators, the process indicators and the result indicators, the technical indicators and the economic indicators. On this basis, an evaluation method is proposed based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Delphi method. The proposed evaluation index system and the evaluation method can provide a good objective evaluation of the development of Energy Internet.

This article uses the analytic hierarchy process to establish the textile industry green development evaluation index system. This index system supplements the existing textile industry green development evaluation system research to a certain extent, enriches the existing industry evaluation research, and further expands Vision and ideas for the development of the textile industry. This indicator system can help the textile and apparel industry to understand the transformation stage of the industry more reasonably in the green development, and help the textile and apparel industry to achieve a green and sustainable development transformation.
