Designed the control system policy for automobile electric seat using fuzzy control technology, therefore established its control model by Fuzzy Logic Toolbox, and carried on the off-line simulation to choose controller's optimum control parameters. From the dynamic viewpoint, the auto electric seat adjustment system is not only a complex nonlinear function which includes the location of the DC servo motor and the speed, but also contains serious nonlinear coupling interference, so the system is a highly nonlinear strong coupling, variable multivariable system. Application of traditional control methods (such as traditional PID) is difficult to meet its order requirements, so the research is highly robust method of intelligent control is an effective way to solve the problem. Fuzzy control technology has become the field in which drawn greater attention and researched in recent years. It doesn’t depend on the mathematical model of controlled object, has a good robustness, and nonlinear control characteristics, so it is an effective means to control the object with time-varying, non- linear parameters. In this paper, fuzzy control technology to achieve the orders of auto electric seat adjustment control system functions in the Literature [1], and the tracking of the system was simulated.

The changes in thermal state, emissions and fuel economy of a 1.0-L, three-cylinder direct injection spark ignition engine when a cylinder is deactivated have been explored experimentally. Cylinder deactivation improved engine fuel economy by up to 15% at light engine loads by reducing pumping work, raising indicated thermal efficiency and raising combustion efficiency. Penalties included an increase in NOx emissions and small increases in rubbing friction and gas work losses of the deactivated cylinder. The cyclic pressure variation in the deactivated cylinder falls rapidly after deactivation through blow-by and heat transfer losses. After around seven cycles, the motoring loss is ~2 J/cycle. Engine structural temperatures settle within an 8- to 13-s interval after a switch between two- and three-cylinder operation. Engine heat rejection to coolant is reduced by ~13% by deactivating a cylinder, extending coolant warm-up time to thermostat-opening by 102 s.

With progress in internal combustion engine fuel economy, variable cylinder systems have attracted attention. We measured fuel consumption in cylinder cutoff by stopping the injector alone, collected data changing the location and number of cutoff cylinders and when varying the cutoff cylinder, and compared the difference in fuel cost reduction. A transistor is inserted serially into the injector control circuit of the electronic control unit (ECU). By controlling the transistor via microcomputer, the injector is turned on or off independently from ECU control in obtain cylinder cutoff. The amount of fuel consumption is measured using enhancement mode of a failure diagnostic device based on the OBD II standard to collect injection time and rotational speed of the injector for a predetermined time and calculated based on this data. We confirmed that by stopping the injector alone, fuel consumption was reduced 6 to 22% and is reduced when the cutoff cylinder is varied.

Pressurized fuel is fuel that is pumped by a fuel pump (fuel pump) from the fuel tank to the injector. Fuel pressure that is too low will greatly affect the performance of the engine and the risk of engine failure. Fuel pressure measurement aims to determine the performance of the fuel pump (fuel pump) is still able to work well or not.                     The method used is a qualitative method. The construction design starts from the planning process which includes making the concept of design, observation and processing of data so that it is found that the design is capable of reading fuel pressure from the fuel pump and is easy to use. To strengthen the results of the study, it is complemented by a literature review that has close relevance to the subject matter.                 Based on the results of testing that has been achieved from the entire process of making and testing the design of fuel pump pressure tester on injection motors, it can be concluded that the functional test in the last process shows that the tool can work well and is able to provide information on fuel pressure measurements from the fuel pump.
