Gold is becoming an attractive commodity as an investment option in the future. Gold is also an item with a high demand and many benefits ranging from asset protection, precautionary interests, Hajj savings needs, and investments. Islamic banks then see this potential by providing gold ownership financing products. The financing of gold ownership can be accommodated by Islamic banks. Purchases with the installment method can be done and become an alternative way for people to be able to invest in gold commodities. Gold becomes attractive on the basis of the consideration that gold is an object that has a value that tends to be stable so that it can be useful as a protector of property from the risk of inflation. This study uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique used is the interview and documentation method. Interviews were conducted with BJB Syariah Bank Pajajaran Branch. The results showed that the mechanism and application of the contract on gold ownership financing products at the Pajajaran branch of BJB Syariah Bank generally involved third parties as suppliers who provided goods in the form of gold which became the object of the transaction. The contracts used in this product are Murabahah and Rahn contracts, Murabahah contracts for gold ownership financing products at Bank BJB Syariah Pajajaran Branch, namely for buying and selling gold between customers and BJB Syariah banks with agreed agreements and margins. Abstract One of the contemporary problems is the widespread use of medicaments, which leads to an increased occurrence of these substances in the environment. The efficiency of conventional treatment processes for removing drugs from water is in most cases very little, if not zero. Treatment processes for removal of drugs include adsorption on activated carbon, membrane processes, and advanced oxidation processes. Within a specific university research project, a laboratory test was performed at the Institute of Municipal Water Management of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Brno University of Technology, to monitor the effectiveness of diclofenac removal by selected sorption materials. Diclofenac was chosen for this experiment as a representative of one of the most widespread groups of drugs - non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The removal of diclofenac from water was performed using columns filled with sorption materials Filtrasorb F100, GEH and Bayoxide E33. The aim of the test was to compare the selected sorption materials in terms of their effectiveness in removing diclofenac from water. From analyses of water taken at predetermined time intervals after filtration through said materials, it was found that the most suitable material for removing diclofenac from water is Filtrasorb F100.

Abstract Bell is certainly no stranger to education. In general, the bell still uses human power to ring it. It is still rare in the world of education to use an automatic bell that can work alone according to a predetermined time in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of the design of automatic bells at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar is to facilitate the work of picket officers and optimize the time for teaching and learning. The work process of this tool is to input the predetermined lesson time into the Arduino Uno Microcontroller using C language in the Arduino IDE Software. After that the microcontroller will read the program schedule hours that have been inputted into the microcontroller. If the program inputted matches the time schedule of today's lesson hours, the bell will automatically output the output in the form of an information notification sound. This tool also has a 16x2 Keypad Shield for setting the manual in the test mode that is matched in the time of the ongoing test and automatically produces notification sound output, where the automatic bell is fully controlled with the Arduino Uno Microcontroller command and the time setting that has been set into the RTC ( Real Time Clock) as a time saver.   Keywords: Arduino Uno, RTC, Keypad Shield 16x2, STIKOM Tunas Bangsa

Indonesia is a country that is a tourist center for foreigners from various countries. This is supported because Indonesia has a wealth and stunning natural charm that makes Indonesia an attraction to become a tourist destination. Seeing this potential, the Indonesian government facilitates access to enter the country of Indonesia. But in reality, the kindness of the Indonesian government was abused by these foreigners. Many of the immigration violations they committed while in Indonesia, such as staying beyond a predetermined time limit or often called Overstay. In handling these cases, the government made various efforts in dealing with the problem of immigration violations. Supervision of foreigners is a form of effort by the government in terms of handling Overstay cases carried out by foreigners in Indonesia. In its implementation, the government also enforces the law against foreigners who commit Overstay violations so as to reduce the number of violations.

Abstract Background: Hypoxia inducible factor (HIF-1α) are essential in the pathogenesis of necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), which is stabilized by Grx1 deletion. Until now, the mechanism of HIF-1α in the intestinal microcirculation in NEC is not well defined. We intend to investigate the role of HIF-1α in the development of NEC in regulating the microcirculation and the following vasodilatory signal, VEGF. Materials and methods: Experimental NEC was induced in full-term C57BL/6 mouse and Grx1-/-pups through the formula gavage and hypoxia technique. The HIF-1α signal was blocked utilizing the HIF-1α inhibitor, YC-1. Intestinal tissues were collected at predetermined time points for the assessment of intestinal microcirculation and the HIF-1α activity involved signal. Results: We found that NEC inducement impaired the intestinal microcirculation, but intestinal blood flow and capillary density were ameliorated in Grx1-/-mice, which was associated with the GSH-protein adducts of HIF-1α in the intestinal tissue. Grx1 ablation could also promote vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGFA) production in the intestinal tissue. This intestinal microvascular improvement was not found in the HIF-1α inhibited mice, suggesting the HIF-1α dependent manner for intestinal microcirculatory perfusion. Conclusion: The current data demonstrated that HIF-1α signaling is involved in the intestinal microvascular modification during the pathogenesis of NEC, suggesting that targeting with HIF-1α might be a promising strategy for NEC treatment.

Introduction: Conventional enteric coating is very challenging in soft gel capsules because of shell nature (smooth surfaces and elasticity). Soft gelatin capsules are highly sensitive to temperature, humidity and it can lose their tensile strength during the conventional coating process. Materials and Methods: Enteric soft gel capsules were prepared by addition of enteric polymer in the gelatin shell composition by inducing the cross linking of gelatin through chemical treatment. Results: This dual approach makes the soft gelatin capsules to resist the drug release in stomach and reliably release their contents in the intestine within a predetermined time without affecting the physical properties of soft gel capsules. Conclusions: Enteric effect of soft gel capsules are brought by a specialized synergetic technique which is unique for the molecules which need intestinal drug release.

In this article, the promises of judgement and restoration in Deuteronomy 4:25–31; 28:15–68; 30:1–10 are compared with the eschatological prophecies in Malachi 2:17–3:24 about the Day of the Lord. The conclusion is that Malachi’s eschatology can be understood against the background of the history of fulfilment of these promises as envisioned in the Torath Mosheh in Deuteronomy. The rhetorical nature of Moses’ speeches is taken into consideration, indicating their communicative intent to persuade the people to take the promise of judgement seriously and to return to God in compliance with Mosaic teachings in order to avert it. But even beyond judgement, restoration is promised as well, indicating the positive intent of judgement preaching. The purpose of the announcement of judgement is to delay its fulfilment; its irrevocability only shows when the response to the teachings of Moses is persistently negative. The promises of judgement are not meant to be understood as prognostications to be fulfilled within a predetermined time frame. They are delay-intended, and hence avertible. These features of Mosaic teaching in Deuteronomy can be identified in Malachi’s eschatology which is shaped by divine judgement but is delay-intended and in compliance with the Mosaic teachings in Deuteronomy, theocentric and temple-based.Contribution: The purpose of this article is to contribute towards a theological reading of Malachi in the context of the metanarrative of the Old Testament (OT) Scriptures.
