In recent years, energy efficiency and energy saving strategies have become priorities for energy policy in most countries, and green energy saving buildings has attracted more attention in the worldwide. The use of passive energy saving natural ventilation strategy can improve the effect of building energy saving and improve the internal microenvironment of the building. This paper introduces and analyzes the passive preheating natural ventilation double skin facade (DSF) comprehensively. The influence of the structural parameters of the double skin facade in cold season ventilation on the preheating ventilation effect is discussed on the basis of the discussion and experiment of an actual double skin facade office building. Further, the energy-saving effect of the passive preheating natural ventilation double skin facade is simulated and verified. The effect of structural parameters of DSF in cold season on the thermal performance is summarized. These corresponding results could provide some reference for the buildings in the similar climate regions.

An energy saving residential building in Zhangjiakou was took as research object, which was designed and constructed according to the criterion of 65% energy saving of the third stage, utilizing simulation software Dest, which was developed by Qinghua University, energy consumption simulation and economic analysis were done to the building. The results show that compared with the former residence which was built according to the non-energy saving design, the implementation of new design standard for building energy saving can not only achieve better energy saving effect, but also its payback period is short, so the new design standard for building energy saving is worth spreading.

As a systems engineering, the primary factor of building energy-saving is determined, and the essential factor's reciprocity is researched, and then, divides the multi-essential factors into the tower system hierarchical structure for solving matter about the single index evaluation formed synthesis results of multi index. Mathematical model of tower appraisal system, with multi-index, is established based on the system theory and the analytic hierarchy method. And the evaluation model established is applied to the actual construction to carry on the multi-index comprehensive quantification evaluation to confirm model being feasibility and the validity.

with the vigorous development of construction in our country, the proportion of the building energy consumption in total is increasing step by step, especially the 1980s existing buildings, the vast majority of them failing to take any insulation measures, the energy consumption of them is several times or even ten times to new buildings, therefore, in recent years, energy saving reconstructions of existing buildings have paid more and more attention. This paper takes a typical office building which was built in sunan region as an example, using some external thermal insulation materials such as rigid polyurethane foam plastics, polyurethane composite board and energy saving design software BECS to imitate energy saving reconstruction. Besides, the economy of each scheme of energy saving reconstruction was also analyzed. The results show that, energy saving reconstruction can greatly reduce the energy consumption of existing buildings, and bring good economic benefits, at the same time, it also can improve indoor comfort and working conditions, and can generate significant social benefits.

In order to discuss the effect of energy saving of heat-reflective insulation coating on exterior walls of building, the wall temperature change of two test rooms with heat insulation or not in Hangzhou has been monitored in summer, and the heat flux data of east, south and west walls were analyzed. The results indicate that the reflective coatings reduce the exterior surface temperature by up to 7 to 8°C. The reduction in heat gain of east, south and west walls is significant, which is the cooling effect. The total surface heat gain of exterior walls without reflective coatings is 2.44 times larger than those without them. In particular, the heat gain of walls with reflective coatings is nearly 5.27 times more than that of walls without reflective coatings. The reduction in electricity consumption of air-conditioning system in the building with reflective coatings is 2.5KWh/m2 per month by calculation, which well proves the energy saving effect of reflective coatings.

The project of the office building of the People’s Government of Chagan Hada was initiated by the Norwegian government for helping with energy saving reconstruction in undeveloped areas of developing countries. By reconstructing the office building’s external walls, doors, windows, roofs and heating system, the coal consumption of the office building has decreased from 50kg/m2 to 23.8kg/m2, saving raw coal by about 26t each year. After the reconstruction, the temperatures of various zones in the office building have risen by 13°C to 15°C respectively. The project fully adopts existing building energy saving technologies and locally produced building energy saving materials. What’s more, it introduces building energy saving ideas of Norway and has reached three achievements: First, both strict working attitude and skillful operations were ensured in construction; second, demonstration effect was emphasized; third, importance was attached to ability development.
