The work is an attempt to determine basic quantities for introducing a family planning program which will be aiming at a replacement level. In order to do that census year 2002 was taken as an example for calculation. Total fertility rate of 2.1 children per woman was considered as necessary level and that means Serbia needs 105.000 newborns each year. In accordance with that level a set of five age specific fertility rates (ASFR) were established in order to find appropriate model of reproductive behavior for Serbia. The sets are established in the following manner: multiplying ASFR by quotient between necessary and real number of newborns, by the data from the last year when fertility was large enough to provide for replacement level (with mortality level from 2002), by linear interpolation between two ASFR models and by Brass fertility polynomial. All five different models of age specific fertility rates suggest that there is no ideal distribution of ASFR. Also parity progression from zero to first, from first to second, and from second to third child is determined. The main reason for below replacement level in Serbia is small parity progression from second to third child. So, rearing the third child should be the most stimulated in every family planning program, as long as every second women have them by the end of her reproductive life span.

The family planning program (KB) in Indonesia has been recognized nationally and internationally as one of the programs that has significantly reduced fertility rates. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between age, education and parity with the use of IUD . This research was conducted at Puskesmas Doloduo Bolaang Mongondow District on August 8 until September 30th. This research is an analytic correlation research using crosssectional approach . The population in this study are all active acceptors of 850 people in the are a of Puskesmas Doloduo Bolaang Mongondow Utara . Sample in research that researched 85 respondent, with technique of accidental sampling sampling. Based on the Research Methods show that there is a relationship of age, education, and parity with the use of akdr in Puskesmas Doloduo Bolaang Mongondow District. Because p value 0 ,025 (

Problems related to the stagnation of the family planning program in Indonesia are thought to be caused by the level of contraceptive use and unmet need for family planning, a decrease in fertility or fertility rates, an increase in the proportion of early marriage, limited knowledge of reproductive health, and sexual activity outside of marriage which leads to Total Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). The purpose of this activity is to implement the ¨KOPIKu¨ application. This community partnership service is carried out in Cilamajang Village. Kawalu District, Tasikmalaya City, which is the working area of ??the Karanganyar Community Health Center for 35 primigravida III trimester pregnant women. This activity is an application of the ¨KOPIKu¨ My Choice of Contraception which is installed on a smartphone. The results show that the knowledge of mothers before using the KOPIKu application was mostly in the less category at 85.7%, while the mother's knowledge after using the ¨KOPIKu aplikasi application was mostly in the good category at 82.9%.
