Business simulation games (BSGs) are educational tools that help students develop business management knowledge and skills. However, to date, relatively little research has investigated the factors that influence students’ BSG usage intention. Grounded on the extended unified theory of acceptance and use of technology, this study helped to fill this gap by exploring intention to use BSGs. Specifically, this study investigated the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and price value on behavioral intention to use BSGs. Data collected from 141 useful respondents were tested against the research model using partial least square approach. The results of this study indicated that behavioral intention to use BSGs was influenced by facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and price value. Unexpectedly, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence were not predictive of students’ behavioral intention to use BSGs. These findings enhanced our understanding of students’ BSG usage behavior and provided several important theoretical and practical implications for the application of BSG in the context of business and management education.

BACKGROUND Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) carries a huge health and economic cost to society. Effective interventions exist but numerous challenges limit their adoption, especially in a pandemic context. AUD recovery apps (AUDRA) have emerged as a potential complement to in-person interventions. They are easy to access and show promising results in terms of efficacy. However, they rely on individual adoption decision and remain underused. OBJECTIVE The aim of this survey study is to explore the beliefs that determine the intention to use AUDRA. METHODS We conducted a cross-sectional survey study of people suffering from AUD. We used the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, which predicts use and behavioral intention to use based on performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions. Participants were recruited directly from two sources: first, respondents at addiction treatment facilities in Ontario, Canada were contacted in person and filled a paper form; second, members from AUD recovery support groups on social media were contacted and invited to fill an online sruvey. The survey was conducted between October 2019 and June 2020. RESULTS The final sample was comprised of 159 participants (124 online and 35 paper based) self-identifying somewhat or very much with AUD. Most participants (85.5%) were aware of AUDRA and those participants scored higher on performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence. Overall, the model explains 35.4% of the variance in behavioral intention to use AUDRA and 11.1% of the variance in use. Social influence (p-value 0.314), especially for women (p-value 0.227) and effort expectancy (p value 0.247) were key antecedents of behavioral intention. Facilitating conditions was not significant overall but was moderated by age (p value 0.231) suggesting that it matters for older participants. Performance expectancy did not predict behavioral intention, which is unlike many other technologies but confirms other findings with mhealth. Open-ended questions suggest that privacy concerns may play a significant role for AUDRA. CONCLUSIONS This study suggests that unlike many other technologies, the adoption of AUDRA is not mainly determined by utilitarian factors such as performance expectancy. Rather, effort expectancy and social influence play a key role in determining the intention to use AUDRA.

The purpose of this study isto analyze the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived creadibility, and anxiety on e-learning behavioral intention to use who are moderated by experience and voluntariness of use.The study population was 215 students who used e-learning in the Accounting Department of SMK N 1 Karanganyar. The sample selection using Slovin method with an error rate of 5% and sampling area technique obtained by respondents as many as 140 students. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis and SEM-PLS. Data analysis tool using WarpPLS 5.0.The results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that the behavioral intention to use e-learning, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived creativity, anxiety, experience and voluntariness of use are in the sufficient category. Hypothesis test results show the influence of performance expectancy on e-learning behavioral intention to use, effort expectancy does not affect the behavioral e-learning intention to use, social influence has an effect on behavioral e-learning intention to use, facilitating conditions have no effect on behavioral intention to Using e-learning, perceived creativity does not affect e-learning behavior, anxiety influences the behavioral intention to use e-learning, voluntary moderating negative social influences the behavioral e-learning intention to use, experience moderates the effect of effort expectancy on The behavior of e-learning intention to use, experience does not moderate the influence of social influence on the behavioral e-learning intention to use, experience does not moderate the effect of facilitating conditions on e-learning behavioral intention to use e-learning the conclusion of this study states that of the ten hypotheses proposed there are five types of hypotheses accepted. In this fourth industry revolution era, there are so many technologies that enable people to do their activities easily. The aim of this research was to investigate factors that influenced people to use one of technology around us, electronic ticketing system. This research uses as the indicators from Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model which developed by Venkatesh et al (2003). The indicators used in this research were use behavior, behavioral intention, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. This research used 5- Likert scale questionnaire and there are 218 respondents who are responds to this questionnaire. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that performance expectancy influence behavioral intention on using electronic ticketing system. Effort expectancy also influences behavioral intention on using electronic ticketing system. Meanwhile, social influence indicator does not influence behavioral intention on using electronic ticketing system. Facilitating condition indicator influence use behavior on using electronic ticketing system, and behavioral intention itself does not influence use behavior on using electronic ticketing system. Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) adalah teori yang dikemukakan oleh Venkatesh, et al. (2003). UTAUT memiliki empat kostruk utama yaitu 1) ekspektansi kinerja (performance expectancy), 2) ekspektansi usaha (effort expectancy), 3) pengaruh sosial (social influence), dan 4) kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi (facilitating conditions). Model ini digunakan untuk meneliti Implementasi Aplikasi SIMPeL dalam proses pengadan langsung. Aplikasi SIMPeL di bangun oleh LPSE Kementerian Keuangan untuk menfasilitasi proses pengadaan langsung. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan penggunaan Aplikasi SIMPeL dengan menggunakan model UTAUT.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori. Data diperoleh dari responden para pihak yang terkait dalam pengadaan langsung dengan menyebarkan kuisioner tertutup. Besarnya sampel sejumlah 160 responden  dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software smartPLS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut Ekspektasi kinerja (Performance Expectancy) dan Ekspektasi usaha (Effort Expectancy) mempengaruhi perilaku penggunaan Aplikasi SIMPeL melalui faktor Tingkat minat penggunaan aplikasi SIMPeL (Behavioral Intention). Sedangkan Tingkat minat penggunaan aplikasi SIMPeL (Behavioral Intention) dan Kondisi-kondisi Pemfasilitasi (Facilitating Conditions) mempengaruhi langsung perilaku penggunaan Aplikasi SIMPeL. Faktor sosial (Social Influence) tidak mempengaruhi minat penggunaan aplikasi SIMPeL (Behavioral Intention) dan penggunaan Aplikasi SIMPeL. Selain itu faktor kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi (Facilitating Conditions) mempunyai pengaruh sedang sedangkan yang lain kecil.

Abstrak Objektif. Aplikasi Gojek merupakan aplikasi berbasis android yang menjadi pintu masuk bagi pelanggan untuk mendapatkan layanan yang disediakan PT Gojek Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan aplikasi Gojek menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dengan 4 variabel bebas dan 1 variabel terikat yaitu ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktor sosial, kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi, dan niat perilaku. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden pengguna aplikasi Gojek  pada SMK MVP Ars Internasional. Material and Metode. Model UTAUT digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan penerimaan aplikasi Gojek agar dapat diterima oleh masyarakat. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda yang menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil. Dari pengolahan data tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktor sosial dan kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi memiliki nilai korelasi sebesar 0,867 terhadap niat perilaku, artinya antara variabel independen dan dependen dalam penelitian ini memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat, nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 75,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain. Kesimpulan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktor sosial, dan kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap niat perilaku aplikasi Gojek. Sedangkan secara parsial, hanya variabel ekspektasi kinerja dan faktor sosial yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat perilaku aplikasi Gojek. Sedangkan variabel ekspektasi usaha dan kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat perilaku dalam menggunakan aplikasi Gojek. Abstrack Objective. Gojek application is an android-based application that is the entrance for customers to get the services provided PT Gojek Indonesia. This study was conducted to analyze the factors that influence the acceptance of Gojek applications using the UTAU) method with 4 independent variables and 1 dependent variable namely Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and Behavioral Intention. This research was conducted on 100 respondents of the Gojek application SMK MVP Ars International. Materials and Methods. The UTAUT model is used to determine the level of success in accepting Gojek applications to be accepted by the community. The data processing method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 22 software. Results From the data processing, the results show that the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have a correlation value of 0,867 to behavioral intention, meaning between independent and dependent variables in this study has a strong relationship, the value of R Square (R2) of 75,2% while the rest is influenced by other variables. Conclusion. Thus it can be concluded that simultaneously, the variable performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions positively and significantly affect the behavioral intention of Gojek applications. While partially, only the performance expectancy and social influence variables that have a positive and significant influence on the behavioral intention of Gojek application. While the effort expectancy and facilitating conditions variable does not have a positive and significant influence on Behavioral Intentionin using the Gojek application.

Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan dan Arsip (SIPA) adalah sebuah website yang dikembangkan oleh perpustakaan daerah di kabupaten Buleleng sebagai alternative dalam mendukung pengelolaan dan mempermudah pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan dan Arsip (SIPA) di Kabupaten Buleleng dengan berdasarkan menggunakan Model Unified Theory Of Acceptance and Use Of Technology (UTAUT) dengan menggunakan empat variabel bebas yakni  performance expectancy,  effort expectancy, social influence dan  facilitating conditions sebagai variable bebas dengan  behavioral intention dan use behavior sebagai variable terikat dan variable moderator Age, Gender dan experience. Variabel Ekpektansi Kinerja dan variabel Ekspektasi usaha tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap  minat penggunaan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan. Pengaruh sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat penggunaan, Kondisi yang memfasilitasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku penggunaan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan, Variabel moderator jenis kelamin tidak memperkuat hubungan antara ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektansi usaha dan pengaruh sosial terhadap minat penggunaan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan. Penggunaan telepon pintar atau smartphone di Indonesia, dan di dukung oleh kemajuan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat, berkembanglah transportasi  berbasis online atau biasa disebut ojek online. Ojek online  memberikan akses kemudahan bagi masyarakat dan pelajar yang menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, dengan melakukan transaksi pemesanan melalui aplikasi maka ojek tersebut akan datang. Namun berdasarkan informasi dari TribunJatim News yang di dapatkan bahwa ojek online mengalami kenaikan yang cukup signifikan, yang membuat sebagian masyarakat khususnya kalangan pelajar mengeluh akan kebijakan tarif yang diberlakukan mulai Agustus 2019, maka dari itu diperlukan adanya analisis untuk melihat bagaimana kalangan pelajar menerima dan menggunakan layanan transportasi online tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerimaan dan penggunaan terhadap layanan transportasi online GOJEK, di kalangan pelajar SMA Kecamatan Blimbing Kabupaten Malang Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 160. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Theory Of Acceptance and use of Technology (UTAUT) dengan variabel behavioral intention dan use behavior sebagai variabel dependen dan menggunakan variabel indenpenden yaitu performance excpectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Untuk pengelohan data, menggunakan program SPSS untuk menguji instrument penelitian dan model penelitian. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah penerimaan dan penggunaan dikalangan pelajar terhadap layanan terhadap layanan transportasi online dipengaruhi oleh faktor social influence, facilitating conditions, behavioral intention, use behavior, sedangkan faktor performance expectancy dan effort excpectancy tidak menggunakan layanan transportasi online. The use of smartphones or smartphones in Indonesia, and supported by increasingly rapid advances in information technology, has developed-based transportation online or commonly known as motorcycle taxis  online. taxis Online provide easy access for people and students who use the application, motorcycle by making an order transaction through the application, the ojek will come. However, based on information from TribunJatim News, it was obtained that motorcycle taxis online have increased quite significantly, which made some people, especially students complain about the tariff policy that was implemented starting in August 2019, therefore an analysis is needed to see how students receive and use the service.transportation online . This study aims to determine how the acceptance and use of transportation services online GOJEK, among high school students in Blimbing District, Malang Regency. The number of samples taken is 160. This study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and use of Technology (UTAUT) model with variables. behavioral intention and  use behavior as the dependent variable and using independent variables, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. The method used in this study by distributing questionnaires using purposive sampling technique. For data collection, use the SPSS program to test research instruments and research models. The results obtained from this study are that acceptance and use among students of transportation services is online influenced by social influences, facilitating conditions, behavioral intention, use behavior, while performance expectancy expectancy and  effort factors do not use transportation services online.

Blibli.com merupakan situs e-commerce berkonsep online shopping mall yang didirikan sejak tanggal 25 Juli 2011 oleh PT Global Digital Niaga (GDN). Melihat fenomena yang terjadi saat ini adalah Blibli.com memiliki lima juta pengunduh dengan rating 4.1 tetapi hanya memiliki 127.199 pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan model UTAUT dan menggunakan variabel Performance Expectancy, Trust, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating conditionss, Behavioral Intention, dan Use. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Trust, dan Social Influence terhadap Behavioral Intention. Selain itu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Performance Expectancy dan Effort Expectancy terhadap Trust pengguna aplikasi mobile Blibli.com. dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Facilitating Conditions dan Behavioral Intention terhadap Use pada pengguna aplikasi Blibli.com. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada pengguna aplikasi Blibli.com di seluruh Indonesia dengan 300 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan tipe purposive sampling dan menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM) serta menggunakan skala likert dengan 21 butir pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel Performance Expectancy signifikan terhadap Trust, Social Influence signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention, dan Behavioral Intention signifikan terhadap Use. Adapun variabel yang tidak berpengaruh yaitu Effort Expectancy terhadap Trust, Effort Expectancy dan Trust terhadap Behavioral Intention, dan Facilitating Conditions terhadap Use. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berguna bagi PT Global Digital Niaga (GDN) dalam rangka pencapaian peningkatan minat pengguna aplikasi Blibli.com.

The intent of this paper is to research the factors that determine students’ acceptance of mobile assisted language learning (MALL) in Morocco. This study emphasizes the inclusive character of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). After careful assessment of the multiple relationships within UTAUT, a modified version of the theory was hypothesized then researched for the impact it has on the English as Foreign Language (EFL) context in Morocco. The technology acceptance model in this paper emphasized four directions connecting performance expectancy, effort expectancy, teacher feedback and compatibility to behavioral intention, also referred to as the determinants of behavioral intention to use MALL. For the purpose of this study, a technology enhanced environment was created. A total number of 156 EFL common core students were brought to interact on a WhatsApp-based platform by means of text-messaging. The WhatsApp treatment was optimized to synchronize with the institutionalized character of the teaching of English in Moroccan public schools. The questionnaire method was used for data collection. The data were screened for missingness, normality and outliers. Then, multiple reliability and validity tests were performed to substantiate the legitimacy of the dataset. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was used in the assessment of the measurement model and the structural model. The outputs of structural modelling corroborated the hypothesized directions connecting teacher feedback and compatibility to behavioral intention to use MALL while there was lack of support for the relationships linking performance expectancy and effort expectancy to behavioral intention to use MALL.

The current era is called the information age, where humans really need information. The existence of the internet on smartphones makes it easier for humans to get information and enjoy content wherever and whenever. One of the content services in Indonesia is the MNC Group's RCTI + application. Although RCTI + is a new company, RCTI + has an active number of users of 302,569 until November 2019. RCTI + has a fairly high market share because the digital era is growing rapidly. This study measures the interest of users of RCTI + applications in Indonesia by using a modified UTAUT2 research model, where researchers analyze the variables Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, and Content on Behavioral Intention. The data used in this study were 89 valid respondents obtained online using a questionnaire. Respondents are users of the RCTI + application. Researchers used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software version 3.0 to test hypotheses. The results showed that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Habit and Content had an influence on Behavioral Intention. However, Hedonic Motivations has a negative influence on Behavioral Intention. The Age variable as a moderator variable influences Content on Behavioral Intention, while Gender has no effect. This study resulted in an R2 of 0,900 and included in the moderate category. This research, has found that the variable that most influences Behavioral Intention is Habit.
