Abstract This paper is concerned with a competition and cooperation model of two enterprises with multiple delays and feedback controls. With the aid of the difference inequality theory, we have obtained some sufficient conditions which guarantee the permanence of the model. Under a suitable condition, we prove that the system has global stable periodic solution. The paper ends with brief conclusions.

We present a model with feedback controls based on ecology theory, which effectively describes the competition and cooperation of enterprise cluster in real economic environments. Applying the comparison theorem of dynamic equations on time scales and constructing a suitable Lyapunov functional, sufficient conditions which guarantee the permanence and the existence of uniformly asymptotically stable almost periodic solution of the system are obtained.

This paper is to discuss the competition and cooperation of portal and search engine mainly by building stability model. We can use Lotka-Volterra mutualism model to describe and build cooperation model of portal and search engine, and we can use Lotka-Volterra predator – prey model with Logistic items to describe and build competition model of portal and search engine.

The improved Lotka-Volterra model for the multi-goods of the multi-ports is proposed based on the competition of kinds of ecological populations in nature. Based on the analysis of the current throughput, annual average growth rate, potential throughput growth space, and the impacts of other port cargo throughput, the model establishes a competition coefficient matrix to determine the competitive cooperation model between different ports. The model is used to analyze the competition and cooperation relationship of different cargo types in four ports of Fujian. The results show that the model can reflect the mutual influence mechanism of competition and collaboration of multiple types of cargo in multiple ports, which can provide an effective and targeted basis for optimizing the cargo structure of ports and improving the competitive relationship of the ports.
