Introduction. Due to globalisation, the modern workforce is significantly diversified. Therefore, there is a need to modernise and embrace innovation in 21st-century education to prepare international professionals to work in cross-cultural teams via digital platforms. While research in the recent past has primarily focused on the refinement of future expert competences in tertiary education, only a handful of studies have been done to establish how plurilingual and pluricultural competence can be digitally developed at the inter-university level. In this light, this study sought to bridge this gap in the research on the sustainable cooperation model. Materials and Methods. The design for the methodological plan of integrating plurilingualism and pluriculturalism in university teaching was premised on the need to promote networking among students from different universities and countries. Its major stages based on the Collaborative Online International Learning approach included three stages: find a partner, prepare the project and carry out the project. A virtual exchange experiment across two institutions of higher learning in Spain and Finland helped analyse plurilingual and pluricultural competence achievement by means of questionnaires. Results. A special Collaborative Online International Learning approach used to explore plurilingual and pluricultural competence and the effectiveness of online-assisted language interaction, teamwork or intercultural cooperation. The study’s findings confirmed that plurilingual and pluricultural competence among students could also be developed using virtual cooperation, thus supporting cost-effective options of sustainable university training. Discussion and Conclusion. The project had a positive impact on reaching sustainable education goals by highlighting intercultural interaction prospects. Besides, it displays real challenges such as different schedules, grading systems, timing, motivation or virtual interaction among learners and ways of overcoming them. Regardless of the fundamental idea of formative exploration, our study presents some findings that lecturers, language training practitioners and policymakers willing to apply telecollaboration will be deserving of thought.

Leading countries are developing clean energy to replace fossil fuels. In this context, Russia is changing its energy policy towards fostering new energy resources, such as hydrogen and helium. Hydrogen will not only contribute to Russia’s financial revenue by replacing natural gas, but will also provide a basis for it to maintain its dominance over the international energy market by pioneering new energy markets. Russia is aiming to produce more than two million tons of hydrogen fuel for export to Europe and Asia by 2035. However, it is facing many challenges, including developing hydrogen fuel storage systems, acquiring the technology required for exporting hydrogen, and building trust in the fuel market. Meanwhile, South Korea has a foundation for developing a hydrogen industry, as it has the highest capacity in the world to produce fuel cells and the ability to manufacture LNG: (liquefied natural gas) carriers. Therefore, South Korea and Russia have sufficient potential to create a new complementary and reciprocal cooperation model in the hydrogen fuel field. This study examines the present and future of Russia’s energy policy in this area as well as discusses South Korea and Russia’s cooperation plans in the hydrogen fuel sector and the related implications.

Knowledge creation is an important basis of national innovation strategy, and industry university research cooperation is an important way of knowledge creation. Exploring the knowledge diffusion mechanism of different industry university research cooperation modes is conducive to knowledge creation. A good knowledge creation mechanism can improve the level of knowledge creation. Taking the tobacco industry as an example, this paper improves the knowledge creation level of the tobacco industry by establishing the knowledge creation mechanism of the tobacco industry, so as to solve the technical bottleneck of the tobacco industry and increase the number of innovative products in the tobacco industry. Through combing the research of scholars, it is found that the research on the promotion of knowledge creation by industry university research cooperation mode is relatively rich, but the research from the perspective of the relationship between knowledge diffusion mechanism and knowledge creation mechanism is slightly insufficient. In order to improve the knowledge creation level of industry university research cooperation, this paper obtains the knowledge creation mechanism of different industry university research cooperation modes by using SECI knowledge creation model. Innovatively put forward the "double helix" relationship between knowledge creation and knowledge diffusion in industry university research cooperation, that is, the knowledge diffusion mechanism in different industry university research cooperation modes will affect the level of knowledge creation, which provides a theoretical basis for the main subject of industry university research cooperation to find a way to improve the level of industry university research cooperation.

Based on all discussed, we can clearly indicate that in the city of Batumi, the oral - health of children, coming from socially vulnerable families, are not satisfactory, which at the later stage leads to several diseases. The reasons behind this development are the followings: the low educational rate and non-accessibility to dental and financial assistance services. Recommendations for overcoming this problem include: 1. Increasing accessibility to dental services; 2. Providing high quality medical services, in general; 3. Establishing State - Private cooperation model.

The COVID-19 disease has caused great damage to global economy, and the global economic downturn has brought challenges to all aspects of business operations.(International Labour Organisation [ILO], 2020) The business risk of enterprises has increased significantly, and the problem managers currently facing has changed from "how to develop faster" to "how to survive " (Bvuma & Marnewick, 2020). In this context, many peer companies in the supply chain have chosen the strategy of diluting competition and enhancing cooperation, hoping to avoid risks by grouping together. It is true that an effective cooperation model can reduce transaction costs between enterprises, improve information utilization, and enhance enterprises' ability to resist risks. However, some scholars also pointed out that cooperation based on purely economic interests is highly vulnerable. A simple cooperation may not necessarily benefit the enterprise, and it may even deteriorate into "Avalanche effect" (Rui et al., 2010). Keywords: Risk Perception; Trust between Organizations; Decision Preference; Cooperation Behavior.

Objectives: Studies show that the harm of smoking is much higher in the elderly than in the young and middle-aged. Therefore, smoke-free communities are more suitable for the elderly. China’s ministry of civil affairs pointed out that, the development of community elderly care services conforms to the wishes of over 90% of the elderly in China, which is the focus of the construction of China’s elderly care service system. Meanwhile, China’s existing smoke-free community elderly care service models are diverse, service efficiency and sustainability remains uneven. Methods: This study constructed a conceptual framework for smoke-free community elderly care service based on the theory of welfare pluralism. To find the sustainability of smoking control in smoke-free communities and the efficiency of elderly care service supply under different supply modes. According to the geographical location, 9somke-free communities in Beijing, Nanjing and Xi’an were selected for investigation. Results: Three supply modes of community-based elderly care services are summarized, including Multiactor Participation Model (MPM), Government and Social organization Cooperation Model (GSCM), and Government-led Participation Model (GPM). The case analysis method is used to analyze the characteristics of the supply actors, supply content, and supply methods of these three models. Conclusion: Three supply modes of community-based elderly care services are summarized, including Multiactor Participation Model (MPM), Government and Social organization Cooperation Model (GSCM), and Government-led Participation Model (GPM). The MPM for smoke-free community elderly care, which includes the participation of multiple subjects and is more diversified in terms of supply content and methods, is found to have better smoking control efficiency and higher sustainability.

The aim of this paper is to trace the debates around the Muslim headscarf in Austria and the related political measures. Looking back over a period of 30 years, the changes in public opinion and in political attitudes concerning the Muslim headscarf are analysed in greater detail. The headscarf functioned as a projection screen for extremely diverse questions and attitudes and the resulting narratives are a barometer of public opinion within the majority society regarding issues like migration, women rights or Islam. At the same time, they show the need for self-assurance about personal identity in a multioptional society and the tension between secularism and the traditional Austrian cooperation model on religious matters. The paper touches on the question of equal opportunities for men and women and on the relationship between the inner-Muslim discourse and the external perspective.
