The using of Information Communication Technology (ICT) in the industry is growing fast. Ne­ver­theless, Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia do not follow these conditions. The in­fluen­cing factor of ICT adoption has been identified as internal and external factors. Accordingly, the objective of the study is to identify the influence factor of using ICT adoption in Indonesian SMEs. The conceptual model in this study was the combination between Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory and The Technology-Or­ganization-Environment (TEO) theory. The survey method for 146 SMEs selected conve­nient­ly in Indonesia. The distribution of data by online and data obtained is analysed using SEM/Smart-PLS program. The study has exogenous variable including technology, organization, mana­ge­rial charac­te­ris­tic, and envi­ron­ment. The endogen variable is ICT adoption. The research found that ICT used was pre­dic­ted by charac­teristic of management, organizational and technology.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in growing and building developing nations' national economy. This study investigates a deep understanding of the influence of Information Communication Technology (ICT) on SMEs' performance in Nigeria. The study found out that most SME owners engage in local business practices in nature of the operation, and marketing strategies are limited within the country. Hence, this is a growing concern, the need to broaden the field of doing business through global integration with ICT aid, which would improve the country's economic growth at large. Based on the literature reviewed, this research work helps to identify the underlying causes, limited ICT readiness, its effectiveness and the need for ICT implementation into business processes, and the knowledge of its potential benefit. Therefore, this paper examines the role of ICT in small businesses' performance; this is estimated to enhance firm productivity and increase profitability, improving overall SMEs’ performance. The study recommends that provision be made for more ICT training facilities, and SMEs need to embrace information and communication technology in terms of resources, networks, and consumer skills. Entrepreneurs are to be enlightened and educated on how ICT can be used to boost operating efficiency. The government should create an enabling environment by offering ICT infrastructure that will promote its growth and implementation in SMEs. This study's data relied on secondary data and current research on SMEs worldwide, focusing on Nigeria. Abstract The problem of professional training of skilled human personnel in the industry of information communication technology, the urgency of which is recognized at the state level of Ukraine and the world, has been considered. It has been traced that constantly growing requirements of the labour market, swift scientific progress require the use of innovative approaches to the training of future ІТ specialists with the aim to increase their professional level. The content of standards of professional training and development of information technologies specialists in foreign countries, particularly in Japan, has been analyzed and generalized. On the basis of analysis of educational and professional standards of Japan, basic requirements to the engineer in industry of information communication technology in the conditions of competitive environment at the labour market have been comprehensively characterized. The competencies that graduate students of educational qualification level of bachelor in the conditions of new state policy concerning upgrading the quality of higher education have been considered. The constituents of professional competence in the structure of an engineer-programmer’s personality, necessary on different levels of professional improvement of a specialist for the development of community of highly skilled ІТ specialists, have been summarized. Positive features of foreign experience and the possibility of their implementation into the native educational space have been distinguished. Directions for modernization and upgrading of the quality of higher education in Ukraine and the prospects for further scientific research concerning the practice of specialists in information technologies training have been suggested
