The loose logistics market, the weak value-added service capabilities of enterprises, and the backward construction and operation of logistics networks have led to high logistics costs and low efficiency in some enterprises. In order to improve the comprehensive evaluation effect of enterprise logistics enterprise competitiveness, this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation model of logistics enterprise competitiveness based on SEM model based on machine learning technology. Moreover, in order to more accurately grasp the law of customer logistics mode selection behavior, this paper adds the adaptive value of the latent variables of the logistics mode service characteristics obtained through the SEM model to the utility function of the logistics mode to obtain the SEM-NL integrated model. In addition, starting from the analysis of the key factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprise logistics, this paper constructs an evaluation model of enterprise logistics competitiveness, and analyzes and studies the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprise logistics through two aspects of logistics actual competitiveness and logistics future development potential. The research results show that the model constructed in this paper is suitable for the comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of logistics enterprises.

The development of transportation infrastructure construction is playing an important role in promoting the development of economy. We aimed at the adaptability between transportation infrastructure construction and economic development, and established an evaluating indicator set between urban transportation infrastructure construction and economic development. Meanwhile, on the base of the thought of system evolution, we constructed the evaluation model between the two, and quoted the related date of Xinjiang from 2000 to 2011 in empirical analysis, so that it is able to provide the useful reference to the healthy and rapid development of economy in a degree.

Aiming at the current situation of wind turbine type selection in China, this paper has built a more scientific and systematic index system for comprehensive evaluation of wind turbine type selection, and also applied the Support Vector Regression machine evaluation model with parameters optimized by Genetic Algorithm. Through automatic global optimization for parameters, this model has reached an extremely high accuracy required for evaluation of type selection. Empirical analysis shows that the application of this model has a realistic popularized significance for improving the method of the wind turbine type selection and enhancing its efficiency.

In this paper we applied the DEA model to the performance evaluation of the agriculture and forestry biomass energy companies. By constructing the corresponding evaluation model and index system, we conducted an empirical analysis with the dates of 8 companies from 2009 to 2012. The results state that the technical efficiency of the companies is low when compared with other industries and though many companies are under the condition of input slacks, their production efficiency still grew incrementally. Finally, this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of forestry biomass energy listed companies.
