The genus Dioscore Warren, 1907 is reviewed. Diagnostic characters are listed for the genus and species included, the male genitalia are described for the first time for seven species and the female genitalia for three species. Two new species are described from Papua Indonesia: Dioscore kirke Lindt, Lennuk & Viidalepp, sp. nov. and Dioscore vilu Lindt, Lennuk & Viidalepp, sp. nov. The genus with its ten species is endemic to New Guinea and nearby islands; its taxonomic affinities are discussed.

Four new species of Euphyllodromia Shelford, 1908 (E. spathulata, E. nigromaculata, E. neoelegans and E. spiculata) are described. Their male genitalia are illustrated. The female genitalia of E. spiculata and E. nigromaculata are also illustrated. Diagnostic characters of the head, thorax and abdomen of E. amazonensis Rocha e Silva, 1984 are reiterated, illustrated and combined with the description of the male and female genitalia for the first time. A key is provided to include the species treated here.

Two new species of the genus Agrisius Walker, 1855, A. orhanti Volynkin, Dubatolov & Kishida, sp. n. and A. leloii Volynkin, Dubatolov & Kishida, sp. n. are described from South Laos and Vietnam respectively. A. orhanti sp. n. belongs to the A. japonicus Leech, 1889 species-group. Whereas, the male genitalia structure of A. leloii sp. n. is intermediate between those of the A. japonicus and the A. guttivitta Walker, 1855 species-groups, therefore, it is assigned to a separated species-group (the A. leloii species-group). Agrisius dubatolovi Orhant, 2012 is downgraded as a subspecies of A. japonicus: Agrisius japonicus dubatolovi Orhant, 2012, stat. nov. Female genitalia of species of the A. japonicus and most of the A. guttivitta species-groups are illustrated for the first time.

Hydraena (Hydraenopsis) josefinae sp. nov. and H. (H.) pernambucana sp. nov. are described respectively from Amapá and Pernambuco States, Brazil. Hydraena (H.) josefinae sp. nov. is a member of the scintillabella subgroup of the leechi group, while H. (H.) pernambucana sp. nov. belongs to the orcula complex in the marginicollis subgroup of the marginicollis group. Descriptions and diagnostic characters for both new species are offered; habitus photographs and line drawings of male genitalia of the two new species, as well as drawings of female genitalia of H. josefinae sp. n., are provided. Male genitalia of H. alterra Perkins, 1980 is illustrated and compared with that of the closely related H. josefinae sp. nov. Habitat and distributional data of the two new species are also included.

Six species of Pseudacroclita Oku are reported from China, two of which are described as new: P. damingshana, sp. nov., and P. mastoidea, sp. nov. Photographs of the adults and genitalia of the two new species are provided. Two keys to Chinese species of Pseudacroclita are given, one based on male genitalia and the other on female genitalia. Non-deciduous spiculate cornuti in the phallus are reported for the first time in Pseudacroclita. All specimens examined are deposited in the Insect collection, Nankai University, Tianjin, China.

A new genus Viperinus Park, gen. nov., belonging to Torodorinae (Lecithoceridae), is proposed, with descriptions of two new species, V. orbiosus Park & Koo sp. nov. from Kenya and V. pyknoistus Park & Koo, sp. nov. from Uganda. Furthermore, two new species of Protolychnis Meyrick, 1925, P. oculiella Park & Koo, sp. nov. and P. morogorensis Park & Koo, sp. nov., are described from Kenya and Tanzania, respectively. In addition, P. petiliella Park, 2020 is reported for the first time from Tanzania. The new genus, Viperinus is very similar to Protolychnis in the superficial characters, but it is separated from the latter by having unique characters in genitalia: a pair of processes arising from base of each valva in the male genitalia and a polygonal signal plate in the female genitalia. Images of adults and genitalia of the four new species are provided, and a checklist of Protolychnis Meyrick is also given.

The article describes four new species of Alucitidae in the genus Triscaedecia from the Malay and Polynesian regions: Triscaedecia sulawesi Ustjuzhanin, Kovtunovich & Hobern sp. nov., T. sarawaki Ustjuzhanin, Kovtunovich & Hobern sp. nov., T. svetlanae Ustjuzhanin, Kovtunovich & Hobern sp. nov., and T. suva Ustjuzhanin, Kovtunovich & Hobern sp. nov. The female genitalia of Triscaedecia dactyloptera Hampson, 1905 and the adult and the male genitalia of Triscaedecia septemdactyla (Pagenstecher, 1900) are described and illustrated for the first time. Diagnostic characters are specified for each new taxon, genitalia are described and illustrated, and images are provided of adults. A spreadsheet of all known localities and specimens is included as a supplementary file.

Two new species of cixiid planthoppers genus Tsauria Koçak & Kemal, Tsauriabrevispina Zhi & Chen, sp. nov. and T.longispina Zhi & Chen, sp. nov., are described and illustrated from China and T.transspinus (Zhang & Chen, 2011) was removed to give the genus four species in total. The female genitalia of three species are described and illustrated for the first time. A key to all known species of Tsauria based on male genitalia, and a key to three species (except for T.major) based on female genitalia, are provided.
