In the article, the author discusses the issue of electronic health care with a focus on telemedicine. The first part of the paper provides an overview and explanation of the basic related concepts, which are electronic healthcare and e-health, telemedicine and health care. In this part, the author also summarizes the relevant legislation. The author also presents the performance of telemedicine in the conditions of the Slovak Republic. Above all, the author asks which legal institutes are affected by another way of providing health care, which is distance medicine? The author gradually analyzes selected issues, namely instruction and informed consent, making audio or video-audio recording, recording telemedicine performance in medical documentation and payment for such performance. The conclusion of the article is devoted to summarizing and pointing out the threats and challenges of telemedicine, which the author considers the use of private communication platforms, the related violation of cyber security and the use of artificial intelligence. Objectives: This paper provides a discussion about the potential scope of applicability of Artificial Intelligence methods within the telehealth domain. These methods are focussed on clinical needs and provide some insight to current directions, based on reports of recent advances. Methods: Examples of telehealth innovations involving Artificial Intelligence to support or supplement remote health care delivery were identified from recent literature by the authors, on the basis of expert knowledge. Observations from the examples were synthesized to yield an overview of contemporary directions for the perceived role of Artificial Intelligence in telehealth. Results: Two major focus areas for related contemporary directions were established. These were first, quality improvement for existing clinical practice and service delivery, and second, the development and support of new models of care. Case studies from each focus area have been chosen for illustration purposes. Conclusion: Examples of the role of Artificial Intelligence in delivery of health care remotely include use of tele-assessment, tele-diagnosis, tele-interactions, and tele-monitoring. Further developments of underlying algorithms and validation of methods will be required for wider adoption. Certain key social and ethical considerations also need consideration more generally in the health system, as Artificial-Intelligence-enabled-telehealth becomes more commonplace.

The workshop program of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence’s 33rd Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AAAI-19) was held in Honolulu, Hawaii, on Sunday and Monday, January 27–28, 2019. This report contains brief summaries of the all the workshops that were held.

Abstract-- With increase in complexity of data, security, it is difficult for the individuals to prevent the offence. Thus, by using any automation or software it’s not possible by only using huge fixed algorithms to overcome this. Thus, we need to look for something which is robust and feasible enough. Hence AI plays an epitome role to defense such violations. In this paper we basically look how human reasoning along with AI can be applied to uplift cyber security.

The advances in deep learning algorithms, exponential computing power, and availability of digital patient data like never before have led to the wave of interest and investment in artificial intelligence in health care. No radiology conference is complete without a substantial dedication to AI. Many radiology departments are keen to get involved but are unsure of where and how to begin. This short article provides a simple road map to aid departments to get involved with the technology, demystify key concepts, and pique an interest in the field. We have broken down the journey into seven steps; problem, team, data, kit, neural network, validation, and governance.
