This research aims to understand the effect of brand image and service quality on employee’s satisfaction who is involved in the committee or Committee of Work Result Receiver (Panitia Penerima Hasil Pekerjaan - PPHP) in a construction project of civil registration service building in Surakarta, conducted by PT. Karsa Bayu Bangun Perkasa and PT. Surya Bayu Sejahtera, as well as to examine the role of perceived value as mediating variable. We distribute research questionnaires to 30 institution staffs. The data is examined using Structural Equation Model (SEM) to measure the role of corporate brand image and service quality with perceived value as mediating variable on client satisfaction. The result shows that corporate brand image has a significant direct effect on perceived value and client satisfaction, service quality also has a significant direct effect on perceived value and client satisfaction. Perceived value has a significant direct effect on client satisfaction. Meanwhile, corporate brand image has an indirect effect on client satisfaction through perceived value. However, service quality does not have an indirect effect on client satisfaction through perceived value, which means perceived value does not mediate the effect of service quality on client satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating role of brand, commitment, and perceived risk on the relationship of mobile banking (MB) service quality and marketing performance (satisfaction and loyalty). A survey was conducted using a sample of 617 MB customers in Indonesia, i.e., Mobile BCA (BCA), BNI mobile (BNI), and Go mobile (CIMB Niaga). Structural equation modeling analysis was carried out with Warp PLS. The results show that MB service quality positively affects brand, commitment, satisfaction, and loyalty, while perceived risk has no effect. Another finding showed a relationship between brand image, commitment, and perceived risk on customer satisfaction and loyalty, although brand prestige does not affect loyalty. Thus, the partial mediating roles of brand image, commitment, and perceived risk are confirmed in the study. The findings will help academic researchers and bank practitioners understand MB customer attitude and behavior and help them in formulating strategies to manage the use of MB in Indonesia.

Perceived value has a positive impact on users’ social attachment in social media usage contexts and is a topic at the forefront of current research in consumer behavior. Although studies have begun to investigate the factors influencing social attachment, there is a lack of research on how perceived value affects social attachment. Therefore, this study uses privacy concern theory, to build a theoretical model with moderated and mediation roles, using Chinese Tik Tok users as data and survey sample, and applying Mplus7.0 to analyze the mediation mechanism and boundary conditions of the relationship between perceived value and social attachment through the structural equation model. In Study 1, data were collected from 600 Tik Tok users to verify the mediating role of the sense of belonging in perceived value and social attachment relationship. The users participating in the questionnaire survey were mainly from mainland China. In Study 2, two waves of data were collected from 500 Tik Tok users to verify the mediating role of the sense of belonging, and support part of the moderating role of privacy concern. However, except that the relationship between information value and social attachment is inhibited by privacy concern, the relationship between entertainment and social value and social attachment is not regulated by privacy concern. This research examines the practical effects of perceived value in the context of social media use, reveals the internal mechanism of the impact of perceived value on social attachment, and provides a reference for the innovative management and commercial practice of social media.
