Evaluating the Performance of the SIB System of Health Centers in Bojnourd and Neishabour from the Users Perspective in 2020

Introduction: Nurses and medical staff and health technologists as the largest segment of the health system are the main users of health information systems that understanding the perspective and how to use this system can be effective in improving the quality of community health. The aim of this study was to evaluate the performance of the Sib system of health centers in Bojnourd and Neishabour.Material and Methods: This is an applied study and was performed by descriptive cross-sectional method. The study population included all users of the Sib system in the health centers of Bojnourd and Neishabour who used the Sib system. Sampling was available and data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire and data were analyzed using SPSS software version 21.Results: According to the findings of the study, the majority of users were 70% female and 30% male, 58% were in the age group of 30-39 years, and 40% of them had 5-9 years of work experience and also 63% of System users have a bachelor's degree. In the technical field, from the point of view of 40% of users, the ease of using the system is moderate.Conclusion: Based on the identified factors, by strengthening the advantages of the system and also trying to eliminate or reduce the shortcomings in it, it is possible to institutionalize and use the system more practically in order to solve health problems.

Natural infection of Trypanosoma sp. in domestic sheep from Ecuador

ABSTRACT: Trypanosomosis in sheep is a hemoparasitic disease of worldwide interest due to its effects on the health of animals and the economic impact on producers, is caused by the protozoan Trypanosoma sp. In the present study, the occurrence of Trypanosoma sp. in sheep from the urban-rural area of the canton Salitre was determined, through an applied study with a qualitative descriptive prospective cross-sectional approach, carried out between October 1, 2019, and February 19, 2020. Blood samples were extracted from the jugular vein and analyzed by the blood smear method using the Giemsa and Diff-Quick staining techniques. Previously, in a first study realized between 2018 and 2019, 2 cases (2%) of Trypanosoma sp., 1 case of Babesia sp. (1%), and 4 cases of Anaplasma marginale (4%) were identified, but without the presence of symptoms of the disease. However, in this new research study, of 170 animals sampled from 5 herds and aged between 3 and 8 years, 34 (20%) were positive for Trypanosoma sp., 6 for Babesia sp. (3.52%) and 6 for A. marginale (3.52%) with coinfection between them. In this research, deteriorated clinical aspects and low hematological values were also determined in positive animals; besides of the total of positive cases, 25 presented symptoms of hemoparasitic disease, 3 sheep had abortions and 8 died. The results of this study showed that Trypanosoma sp. could already become an endemic parasitosis in sheep in the country, representing a serious problem of animal health.

Social Media as Political Participation Tool Among Millennials

The current article is an applied study that conducted on 480 Egyptian Millennials who randomly volunteered as participants. The main objective of the research is to test the effect of social media usage on the level of political expression and consequently on online and offline participation. A self-administered questionnaire has been used to collect responses to be analyzed and the results show that there is no significance of relation between social media and political expression and participation for the sample units of the study. Also, findings confirmed the significant correlation between expression and participation in its two forms; online and offline.

The types of opinion essays that dealt with themes of patriotism are the most essays used the rhetorical methods. The published articles aimed to enhance the value of patriotism.

Analysis of the Impact of Non-Performing Loans on the Performance of Banking Work in Light of the Corona Pandemic (An Applied Study of A Sample of Banks Operating in the City of Erbil for the Year 2020)

The research aims to know the impact of the spread of the Corona pandemic on the financial ability of borrowers and thus to identify their willingness to pay their financial obligations towards banks، and an attempt to present through this research appropriate proposals to address bad debts in banks operating in the city of Erbil. A default in loans affected commercial banks in the first place، because they are quick to profit due to the high interest rates in them، compared to banks in other fields، including agricultural، industrial، specialized، and Islamic. In addition to the interest of major merchants in the region to activate their commercial operations through commercial banks. The research concluded by presenting a number of proposals، including: The commercial banks should verify the actual verification of the borrower's ability to repay his loan، especially the verification of the existence of additional surplus income. As well as working to focus on disclosure and transparency between banks by providing information on customers who are unable to pay and limiting the volume of their dealings with banks، in order to avoid and analyze the phenomenon of financial default that banks are exposed to، especially under the circumstances of the Corona pandemic.

The impact of the implementation of the quality system (9001) in controlling administrative, financial and logistical matters in the Ministry of Education – An applied study on education in the southern Jordan Valley –: أثر تطبيق نظام الجودة (9001) في ضبط الأمور الإدارية والمالية واللوازمية في وزارة التربية والتعليم – دراسة تطبيقية تربية الأغوار الجنوبية –

The aim of the current research is to reveal the impact of the application of the quality system (9001) in controlling administrative, financial and supplies matters in the Ministry of Education, an applied study in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical method was used, and a questionnaire was developed to collect data from the study sample which consisted of (130) male and female employees working in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the level of apply the quality system came at a high degree with a means of (3.84), and the degree of controlling administrative matters was high with a means of (4.47), and the degree of controlling financial matters was high with a means of (4.26), and the degree of controlling necessary matters was high with a means of (4.09). In addition, there is a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the application of the quality system (9001) in all its dimensions (administrative responsibility, procurement, document control, and control of quality records) in controlling administrative and financial, and supplies matters in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley. Based on the results reached, the research recommended the need to constantly develop and update the quality system in line with the quality standards (9001) due to its clear impact on improving the performance of the Directorate of Education in the Southern Jordan Valley and its employees, and working to embody the standards and principles of the quality system (9001) in the organizational culture of the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley, so that it becomes a major feature of the organizational culture axis and a fundamental pillar for the success of its performance and achievement of its objectives.
