The buildings' energy consumption increasing requires solutions to improve their energy efficiency, thus reducing the electricity bill's associated costs. This paper aims to study the load profiles of a service building and its optimization to reduce the costs related to electricity consumption. The electrical load profiles are analyzed, and the electrical equipment and its consumption are characterized. Moreover, to increase energy efficiency and reduce energy costs, a renewable energy system based on photovoltaic panels is sized and integrated into the building. The analysis of the building's consumption profiles allowed the PV system's dimensioning to eliminate power peaks, enabling a reduction in the contracted power. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed solution, resulting in a reduction of the electricity bill.

ABSTRACT   Construction project of building frequently has risk. Often occurring risk often is job accident. Job accident may be one of causes inhibiting project job activity. According to the data of Social Health Organizing Agency for labor, the job accident rate was 130.926 in 2017. Application of a good Construction Safety Management System is expectable to minimize resulting risk probability. This study used method of Danger Identification and Opportunity Risk Assessment (IBPRP) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) deriving from PURR Government Regulation Number 21/2019. This study aimed at finding IBPRP and JSA designs as well as analogy of problem identification and control variables of foundation job in the Construction Project of Learning Service Building (FISIP) of General Soedirman University of Purworejo. The results of IBPRP and JSA analysis indicated that risk identification and risk rate of foundation job in construction project of Learning Service Building (FISIP) of General Soedirman University of Purwokerto, the foundation job had 48 risks identified from 11 job sequences. All of the 49 identified risks were in low risk rate, where rate value of matrix 2 (two) and 14 risks had rate value of matrix 4 (four).   Keywords: Construction Safety Management System (SMKK), risk, risk rate, risk matrix, IBPRP, JSA.

The general theme of the 2020 Community Service Program is “Community Empowerment”. Meanwhile, the special theme is "Entrepreneurship". The implementation time starts from August 3 to September 3, 2020, in Onekore Village, Ende Tengah District, Ende Regency. On the program. With this special theme, the main activity carried out is supporting entrepreneurship in Onekore Village. The purpose of implementing this activity is that students are expected to gain learning experience through direct involvement in the community in finding, formulating, solving, and overcoming problems in the field. In this KKN activity, the problems found were the lack of utilization of existing garden products, namely bananas. So far, it is consumed by boiling or eating it without further processing. Olso besides, we also found woven products from weaving that were difficult to market. Students socialize and practice entrepreneurship as an effort to solve problems faced by weaving craftsmen. Efforts made to help the household economy include making flower pots and making wallets made from woven fabrics. Supporting activities during the Community Service Program are assisting with the administration of the Village, community service, building a gate for the Indonesian Independence Day, making sample gardens, socializing COVID-19 and, health service for the elderly.

This article seeks to broaden emotional labor research through the lens of a Human Experience (HX) perspective, in contrast to either an Employee (EX) or a Customer (CX) perspective. In services, an HX perspective explicitly acknowledges that both employees and customers are humans with the same set of basic human needs to gratify in their Moment of Truth (MOT) interactions. The focus here is on both parties’ needs for authenticity and justice. This HX perspective is applied here to guide integrating emotional labor dynamics and scholarship into a service climate research framework (Bowen and Schneider 2014). The emotional labor focus on employees helps balance the stronger focus on the customer in the service literature. An agenda for future research on the HX perspective is outlined, including the study of emotional labor in underdeveloped areas of the world where the human experience of both those who serve and those served can be unbearable.

Aplikasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) adalah salah satu dari aplikasi Teknologi Informasi yang merupakan aplikasi strategi bisnis untuk memilih dan menjaga customer, dapat mengoptimalkan nilai jangka panjang, dapat menyimpan filosofi customer centric business dan budaya untuk mendukung efektifitas marketing, sales dan proses servis. Membangun aplikasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang baik harus mengikuti prosedur proyek yang benar yaitu didahului dengan pembuatan proposal untuk menguraikan semua keperluan yang akan diimplementasikan pada pembuatan aplikasi dimaksud. Pada penulisan ini penulis meyusun proposal Aplikasi Customer Relationship Management untuk Xyz BodyCare yang diuraikan secara rinci tentang Ruang lingkup aplikasi yang akan dibangun (Scope), fungsi-fungsi yang akan dibuat yang digambarkan dengan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), jadwal pelaksanaan , sumber daya , rencana biaya , analisis risiko dan bentuk perubahan manajemen bila aplikasi tersebut siap dioperasikan. Proposal ini diharapkan mampu memberikan masukan untuk membangun aplikasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tersebut dan akan diusulkan pada Xyz BodyCare untuk dapat dipakai dan diterapkan. The funtions that will be created described by the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), the schedule, the source, the cost, the analysis of the risk, and the form of management change when the application is ready to operate.This proposal expected to be able to provide input to built the application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and will be prosposed to Xyz BodyCare to be used amd applied. AbstractA construction project has several factors that affect the success of a project. One of the factors was an optimal project’s cash flow. Optimizing cash flow of a construction project can be done by making several cash flow plans, and choosing the best one considering appropriate project’s time and cost constraints. The purpose of this study is to obtain an optimal cash flow plan on a construction project  using a capital loan from Sharia Bank.This research will be carried out on a specific project which is Construction and Rehabilitation Project of Government Health Service Building, District of Gunungkidul. In this study, the method used to analyze data is to make several project cash flow based on “Earliest Start” scheme by determining the duration for each activity and creating a network diagram using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM). The final step is analysing the cash flow by calculating negative overdraft for each cash flow plan to determine the amount of capital loan from Sharia Bank and then comparing profits to obtain the optimal one.Analysis and discussion reveal that on the system of given Down Payment, and Project’s Termyn 50%, 75% and 100%, and a loan from Sharia Bank it is found that the optimum cash flow will make profit of 7.49%. Keywords: Cash Flow, Earliest Start (ES), Optimal Profit, Sharia Bank.AbstrakProyek konstruksi memiliki beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kelancaran proyek tersebut, salah satu yang mempengaruhi proyek tersebut adalah cash flow optimal. Optimalisasi cash flow suatu proyek konstruksi dapat dilakukan dengan membuat rencana cash flow secara tepat dari suatu proyek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan rencana cash flow optimal pada proyek konstruksi dengan menggunakan sumber modal bank syariah.Obyek penelitian akan dilakukan pada proyek Pembangunan dan Rehabilitasi Gedung Pelayanan Kesehatan Pemerintah Kab. Gunungkidul. Pada penelitian ini dalam analisis data dibuat rencana cash flow proyek dengan menentukan durasi untuk setiap kegiatan dan membuat diagram jaringan kerja earliest start menggunakan metode Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) dengan bantuan software microsoft. Langkah terakhir adalah analisis cash flow dengan menentukan overdrat negatif pada rencana cash flow untuk menentukan nominal pinjaman dengan menggunakan sumber modal bank syariah lalu membandingan keuntungan untuk mendapatkan profit optimal.Hasil analisis cash flow dan pembahasan didapat beberapa kesimpulan yaitu pada sistem pembayaran uang muka, termin 50%, termin 75% dan termin 100% dari owner serta menggunakan pendanaan bank syariah didapatkan cash flow optimal pada kondisi penjadwalan earliest start dengan persentase profit sebesar 7,49%. Kata kunci: Cash Flow, Earliest Start (ES), Optimal Profit, Bank Syariah.
