Abstract - In the world of education to achieve the level of success, of course, they have a benchmark for the success of students, one of them is the Grade Point Average (GPA). The purpose of this study is to determine the final GPA so that later it can be used as a reference to predict the success rate of students. The issue of decision-making systems using Fuzzy systems is very suitable for definite reasoning or estimation, especially for systems with strict mathematical models that are difficult to get a definite decision. Fuzzy logic can be used to describe a system of chaotic dynamics, and fuzzy logic can be useful for complex dynamic systems where solutions to common mathematical models cannot work well. The Mamdani method computes efficiently and works well with optimization and adaptive techniques, which makes it very good in control problems, especially for dynamic non-linear systems. Keywords - Cumulative Achievement Index (GPA), fuzzy system, decision making system, mamdani information

Learning disabilities (LD) is turning into a major issue in various nations around the globe which can even contrarily influence human common advancement. The undertaking of this work is to help the specialized programme network in their task to be with the standard. The underlying section of the paper gives a comprehensive investigation of the distinctive components of diagnosing learning disabilities. Despite the fact that LD can be analysed early - before 5 years of age, most youngsters were not determined to have LD until the age of nine on account of its unpredictable side effects and unclear indication in children disorder issue. Fuzzy logic K-means clustering has inspired a tremendous transformation in Machine learning and can take and able to resolve a variation of problems. This paper is the elaboration on the strategy for utilizing this mix to encourage the early analysis of LD. Since Fuzzy Logic clustering in Machine Learning is generally considered and connected in different areas of science, we invite all the related analysts from the fields of computer science, engineering, statistics, social sciences, healthcare, and so on, etc. The result of the paper demonstrates that the previously mentioned methodology can possibly be the potential of the supporting decision-making system in LD investigating and diagnosing.

Rice is the most important staple food for humans to have energy to carry out activities. The purpose of this study is to provide information to the public in the form of a reference for selecting rice based on consumer interest, so that it can be used as a decision making in buying rice. The Mamdani method is a method that is able to solve problems in the case of rice selection based on consumer references. The work process of the Sugeno method consists of four parts, namely fuzification, inference engine, implication function amplification and the last one is defuzzification. The final result, the Mamdani method has the characteristics of using the AND operator and using the min-max value. This research is in the form of a decision-making system in rice selection based on references from consumers by looking at four aspects of criteria such as price, quality, taste, and shape variables, these four aspects can be used as a reference in rice selection. Sugeno fuzzy logic to get the final value. The Mamdani method is a very effective method in selecting rice according to the needs and interests of consumers so that potential consumers can easily choose rice according to their interests and desired criteria.
