Many advances have been done to allow groups of people to work together and collaborate in the Internet. Collaborative systems are characterized by the way participants interact. In many cases, equal standing members should cooperate in a non-authoritative environment, where no entity or authority is or should be in charge of regulating the group. Therefore, decentralized communication infrastructures have been hailed as promising alternatives. Recently, decentralized infrastructures based on P2P approaches have drawn the attention of the research community because of their benefits in terms of scalability, robustness, availability and potentials for leveraging computational resources distributed across the Internet. In this paper, a scalable peer-to-peer (P2P) communication Infrastructure for groupware applications is presented. It enables a large number of people to join and cooperate in a robust, decentralized and easy deployable way, without requiring high capacity servers or any other special network infrastructure. The communication infrastructure is based on a binary tree as overlay structure, which implements all groupware communication functionality, including membership management and packet forwarding, at application level, making it an inexpensive and fast deployable solution for equal standing members, such as home users with a domestic connection to the Internet. Two applications, one for synchronous groupware and the other for asynchronous collaboration, have been developed to validate the approach. Comparisons with other communication infrastructures in aspects such as end-to-end propagation delay, group latency, throughput, protocol overhead, failure recovery and link stress, show that our approach is a scalable and robust alternative.

This paper designs and develops a real-time charger management system which keeps collecting the status information from chargers and converts control messages from the total operation center to a command predefined for charger control. RF cards complete the service chain from electric vehicles to the operation center, making the information flow bidirectional. The extended coverage of the operation control over the charging infrastructure allows an easy payment for the charging fee, based on the membership management and personalized services. A web application is implemented on the digital map of the target city for users to retrieve necessary information from the system and find the best service and chargers. The massive amount of real-time charger monitoring data is being accumulated in the database, and big data analysis will allow us to make intelligent plans for future smart grid city services.

Designing of management information systems at KPRI UNP savings and purpose to generate a savings and loan system design and web -based SMS gateway multiuser and provide services in the process of membership management, management of deposits, loan management and capital management. To achieve the goal of this application using a programming language Java2 Enterprise Edition ( J2EE ), Java2 Standard Edition ( J2SE ), and the MySQL database authentication level configuration in the form of a username and password. To provide data and information security MD 5 and session is used in password. With the savings and loan management information systems and web based SMS gateway can provide ease of certain stakeholder to perform data processing deposits loan data, the data search process and facilitate the process to generate the report. The information distribution’s process of saving and loand management information sistem on KPRI UNP can be accessed online and through SMS media. In addition, database is used as data storage so it  can be accessed easily. Keywords :   Savings and loan management system, web, SMS gateway, Java2 Enterprise Edition ( J2EE ).

A Mobile Ad hoc NETwork (MANET) is a collection of wireless nodes communicating with each other in the absence of any infrastructure. Each device in a MANET is free to move independently in any direction, and will therefore change its links to other devices frequently. Each must forward traffic unrelated to its own use, and therefore be a router. The primary challenge in building a MANET is equipping each device to continuously maintain the information required to properly route traffic. Such networks may operate by themselves or may be connected to the larger Internet. In this paper, we compare the performance of On-Demand Multicast Routing Protocol (ODMRP), Adaptive demand driven Multicast Routing Protocol (ADMR) With Efficient Geographic Multicast Routing Protocol (EGMP) under different mobility models such as Random Way Point Model, Manhattan Model and Random Drunken Model. Using these models, performance metrics such as Packet Delivery Ratio, End-to-End Delay and Control Overhead are evaluated. ODMRP dynamically builds the route and manages the group membership. In ADMR, Multicast routing state is dynamically established and maintained only for active groups and only in nodes located between multicast senders and receivers. ADMR detects the high mobility without the use of GPS or other positioning system. EGMP supports a zone-based scheme to efficiently handle the two-tier membership management, and takes advantage of the membership management structure to efficiently track the locations of all the group members. The simulation result shows that the throughput of ADMR is higher than that of ODMRP and EGMP at high mobility and EGMP is high at low mobility. End to end delay and control overhead of EGMP is higher than that of ODMRP and ADMR.

The paper focusses on the growth or/and decline in the number of devotees in UK Dioceses of the Church of England during the “Decade of Evangelism” [1990–2000]. In this study, rank-size relationships and subsequent correlations are searched for through various performance indicators of evangelism management. A strong structural regularity is found. Moreover, it is shown that such key indicators appear to fall into two different classes. This unexpected feature seems to indicate some basic universality regimes, in particular to distinguish behaviour measures. Rank correlations between indicators measures further emphasise some difference in evangelism management between Evangelical and Catholic Anglican tradition dioceses (or rather bishops) during that time interval.
