The exploitation of Musahars women has been closely linked with the question of land and it exposes three different systems of women's exploitation within the agrarian economy – The wage system, the loan system, and the working hour monopoly. This paper analyzes these three systems of women's exploitation, the semi-feudal and the semi-capitalist social structure in reference to the case of Kuria village of Bihar. Using a case study as a method, the paper has a key objective to find out the pattern of Musahars exploitation by looking at different aspects of existing social conditions. The caste system, in this, will be treated as the primary force of exploitation in the agrarian community.

Many learners who are not familiar with the accounting terms find blended learning very complex to understand with respect to the computerized accounting system, the journal entries process, and tracing the accounting transaction flows of accounting system. A simulation-based model is a viable option to help instructors and learners make understanding the accounting system components and monitoring the accounting transactions easier. This paper proposes a [Chanon]CPNcolored Petri net (CPN)-based model for the instruction of an accounting system focused on the journal entries processes, accounting modules, and accounting transaction flows. The CPN-based language and the model checking tool named CPN are used to represent the accounting system components: a chart of accounts, an account mapping profile, the journal and ledgers system, and the financial report creations. We evaluated the designed CPN models by creating the simulation cases from ground truth data of the retail department store system and the mortgage loan system, using the decision-table-based testing technique. The results show that the designed CPN model and provided simulation cases help the learners to animate, verify, trace back accounting [chanon]transaction flowstransactions and data flows, and increase the learner’s understanding.

This research was conducted at the Class II-A Banceuy Penitentiary. The problem in this research is the system of borrowing goods in the form of fixed assets which is still done traditionally. This research has a goal, namely to design a system for borrowing goods in the form of web-based fixed assets at the Class II-A Banceuy Penitentiary in Bandung. The waterfall method is used in this research. The data collection process was carried out using interviews and field observations. The next process is designing the database and UI, and then doing the coding process using the PHP and MySQL programming languages to create a database. The information system for borrowing goods in the form of fixed assets was created with features to view inventory data, input goods in, input goods out. The need for this functional system has been tested, and the process is in accordance with the existing business activities at the Class II-A Banceuy Penitentiary Bandung. The system helps so that the process of borrowing goods can be carried out easily by Banceuy prison staff and can also view inventory data, so that the performance and service felt by the staff are optimal. Keywords: Web-Based Goods Lending System, Fixed Assets, Class II-A Correctional Institution Banceuy Bandung

This study aims to investigate the payment system mechanism in Paylater in Shopee e-commerce, as well as to find out the contract used in the payment system and to review the system in the frame of Islamic law. This research was prompted upon a loan system namely Paylater provided by Shopee e-commerce, one of the biggest markerplaces in Indonesia, which offers loans with installment system. The method used in this research was a field research method. In this study, the researchers gathered data by themselves. The data was obtained from the application regarding public knowledge of Paylater Shoppe payments. The results showed that the payment system mechanism is relatively easy to follow since the application provides simple and practical instructions. Meanwhile, the contract used in Paylater payments is bai 'as-salam, where there are still similarities and differences that still need to be studied. In conclusion, in a review of Islamic law the Paylater system is categorized as usury and gharar

Web design of borrowing books at SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang PasamanBarat Library aims to make it easier for librarians to enter books that were previously done manually, thus saving time. In this application I make it easy for library staff to do computerized input so that it can be efficient and effective. Application of SMAN 1 Valley Melintang Valley Pasaman Barat Library. The library makes it easy for library staff to enter new book data, member data and employee data at SMAN 1 Lembah Valley Pasaman Barat Library. Book data that has been inputted is stored with a MySQLdatabase so that the data is safe. This research helps in establishing a book loan system. The design system in making a book loan application at SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang Pasaman Barat was developed by using some software namely Xampp, Sublime Text, Server which is a combination of Web Server, PHP and MySQL.

The Informatics Engineering Department has laboratory facilities used in the teaching and learning process, including the Tempat Uji Kompetensi(TUK) Laboratory, Desain, Hardware, Program 1, Program 2, Database, Nirkabel, and Multimedia. The purpose of this research is to create an automatic key lending system with fingerprint authentication that can be done independently without the supervision of a technician / PLP. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The stages of the R&D method are potentials and problems, system design, manufacture and improvement of tools, data collection, tool accuracy testing, results and discussion, and conclusions. Starting from the potential and problem stages which is carried out by analyzing problems that occur in the previous loan system, followed by system design which is divided into software and hardware design. The next stage is manufacturing and refinement, starting with the creation of a key chain holder, key chain, PCB, microcontroller programming and building a key lending website. Data were collected by interview method. Measured the average percentage of successful loans which resulted in a percentage of 81%. The result of this research is the creation of an automatic key lending system with fingerprint authentication at the Computer Laboratory of the Department of Informatics. This research has solved the problem of borrowing a manual key previously which had to be supervised by a technician / PLP.

Abstract: Mental Accounting as a Form of Loan Funding Accounting Practices. This study aims to find out the practice of lending by tithil banks to traders in Singosari Market. The ethnometodological approach is used as a tool to examine the accounting practices of loan funds with informants being the owner of the funds (tithil bank) and traders. The results showed that there were two forms of distribution of loan funds, namely the regular loan system and the arisan system. The accounting practice of tithil bank loan funds uses mental accounting, which is making small notes on paper or just remembering transactions.

Purpose Islamic banking was developed to serve two objectives: to replace interest-based loan system with profit and loss sharing investment modes and to promote equity in resource allocation. The first objective is called procedural whereas the second one is termed consequential. Scholars have been debating about the success of Islamic banking in achieving these objectives. This paper aims to develop an index for measuring the extent of convergence between theory and practice of Islamic banking. Design/methodology/approach For measuring the procedural and consequential convergence between objectives and practice of Islamic banking, the paper derives a set of indicators from the celebrated theory of Islamic banking and then develops the methodology of ranking all banks in terms of those indicators. Findings The paper provides ranking of Islamic banks in Pakistan in the light of this index. The results indicate that none of the Islamic banks in Pakistan has been doing good enough to achieve the convergence, instead they are moving in the opposite direction over time. Practical implications Using the methodology developed in this paper, universal ranking of Islamic banks may be issued every year. Originality/value Scholars have proposed some indices for measuring the performance of Islamic banking. There are two basic problems with these proposed measures: they do not directly compare the performance of Islamic banking against its stated objectives and they naively use an additive form of index without explaining the reason for this choice, i.e. as to what are the desirable characteristics which their preferred mathematical form of index serves. The index proposed in this paper attempts to overcome these shortcomings.
