ZusammenfassungIn diesem Beitrag werden die Konzeption und die prototypische Umsetzung eines stereoskopischen Kurzfilms in Verbindung mit einem 3D Soundsystem auf Basis der Wellenfeldsynthese vorgestellt. Die Installation ist Teil einer Museumskonzeption für den geplanten barrierefreien Erlebnispark, Klostervision' in Georgenthal, Thüringen. Sie ist weltweit die erste Installation in diesem Anwendungskontext. Besonders wird auf das inhaltliche Konzept eingegangen, das mit Hilfe einer packenden Story die Immersion des Mediums für die Wissensvermittlung ausnutzt, und deren Wirkung erläutert. Weiterhin wird die Umsetzung beschrieben, deren Herausforderungen in stereoskopischen Realaufnahmen, computer-grafischen Szenen, 3D- Compositing und einer Integration in das räumliche Audiosystem IOSONO bestanden.

E-kiosk is one of the medias in culture and tourism development in Indonesia. E-kiosks can provide information that can add to the curiosity of tourists towards cultural heritage objects, especially museum collections in Indonesia. This research aims to build e-kiosk applications with experimental design method to develop applications that are integrated with the database. The e-kiosk application was developed in collaboration with Flash programs, ActionScript, PHP, XML, and Microsoft Accsess so as to produce a multimedia application that is integrated with the database.

Ukraine is the motherland of not only Ukrainians but also of many national minorities with different cultures and traditions. Ukraine is a Christian country in general, with non-Christian and non-Christian religions and confessional currents, along with traditional churches - Orthodox, Catholic, Protestant - rooted and actively developing non-traditional Ukrainian culture and spirituality. In Ukraine there is a complex process of spiritual revival, especially in the intellectual environment. Many are written and talk about the preservation of cultural heritage. Everywhere, monuments of architecture, art, which testify to the generally recognized historical contribution of Christianity to the development of spirituality and morality of the Ukrainian people, are restored. In our eyes, there are changes in social and religious relations.

Batik artwork is one of the treasures of the nation's cultural heritage. Batik artwork is currently experiencing rapid growth. The amount of interest and market demand for this art resulted batik artwork became one of the commodities in the country and abroad. Thus, if the batik artwork is not protected then the future can be assured of a new conflict arises in the realm of intellectual property law. Act No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright has accommodated artwork batik as one of the creations that are protected by law. So that this work of art than as a cultural heritage also have economic value for its creator. Then how the legal protection of the batik artwork yaang not registered? Does this also can be protected? While in the registration of intellectual property rights is a necessity so that it has the force of law to the work produced
