Bibliometrics is a statistical technique used to measure aspects of academic production that contribute for developing sciences. The purpose of this article is to present research results highlighting in main works on frugal innovation. The research has been based in bibliometric theories, exploring bases to indicate main correlational areas, documents profiles and verify the level of growth these scientific documents. It was possible to generate visual density and Network maps by Vosviewer software, ranking of documents per authors and World ranking papers from Web of Science and Scopus bases. It was possible to identify and highlight main topics related to management area; keywords associated and related topics for this theme, also answering concepts presented by authors for frugal innovation.

This work aims to present results of a bibliometric analysis of articles that cited the grounded theory in one of the main vehicles for the dissemination of academic production management inBrazil: the annals of the National Meeting of Postgraduate Programs in Management from the years 1997 and 2014. Additionally, we sought to conduct a critical analysis of 54 articles found. The results seem to indicate that grounded theory in management studies inBraziltransits, in general, in the process characterized by the plurality of strands, misuse, approaches superficial and mistaken understandings.

AbstractThis Article shows the results of a bibliometric analysis of the articles product of the scientific activity in Psychology of Physical Activity and Sports in Colombia, published from 2007 to 2012. The three main databases were reviwed: Dialnet, PsycInfo and Scielo. From the articles found a database was set up including authors, another institutions whom it was published with, place of publishing, mode and the source where it was found. In resume there were found eight international and thirteen national articles, included in some international databases or index, however, a 61,90% of the articles were extracted from national journals, and only the 38,10% in the internationals. It's important to highlight some authors by their production, thus is how three authors concentrate the making of thirteen articles (61,90%) in which are distinguished subjects such as motivation with four (30,75%) and life quality with five articles(38,46%), thus lays the evidence of the peak in the publications in the area of Psychology of Physical Activity and Sports. Key words: Bibliometrics, Sports Psychology, Psychology of Physical Activity and Sports, Psychology Investigation.

Abstract The COVID-19 outbreak dictates urgent research responses. The corpus of scientific publications on COVID- 19 is rapidly growing. Differently from health and technical sciences, social and environmental sciences risk to be neglected in this process. Similarly, Environmental Economics falls behind in terms of COVID-19 scholarship. The research note in hand examines and maps up-to-date research progress on the occurring Coronavirus disease, the economy and the environment. To this end, a bibliometric analysis of these three intertwined areas is performed. We constructed a database of the key publications and extracted the keywords co-occurrence network characterising each work. Thus, we studied the structural characteristics – i.e. the density and the centre – sorting from the co-occurrence network. This exercise identifies four communities of relevant keywords, including environmental health, economic impact and lifestyle, which present the maximal mutual interconnection. It is discovered that relevant possibilities and urgency to examine the relationship between the Coronavirus, the economy and the environment exist on the issues and, broadly, in the field of Environmental Economics. The study of environmental facets and environment-economy interplay within the current Coronavirus pandemic claims a larger academic production, resulting not yet relevant and scarcely explored and signals the need to boost public and environmental health scholarship response.JEL codes: C02, I15, I18, O13, Q56

Capital structure is one of the central themes in corporate finance studies. In addition to the development of theories aimed at explaining how firms adjust and choose the financing sources of investments, a broad range of empirical research has also been developed to verify the behavior and determinants of the capital structure. Despite this interest in the subject, few studies have focused on the characteristics of this academic production, especially work on female participation. Thus, this paper aims to analyze the female participation in academic production on capital structure in Brazilian periodicals. The collection of articles that dealt with the theme of capital structure was done through the portals Portal Periódicos / Capes, SciELO and SPELL. The non-probabilistic sample, obtained from the search in the databases, comprised 195 articles, written by 412 authors from 97 different institutions, published by 66 journals. Through the bibliometric analysis of the characteristics of these articles, it was observed that the female participation is smaller than the male participation in the scientific production on capital structure in the research sample. The main findings of the research identified that only 29% of the authors of the articles are women; that historically female participation is lower than male participation; that authors prefer to produce their articles in partnership, the more authors there are in an article, the greater the presence of women in this article; the highest titers had a smaller contingent of female detainers; of the most productive authors, only three are women; female participation was higher than male participation in only two of the 11 most representative institutions; even in the geographical distribution, the male participation surpasses the female participation.
