O Impacto Psicossocial da Acne Vulgar / The Psychosocial Impact of Acne Vulgaris

A acne é uma afecção cutânea comum, que atinge cerca de 80% da população em alguma fase da vida. Além da parte estética, a acne abrange consequências psicológicas e sociais que podem afetar a qualidade de vida, saúde psíquica e a autoestima dos pacientes. O presente estudo de revisão narrativa bibliográfica, investigou os aspectos principais do impacto psicossocial em pessoas com acne vulgar. Constatou-se que vários danos são gerados para os acometidos por essa patologia, entre eles estão: ansiedade, fobia social, depressão, insegurança, timidez, sintomas obsessivos compulsivos e transtorno dismórfico corporal. Tendo em vista os resultados apontados, confirmou-se que o tratamento adequado e efetivo apresenta grande melhora no quadro dos pacientes. Diante dos malefícios que a acne promove para vida da população é necessário compreendê-la como uma doença e não apenas como uma disfunção estética. ---Acne is a common skin condition that affects about 80% of the population at some stage of life. In addition to the aesthetic part, acne includes psychological and social consequences that can affect the quality of life, mental health, and self-esteem of patients. The present study of a bibliographic narrative review investigated the main aspects of the psychosocial impact on people with acne vulgaris. It was found that several damages are generated for those affected by this pathology, including anxiety, social phobia, depression, insecurity, shyness, obsessive-compulsive symptoms and body dysmorphic disorder. In view of the above results, it was confirmed that the adequate and effective treatment presents a great improvement in the patients' condition. In view of the harm that acne causes to the population's life, it is necessary to understand it as a disease and not just an aesthetic dysfunction.

O Glide Path na Endodontia Contemporânea: Revisão de Literatura / The Glide Path in Contemporary Endodontics: Literature Review

Por meio deste estudo é possível analisar que a instrumentação dos canais radiculares após o uso do Glide Path traz inúmeros benefícios, incluindo o melhor deslizamento dos instrumentos, redução do número de fraturas e menor intercorrências intrarradiculares. Além disso, essa preparação inicial do canal radicular com o uso do Glide Path realiza uma desobstrução, criando um “caminho” livre para o melhor deslize dos instrumentos no canal radicular. Os instrumentos possuem características e particularidades que levam ao mesmo objetivo de preparar o conduto para uma segura instrumentação, destaca-se aqui o WaveOne Gold, R-Pilot e o PathFile. É uma técnica que vem sendo difundida e utilizada na endodontia contemporânea com o intuito de realizar um procedimento eficaz.---Abstract: Analyze the use of instruments to prepare the Glide Path and understand how this endodontic instrument brought advantages in instrumentation techniques. This is a literature review with selected articles from the last 10 years, in order to achieve the objectives proposed by the theme. Articles in English and Portuguese were used, with all information pertinent to the topic extracted. Through this study, it is possible to analyze that the instrumentation of root canals after the use of the Glide Path brings numerous benefits, including better sliding of the instruments, reduction in the number of fractures and less intra-radicular complications. In addition, this initial preparation of the root canal using the Glide Path performs clearance, creating a clear “path” for the best glide of the instruments in the root canal. The instruments have characteristics and particularities that lead to the same objective of preparing the conduit for safe instrumentation, the Wave One Gold, R-Pilot and PathFile stand out here. It is a technique that has been disseminated and used in contemporary endodontics with the aim of performing an effective procedure. Through this bibliographical study, it is possible to consider that the use of the Glide Path favors the preparation of the root canal and proves to be effective and safe when used before instrumentation, thus, with the creation of a more favorable environment for instrumentation, the chances of success in endodontic treatment.

A Importância do Lúdico no Processo de Ensino Aprendizagem e no Desenvolvimento Infantil / The Importance of Playfulness in the Teaching-Learning and in Child Development

Resumo: O presente trabalho tem como intuito investigar sobre a importância do lúdico no processo de ensino aprendizagem e no desenvolvimento da criança, esta análise se justifica por conjecturar que a ludicidade tem grande influência no processo de evolução infantil, pois é mediante o brincar que a criança amplifica seus sentidos, e propicia uma melhor forma de se expressar. Para a realização da pesquisa foi aprofundado como o brincar influência e contribui para o crescimento infantil, para tanto foi utilizado autores que enfatizaram a atuação do lúdico no crescimento de aquisição do aluno, a saber: Soares (2010), Vigotsky (2007), Silva (2012), Malaquias (2013), Barbosa (2010), Violada (2011), Lima Junior (2017), Souza (2015), Almeida (2014) dentre outros citados. Para a metodologia foi utilizada a pesquisa exploratória, o estudo de caso bibliográfico, sob uma abordagem qualitativa. Durante o estudo foi constatado que ensinar ludicamente torna a aprendizagem mais significativa para o aluno, tais atividades tem o papel importante de auxiliar no desenvolvimento em diversos aspectos. Sendo assim é muito importante a ludicidade na vida, não só da criança, mas para todo ser humano. This analysis is justified by the conjecture that playfulness has a great influence on the process of child evolution, as it is through play that child amplifies their senses, and provides a better way to express themselves. To carry out the research, it was deepened how playing influences and contributes to child growth, authors who emphasized the role of play in the growth of student acquisition were used, namely: Soares (2010), Vigotsky (2007), Silva (2012), Malaquias (2013), Barbosa (2010), Violada (2011), Lima Junior (2017), Souza (2015), Almeida (2014) among others cited. For the methodology, exploratory research was used, the bibliographic case study, under a qualitative approach. During the study it was found that teaching playfully makes learning more meaningful for the student, such activities have an important role to assist in development in several aspects. A Importância da Educação em Saúde Bucal de Pais e Educadores como Fator de Impacto na Saúde Bucal da Criança: Uma Revisão da Literatura / The Importance of Oral Health Education for Parents and Educators as an Impact Factor on Children's Oral Health: A Literature Review

Resumo: A participação tanto de pais como educadores envolve um impacto surpreendente sobre as mudanças de hábitos da criança. O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar, por meio da literatura, o quanto a participação de pais e educadores como modelos pode impactar nas condições de saúde bucal dessa população. Tratou-se de uma revisão da literatura com pesquisa na base de dados Lilacs, Scielo e Medline; foram selecionadas publicações de 2010 a 2021, perfazendo um total de 27 textos analisados. Assim, a educação em saúde bucal de pais, educadores e responsáveis influencia na saúde bucal da criança e, quanto mais alto for o nível de educação em saúde dos envolvidos, menor será a incidência de doenças que acometem a cavidade bucal, como a cárie e doenças periodontais em crianças.---Abstract: The participation of both parents and educators has a surprising impact on children's changing habits. The aim of this study was to verify, through the literature, how much the participation of parents and educators as role models can impact the oral health conditions of this population. This was a literature review with a search in Lilacs, Scielo and Medline databases; publications from 2010 to 2021 were selected, totaling 27 texts analyzed. Finally, the oral health education of parents, educators and guardians influences the child's oral health and, the higher the level of health education of those involved, the lower the incidence of diseases that affect the oral cavity, such as caries and periodontal diseases in children.Keywords: Oral health education. Inclusão do Aluno Autista na Escola: Um Olhar sobre a Mediação Pedagógica / Inclusion of the Autistic Student in School: A Look at Pedagogical Mediation

Resumo: Esse trabalho teve por objetivo apresentar uma abordagem geral dos pacientes autistas bem como, as características e dificuldades que são enfrentadas para a inclusão destes, no âmbito escolar. Para fundamentação da pesquisa, foram realizadas buscas nas bases de dados, usando as palavras-chaves: autismo, inclusão escolar, educação básica. Também foram realizadas leituras de aportes teóricos que ampliam e enriquecem a discussão da temática. A busca se deu através de artigos indexados nas plataformas de dados (Google acadêmico) e Biblioteca Virtual De Saúde (BVS) e SCIELO. Foi constatado que ainda existe uma larga escala de pessoas na sociedade, que precisam ter mais conhecimento acerca da síndrome para que desse modo, saibam lidar e possam entender o paciente autista, porque compreendendo é mais fácil a inclusão destes no meio social e escolar. Entender o comportamento de cada autista também favorece a melhor forma para desenvolvimentos de estratégias de ensinos que visem estimular a aprendizagem e o comportamento destes. Palavras-Chave: Autismo; Inclusão Escolar; Atenção Básica. --- Inclusion of the Autistic Student in School: A Look at Pedagogical Mediation Abstract: This work aimed to present a general approach to autistic patients as well as the characteristics and difficulties that are faced for their inclusion in the school environment. To support the research, searches were carried out in the databases, using the keywords: autism, school inclusion, basic education. There were also readings of theoretical contributions that broaden and enrich the discussion of the subject. The search was carried out through articles indexed in data platforms (academic Google) and Virtual Health Library (BVS) and SCIELO. It was found that there is still a large scale of people in society, who need to have more knowledge about the syndrome so that, in this way, they know how to deal with and can understand the autistic patient, because understanding their inclusion in the social and school environment is easier. Understanding the behavior of each autistic person also favors the best way to develop teaching strategies aimed at stimulating their learning and behavior. Ansiedade e Depressão em Universitários a Área da Saúde: Uma Revisão Integrativa / Anxiety and Depression in University Students in the Health Area: An Integrative Review

O presente trabalho concerne em uma revisão integrativa de literatura, de caráter qualitativo e quantitativo, que culminou em resultados que demonstra as causas e o predomínio de ansiedade e depressão em universitários dos cursos da área da saúde. Realizou- se uma busca dos artigos na base de dados: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), e google scholar, disponíveis no idioma português no período de 2016 a 2021. O resultado da pesquisa bibliográfica, após aplicar rigorosamente os fundamentos de inclusão e exclusão, foi a seleção de 9 artigos. A bibliografia demonstrou que acadêmicos tendem a ter até 20% mais viabilidade de desenvolver o dado problema se comparado a população geral. O aumento de demandas, associados à pressão, estresse, saída da residência dos familiares, são fatores que colabora para essa problemática. A psicologia alinhada com terapia pode suavizar a pressão para que a vivência na universidade não seja negativa, pois, por meio do autognosia (conhecimento de si próprio), o aluno distende habilidades que podem amparar no manuseio dos seus próprios conflitos.---The present study concerns an integrative literature review, qualitative and quantitative, which culminated in results that demonstrate as causes and the predominance of anxiety and depression in university students in health care courses. The following articles were searched in the database: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), and academic google, available in Portuguese from 2016 to 2021. The result of the bibliographic search, after rigorously applying the inclusion and exclusion fundamentals, was the selection of 9 articles. The bibliography indexes that academics tend to have up to 20% more feasibility of developing the given problem compared to the general population. The increase in demands, associated with pressure and stress when family members leave their homes, are factors that contribute to this problem. Psychology aligned with therapy can alleviate the pressure so that the university experience is not negative, because, through self-knowledge (knowledge of oneself), the student has skills that can support the handling of their own conflicts.

Inclusão de Crianças com Paralisia Cerebral nos Anos Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental / Inclusion of Children with Cerebral Palsy in the Early Years of Elementary School

Resumo: Esse trabalho irá mencionar assuntos bastante relevante, e que faz parte do nosso dia a dia em quando profissional da educação, como também formadores de cidadãos, falar de inclusão não é fácil, e principalmente colocá-la em prática. Mas é de suma importância, pois a educação é um direito de todos, e dever do Estado assegurar esse direito as crianças, jovens e adolescentes. Incluir ou inserir crianças diagnosticadas com Paralisia Cerebral no ambiente educacional é uma tarefa, um pouco complicada, pois requer um olhar diferenciado. Com isso, a escola precisa da ajuda da família nesse processo, como também da contribuição da comunidade em geral, pra trazer essas crianças pra esse ambiente, e assim desperta o conhecimento e as habilidades delas em questão cognitivo, emocional e afetivo, como também, o social. A visão que esse trabalho trará em seus pontos fundamentais e essenciais, na construção do saber e do fazer, uma educação inclusiva e acessiva de todos para todos; cabe os órgãos garantir formações específicas aos profissionais de educação, como os de apoios de sala de aula, sendo que, essas formações têm que abordar temas ligados a realidade do aluno que foram diagnosticados com tal deficiência.Palavras-Chave: Inclusão, Habilidades, Família, Direitos Deficiência Paralisia Cerebral. Abstract: This work will mention very relevant issues, which are part of our daily lives as education professionals, as well as citizen educators, talking about inclusion is not easy, and especially putting it into practice. But it is of paramount importance, as education is a right for all, and the State’s duty to ensure this right for children, young people and adolescents. Including or inserting children diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy in the educational environment is a task, a little complicated, as it requires a different look. With this, the school needs the help of the family in this process, as well as the contribution of the community in general, to bring these children to this environment, and thus awaken their knowledge and skills in cognitive, emotional and affective matters, as well as, the social. The vision that this work will bring in its fundamental and essential points, in the construction of knowledge and action, na inclusive and accessible education from all to all; it is up to the bodies to guarantee specific training for education professionals, such as classroom support, and these trainings have to address issues related to the reality of the student who has been diagnosed with such a disability.Keywords: Inclusion, Skills, Family, Rights Disability Cerebral Palsy.

Proposta curricular no âmbito educacional: relevâncias para construção de aprendizagens na escola / Curriculum proposal in the educational field: relevance for building learning at school

Resumo: Esse artigo faz uma reflexão da proposta curricular no âmbito educacional, cujo principal objetivo é analisar o documento mediante sua importância para os fazeres no contexto escolar. A análise é feita a partir dos estudos proporcionados pela extensão na Residência Pedagógica-CAPES-FACHUS e desenvolvidos na escola-campo, Doutor Severino Alves de Sá, no município de Salgueiro-PE. Sua fundamentação teve como base a Lei 9.394/96(LDB), A Base Nacional Comum Curricular – BNCC, assim como Veiga 2002 e Castro 2019. A metodologia elencada no desenrolar do conteúdo é decorrente de uma pesquisa bibliográfica de estudo analítico sobre o objeto aqui citado. Os resultados obtidos vêm ao encontro de todo exposto apresentado na fundamentação teórica embasada na LDB e BNCC, assim como nas afirmações dos autores e todo o conteúdo estudado. Vale afirmar que a análise do conteúdo proporcionado pela escola é de bastante relevância na construção da Proposta Curricular disponibilizada é parte integrante de seu PPP, atendendo assim todas as expectativas moduladas no decorrer do estudo. Os dados encontrados dispõem de componentes curriculares associados a conteúdos que sempre estão em pauta na atualidade. Considerando-se, portanto, que a proposta pedagógica curricular é um documento de fundamental importância para os seguimentos de conteúdo escolar em prol da formação integral do aluno, do desenvolvimento intelectual e de sua consciência no mundo do saber e das transformações que por ele se dão. Abstract: This article reflects on the curriculum proposal in the educational field, whose main objective is to analyze the document according to its importance for the actions in the school context. The analysis is made from the studies provided by the extension in the Pedagogical Residency-CAPES-FACHUS and developed in the field-school, Doutor Severino Alves de Sá, in the municipality of Salgueiro-PE. Its theoretical foundation was based on Law 9,394/96 (LDB), The Common National Curriculum Base – BNCC, as well as Veiga 2002 and Castro 2019. cited here. The results obtained are in line with all the above presented in the theoretical foundation based on the LDB and BNCC, as well as the authors' statements and all the studied content. It is worth stating that the analysis of the content provided by the school is very relevant in the construction of the Curriculum Proposal made available and is an integral part of the school's PPP, thus meeting all the expectations found in the course of the study. The data found have curricular components associated with contents that are always on the agenda today. Considering, therefore, that the curricular pedagogical proposal is a document of fundamental importance for the segments of school content in favor of the integral formation of the student, intellectual development and their awareness in the world of knowledge and the transformations that take place through it. O Papel do Apoiador Escolar na Educação Inclusiva / The Importance of the School Supporter in Inclusive Education

Resumo: A educação inclusiva é conhecida como uma forma de trabalhar com crianças com necessidades especiais no ambiente escolar. Vista de forma mais ampla, ela tem o papel de acolher a diversidade e dar assistência a todos os estudantes, pois o objetivo da inclusão educacional é acabar com a exclusão social. O trabalho de pesquisa tem como objetivo avaliar as dificuldades encontradas pelos professores apoiadores das salas de aula, saber qual o suporte e formação que recebe para atuar. Além disso, a pesquisa possibilita compreender a realidade da inclusão a partir de redes de ensino diferentes, a pública e a privada. A metodologia aplicada incluiu dados da observação da sala de aula no intuito de narrar e analisar o cotidiano do “professor apoiador escolar”. O trabalho foi realizado na Cidade de Salgueiro/PE, e em Umãs/PE, com apoiadores escolares de três escolas, os participantes foram apoiadores escolhidos em turmas aleatórias, em um total de 10 apoiadores de sala de aula.---Inclusive education is known as a way of working with children with special needs in the school environment. Viewed more broadly, it has the role of welcoming diversity and providing assistance to all students, as the objective of educational inclusion is to end social exclusion. The research work aims to assess the difficulties encountered by supportive teachers in the classroom, to know what support and training they receive to act. In addition, the research makes it possible to understand the reality of inclusion from different educational networks, public and private. The methodology applied included data from classroom observation in order to narrate and analyze the daily life of the “supporting school teacher”. The work was carried out in the City of Salgueiro/PE, and in Umãs/PE, with school supporters from three schools, the participants were supporters chosen in random groups, in a total of 10 classroom supporters.

Como me Tornei um Estudante Universitário, apesar das Limitações da Deficiência Auditiva Bilateral / How I Became a College Student Despite the Limitations of Bilateral Hearing Impairment

Resumo: Esse artigo é baseado no relato pessoal de um estudante, de Pedagogia, com deficiência auditiva bilateral, dando ênfase aos desafios e superações da pessoa com deficiência no ambiente educacional. Ademais, o presente texto aborda as principais características da deficiência auditiva e suas dificuldades no Ensino Tradicional. Segundo o Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), em 2020, cerca de 10 milhões de pessoas apresentavam deficiência auditiva, representando 5% da população brasileira. Além disso, é possível observar que existem causas biológicas que determinam diferentes níveis de audição, que impactam, diretamente, no desenvolvimento psicossocial e na interação social. De acordo com uma revisão de artigo da deficiência auditiva de alterações genéticas ou mutações no DNA mitocondrial, foi possível observar que, a grande maioria das pessoas com deficiência auditiva apresenta essa condição por causas genéticas. Nesse contexto, será contada a trajetória de um estudante de Pedagogia, desde o Ensino Fundamental até o Ensino Superior. Será ressaltado como o teatro mudou completamente sua vida e será mostrado como esse pensamento foi construído apesar das dificuldades de ouvir. Nesse âmbito, a pessoa com deficiência auditiva precisa mostrar as principais barreiras que dificultam sua interação social, promovendo inclusão, identificando crianças com deficiência auditiva e proporcionando estratégias pedagógicas e empoderando sua identidade. Além disso, minha experiência sendo pessoa com deficiência auditiva será essencial para ser futuramente um educador com deficiência auditiva. Apesar das limitações, é possível aprender e educar. Vale destacar a importância da pessoa com deficiência auditiva na formação do professor, motivando outras pessoas com deficiência como também as pessoas que não possuem nenhuma deficiência.Palavras-chaves: Deficiência auditiva, ambiente educacional e fonética. Abstract: This article is based on the personal report of a student of Pedagogy, with bilateral hearing loss, emphasizing the challenges and overcoming of people with disabilities in the educational environment. Furthermore, this text addresses the main characteristics of hearing loss and its difficulties in Traditional Education. According to the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), in 2020, around 10 million people had hearing loss, representing 5% of the Brazilian population. Furthermore, it is possible to observe that there are biological causes that determine different levels of hearing, which directly impact psychosocial development and social interaction. According to a review of an article on hearing loss due to genetic alterations or mutations in mitochondrial DNA, it was possible to observe that the vast majority of people with hearing loss have this condition due to genetic causes. In this context, the trajectory of a Pedagogy student will be told, from Elementary School to Higher Education. It will highlight how theater completely changed his life and it will be shown how this thought was built despite the difficulties of hearing. In this context, the person with hearing impairment needs to show the main barriers that hinder their social interaction, promoting inclusion, identifying children with hearing impairment and providing pedagogical strategies and empowering their identity. Furthermore, my experience as a person with a hearing impairment will be essential to being a future hearing impaired educator. Despite the limitations, it is possible to learn and educate. It is worth highlighting the importance of the person with hearing impairment in teacher training, motivating other people with disabilities as well as people who do not have any disability.Keywords: Hearing impairment, educational and phonetic environment.
